Did not receive proactive information regarding closing date and required activity except how to pay. Did not receive closing documents or even notification that closing had happened. Mail box keys didn’t arrive for several days. Since closing minor building related tasks remain incomplete.

Michael and Niklas were really helpful and responsive. Their knowledge about construction was very good. They were also so personable that it was a pleasure to work with them.

Overall a seamless home buying experience/process. Salesperson always kept me informed and sent me plenty of information and photos. Overall quality of material and workmanship was good with a few issues related to cabinetry, sheetrock and interior door.

Sales staff was most helpful and fully answered all questions. The construction manager quickly handled the few issues that were found and a few we did not even see.

We had a wonderful experience. Our sales person (Jill) and construction manager (Ben) are amazing. During the build Ben sent us weekly updates and was always there to answer questions. We really like our home and the Del Webb development.

Everyone on the Pulte team was great. Extremely friendly and easy to work with.

Overall the house is very well built. I feel there are a few small areas where they could improve the quality of the build but these are very minor issues. I had 2 very good Construction Managers and I hired a 3rd party inspector as well. The Pulte Construction Managers were very good, and my 3rd party inspector helped by having a second set of eyes on the build. In my opinion the issues my inspector uncovered were minor but important. When my house was inspected by the town, I passed every time on the first try. This is a credit to the 2 managers and my inspector.

Mark (Sales) Dave (general) were amazing

Everyone was great through the whole process from beginning to end. There were very few things that needed attention on the walk-through. The construction manager corrected items as if it were going to be his home. Everyone went above and beyond in all aspects from sales to finance, to construction. Best home buying experience I've had.

Lloyd and I were thrilled with the whole home buying process from start to finish! Yvo was fantastic to work with and was so helpful throughout our search. Yvo spent so much time educating us about Pulte Homes, showing inventory available, answering our questions, and took time to understand what we wanted. We were blessed to have him in our search and appreciated his friendly personality and his excitement about his job! Luis was the construction manager. We had a wonderful experience working with him. Luis was always available, explained what he was doing, and did such an outstanding job! Lloyd and I had the perfect team with Yvo and Luis in Port Saint Lucie!! The entire process from sales to completion went smoothly. This is our third new build and we were impressed with the quality and value of our new home. The build team did a great job keeping us informed of the build progress, even sending us pictures, and of any issues that occurred. They responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had during the build. Just a shout out to Aaron in sales who really was great to work with and Cody our construction manager who kept us informed on everything. Although we had a very negative experience with Pulte Mortgage Denver Office, we cannot provide enough compliments for the Jacksonville/Wildlight Group. This was our 8th home build, with various builders nationwide, so we clearly know good from bad! From the beginning, our sales representative, Jeff N. was knowledgeable & thorough with the process, models and company. His unique combination of expertise and customer service are amazing. He was always responsive, even on days off!! There seemed to be no end to his service, so he often became our first point of contact. We feel very fortunate to have been assigned Spencer F. as our Construction Manager. Spencer has an outstanding way of managing a build. He always took the time to explain the products, processes and next steps! He was always willing to meet with us, even when it Squeezed his schedule. Most issues he found & either corrected, or had the problem resolved before we even knew about it. On many occasions, he quietly went above & beyond for us. Never saw him get mad, irritated or lose his temper! We commend Pulte for hiring Jeff & Spencer!!! ... More

Karyn, my sales agent was excellent, always there when needed , very professional and friendly. Luis, my construction mgr went above and beyond to make the building experience kinda fun. And Kelly at the front desk with her smile , warm greeting and friendly conversation was great. This team is the best! These people are the best

Had to do some work in house to make it better. My biggest complaint is there is limited storage in my home.

Great community with many activities, very reasonable HOA fees.

The home buying experience was easy with Del Webb. The sales person, Holly, kept you informed along the way. It was nice to know the progress and see pictures. Del Webb builds a quality product and the community is great with all the amenities. The only not great thing is I feel I paid a little more thank I should of for the villa.

Home is beautiful and everything I wanted. However, the landscaping is substandard. Sod is 50 percent crabgrass and I was given one dead tree. I pointed this out to the site forman and he called the landscaper who said the tree is only in shock. All the leaves are brown and falling off. The tree is dead

We love Sun City, our lot selection and house. Terrible landscape and sod job. No gutters means beds wash out every time it rains.

In general terms, what they offer you at the time of sale is quite realistic with the final product. If I can make a constructive criticism, they should take more care with the contractors in charge of the painting finishes, in reality, they damage the work of the other contractors, painting door handles, switch plates and outlets, hinges, etc. For the rest, the materials used are of good quality, the houses are well insulated, thermally and acoustically, the finishes are in line with the price of the property. Finally, I think the response time for warranty tickets should be improved a little. Although they do respond and resolve, sometimes you have to wait more than a month for the resolution of a problem; This must be improved. ... More

Lisa at sales was amazing. Marvin the contract manager stayed on top of everything and ensured no big problems. It was a smooth transition. The loan department is a different story, worst experience we have ever had.

Bruce was awesome. No pressure. never felt rushed. great experience.

Great salesman, Ian was a pleasure to deal with and very attentive and responsive. A few changes in construction managers, but our needs were addressed. Overall a positive experience, with the exception of Pulte Mortgage, they were a challenge.

The builder intervened promptly on an issue I had with the roof.

Our experience with Bruce, Frank, & Debbie have been wonderful.

Environment beautiful.Building very well organized.Unit designed suitable for people a little bit older!
