Communication was excellent and was a great experience.

Our sales person was Bryan and he was outstanding! Very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. David was our key builder from start and then he came back to finish our home. David was terrific! David was very friendly, approachable, and communicative. It was hard for us living in Michigan while our home was under construction but David kept us up to date on everything.

Lisa is a great sales person, very knowledgeable, and helpful. Nate has been a good project manager for coordinating all the moving pieces during the build.

The sales staff at Del Webb Oasis were completely professional but very personable with my wife and I, as we were going through the purchase of our new home. In addition, the Del Webb Oasis - Pulte construction manager continues to go out of his way to ensure our home readiness and move-in was a seamless as possible. No new home is perfect but the construction manager strived for perfection, as he listened and noted our observed deficiencies in the new home and came up with viable and mutually-agreeable solutions to make things right with my wife and me. Thanks!

Seems like warranty takes a while to get anything done.

I've built four new homes in my life, and this is the worst quality, and highest priced of them all. We continue to complain about things that need to be replaced or fixed with no one giving us the service we've been promised. If I thought I could get my money back, I'd be out of here in a heartbeat.

Pulte people made our home buying experience miserable. Total lack of communication and follow through. We showed up to our scheduled walk through with the house a mess and no one there. We later learned that the walk through and closing had been pushed back and we were not notified. We came in from out of state and were paying for a hotel room to accommodate the date and time we were given (we even confirmed the appointment time prior to the walk through). My wife had to make a big fuss to get our walk thru done and keep our closing on the original date. We had to fight for things that we paid for and had to pull out paperwork and contact the design center to prove we were correct. Despite documented lack of follow through and responsiveness, we were demonized and made to feel like problem causers. Kudos to Daryl for being the only person we have been able to rely on. More than a month after closing, issues are being addressed that should have been done prior to closing. What should have been a happy experience was ruined by Pulte employees who apparently think that ignoring and not communicating with homebuyers is okay. ... More

Working with Alex was a great experience. She was very knowledgeable and kept me updated on all the progress. As far as the building experience, having just built another home 2 years ago I noticed a big difference. I am not happy with how the home was finished. It involves a lot of laziness on the part of the trades. I would recommend that there should be someone who goes through the house after the build. For example, cupboards that are damaged handles that are not straight, the wrong color grout, bad painting, outdoor stones that are damaged, sloppy finishing all the way around. My previous KHOV home was finished much better than this house. For the price I paid, I don't think I received the quality I was expecting from Pulte. ... More

The home sale was quick and painless. The issue for me now is the after sale service. It appears now that my requests for service issues is going unanswered. During the sales process, we had an in person meeting with our Pulte/Del Webb. Who stated that they will be a contact if we would ever need an issue resolved again, that service is lacking and going unanswered

People well informed and answered questions. They also returned calls. Over all good experience.

My wife and I have built homes before and moved/relocated with work several times. So we are familiar with the whole process. We found the sales process to be fair, straight forward and easy. Our home actually got built ahead of schedule. We have only been in it a couple of weeks now, but have found it to be a solid and quiet home. Reflects quality construction. If we ever go through this process again, we would use Pulte. We will also recommend Pulte to friends.

From the beginning my salesperson Ross has been very responsive and showed genuine concern for me and my family. He follow up with all my calls in a very timely manner and was quick to get resolution Tim F construction manager also met my concerns and never rushed me , he gave me his attention and also was very responsive to get resolution Both made me feel that they have continued to support me and hold my hand through the process Excellent customer service from both of these gentlemen

Go through your house with a fine tooth comb during the pre closing inspection, because the quality of the fine finishes is not very good at all!

Our PM's were fantastic to work with.

Lots of promises with zero follow up. Our sales agent left the company and we have no one to talk to as our construction manager was relocated to another site and our quality guy John has not addressed major issues that were reviewed 2 weeks ago. Had a roof leak from day one after the peel and stick was installed in June. Very concerned about mold issues with the wet insulation and blackened OSB board. Roof was repaired but not all tiles were replaced. It is the worst construction experience I ever experienced. The dish washer was not secured to the counter and when opened drops to the floor. We do not have anyone to discuss the issues that we trust based on their past lack of follow up. ... More

there is a lot to know in a 55+ community and who to communicate what to in the organization

Definitely more attention needed to detail in the cleanup process before closing and occupancy; paint spots in many places including floors, counters, electrical outlet plates, lighting fixtures and plumbing fixtures to name a few. To make our experience great overall, the above named issues could have easily been handled. Thank you.

Good thing everything is painted trim work, they rely on caulking and paint to fill imperfections. Carpenters are fast track hacks, no sense of pride. Typical Pulte production, build out a development, blow out of town

We are pleased we made the decision to buy in Del Webb Festival.

THE QUALITY OF THE WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS IN SOME CASES IS VERY POOR. 1. BENT WINDOWS INSTALLED AND NOT YET REPLACED OR REPAIRED, WATER AND AIR COMING THROUGH THE BENT CORNERS. 2. OTHER WINDOWS HAVE SO MUCH MOISTURE ON THE INSIDE (WHEN IT IS COLD OUTSIDE) THAT PUDDLES FORM ON THE WINDOW SILL 3. PAINT ON CARPETS TILE AND PAVERS. 4. BASEBOARDS SO FAR FROM WALLS THAT THEY FILLED IN GAP WITH CAULK THAT IS ALREADY CRACKING. 5. GARAGE FLOOR DAMAGED PRIOR TO CLOSING. WE AGREED TO A GARAGE FLOOR COATING TO BE APPLIED BY DEVELOPER. NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE COATING. 6. NUMEROUS CIRCUIT BREAKERS THAT POPPED REPEATEDLY, 7. FRONT EXTERIOR DOORS NOT SEALED PROPERLY, 8. DEADBOLT LOCK ON DOOR FROM THE GARAGE NOT LINED UP AND COULD NOT BE LOCKED. 9. DOOR FRAME IN MASTER BEDROOM HAS A CORNER GAP THAT THEY TRIED TO FIX WITH MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF CAULK. 10. MOLD AND MILDEW FORMED ON GROUT IN MASTER BATH AFTER TWO WEEKS, MAY HAVE USED NON SEALING GROUT. CANNOT GET A RESPONSE AS TO THE TYPE OF GROUT USED. 11. ACCORDING TO SHERWIN WILLIAMS THEPAINT USED APPARENTLY "CONTRACTOR GRADE". THAT THEY DO NOT LIKE TO SELL TO HOMEOWNERS. NO TOUCH UP PAINT PROVIDED BY DEL WEBB. 12. FOLLOW UP BY WARRANTY DEPARTMENT VERY POOR. THEY GIVE YOU A 4 HOUR WINDOW WITH NO "CALL AHEAD". THEY SHOW UP ABOUT 50% OF THE TIME AND DO NOT RESCHEDULE WHEN THEY DO NOT SHOW UP. ... More
