The whole process from looking at the property to moving in was very smooth.Great communication, questions were answered, great community.

We were looking to down size our home and please to find Del Webb in the area. We have always like the design and quality. The community here at Terramor has been well planned and the Terrance Club is amazing. We look forward to years of resort living.

Everyone was very helpful and courteous from Mike our salesman to Victor who came to the house to take care of things that needed to be finished to the HOA ladies. We have had a good experience thus far and have been very informed about upcoming events.

The community is great and all the people we have met are very nice. The selection and design process was organized. Of course, be prepared for multiple decisions along the way on upgrades and design choices. The construction process was amazingly fast, but high quality. The small touches are great. The process is so easy--from dealing with the sales rep, going through the design center, and dealing with the construction phase. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, courteous and patient!

My wife and I have only been here 6 weeks and love it so far. We had some small issues, that any new home does, and Pulte has been quick to respond. The supervisor in charge during the construction, Jacob, was awesome. Although we bought a spec home, Jacob sent us pictures of the home under construction to the final product. There were some minor items that needed touch up that were seen during the walk through, but Jacob completed all repairs when promised. I was obvious that Jacob enjoys and takes pride in his job. We would highly recommend living in Stone Creek.

The new home we purchased was a “spec” home and it had the most popular options e.g. upgraded kitchen and baths, nicer tile etc. In fact, it was great that a professional decorator picked out all the interior options... made it so much easier for us. Pulte, builds a solid, high quality home so the foundation and internals/mechanicals were first class. Their quality assurance coordinator for the minor follow up items is outstanding in terms of responsiveness and professionalism. We plan to live in Tidewater for a long time!

Awesome painless process from picking out the structural upgrades to design center upgrades to easy closing. Weekly updates with photos from your sales agent and communication with your build superintendent. I would pick another Del Web community again without any hesitation.

The purchase of our new retirement home with Del Webb / Pulte in Sun City Festival has been a relatively low stress experience. This was consistent through all stages (sales, design center, title, mortgage, construction, final inspection, closing, and post move in). Usually the most stressful phase "construction" was also low stress due to our Field Manager "Michael" and his leadership. They explained the process and established a communication plan at the start. This formed an issues resolution team and process for responding to all issues in a timely fashion. Very happy with my experience in purchasing my home. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the sales agent to the very helpful design center. Any questions or needs were quickly met during the building process. Phone calls or messages were quickly returned. This house made me want to leave my beloved long time house in another state.
