Brad our contractor did a GREAT JOB, We were in Arizona the whole time our house was built and Brad gave us weekly reports. He also did a great job explaining everything during our walk thru.

We have built many houses over the years. This has been the easiest and most pleasant home building experience of all.

I absolutely love my new home ! Love the community and the residents are exceptionally friendly. Buying a house is scary and having one built doubled the fear of the unknown. The staff at Pulte mortgage were very caring , compassionate and helpful. They alleviate your fears with wisdom and compassion. No hard sell just helpful suggestions. Love the experience with my sales team allen my project mgr Mateo and my design team Nikki . A couple of suggestions: have an option to have medicine cabinets in bathrooms, and it would be nice to have your team also follow up to make certain you are happy in your new home … more interaction with client after they got your money would be advisable… just keeps the good vibes going and insures you made the right choice . From the beginning contacts in the Sales Office until the completion of the home we were always informed of the progress of finances, building design options that were communicated in a polite and responsive way.

Del Webb homes for the money per square foot is a good deal for a brand new home. The communities they build in are moderate size and not over crowded. The amenities are abundant. You will be proud to bring family and friends into the subdivision. It's great for the active senior as well for the working 55 year old looking for a safe, comfortable and peaceful community.

From the beginning working with Lisa in the sales office and Morgan the construction manager on the finishing up of our new home, the entire experience was great. No last minute problems or issues. We are really feeling happy with our purchase and the whole experience was very professional from beginning to end.

Wonderful experience. I was kept informed with weekly progress reports as the house was being built, always there for any questions. People in the office were very friendly and helpful. Contractor was very thorough when doing the walk through to make sure I understood all operations of the appliances, A/C, heater, etc... I would highly recommend them and have.

Built 4 new retirement homes in past 9 years. Three with Del Webb. One with Taylor Morrison - a mistake. Del Webb has retirement homes and communities down to a science. Go with the proven leader. They are the best!

My site manager, Tim, was superb. He was knowledgeable and would except nothing less than the best work from his subcontractors. Also, everyone from sales, to finance, to the mortgage people, and at every level within the Pulte organization was great and easy to work with

Our salesman Bruce worked very well with us. There were no hidden surprises. The project manager, Mike R. & Gordon who were responsible for building our home were right on the spot answered all our questions help us out with any issues we had. I highly recommend Stone Creek for anybody interested in living in Ocala.

Our Del Webb home was everything we could imagine. The house is well put together and the attention to service after the sale has been excellent.

The entire experience was great, from Paul to Dexter to Daryl, everything was good and transparent. The quality of the home is very good and checks/processes/follow-ups are excellent!
