From signing the contract through our final walkthrough we had a great experience, mainly due to our Dennis - our Team Leader. He kept us informed of progress, addressed our concerns and sent us weekly photos. From signing day to present - not so much. Hopefully, communication will improve, problems resolved, and we will get back to that bright and positive future.

For the price of this home the quality was substandard. We upgraded everything and have issues, in particular, with the cabinetry - so many scratches and inferior painting, and the interior paint job was terrible. Our construction manager even told us that if we tried to wipe away anything the paint would come off. In speaking with neighbors again tile, roof, and gas meter problems. We asked consistently for the price of the "standard" furnishings, like flooring, carpet, cabinets, etc., to be shown on our upgrade sheet and it never was. Therefore, we consider that we paid way over market value for an upgrade and did not receive any credit off that price for the standard furnishings. They kept telling us that it was adjusted which simply was not true; otherwise, why would it not be shown on the contract numbers. ... More

Pulte customer service needs lots of improvements .

Del Webb not only builds a quality product, but they also build a strong active community. promoting interaction and involvement for their residence. They have built in numerous activity elements to satisfy almost everyone's interest, and have set up a strong network to make sue that the community maintains its high standards long after the developer is gone. We are excited about joining the community and look forward to enjoying our new friends and home.

Although I purchased a model home, the company addressed every issue in a timely manner and was very professional. The whole team, from Sales to Service acted as if I was there only customer. I moved from LaGrange where I had lived for 40 years. This was not an easy move personally, but this team along with my realtor made it seem so easy. My house is perfect and I love it! Thank you to all that were involved in welcoming me to my new dream home!

Our sales consultant (Matt), design pecialist (Nancy), construction manager (Garrett), and post-sale consultant (Jim) were all a pleasure to deal with: knowledgeable, affable, and always responsive. We were very impressed with them and with the quality of Pulte's product.

Can you say production homes?!?! They tell you one thing and then do another. The workmanship for the most part is poor. Granted there are a few decent subs, but overall the whole process is bad. The supervisors are no more than Pulte yes people. They tell you what you want to hear, but don’t follow through with what needs to be done. Never again!! Worst decision ever!!

Overall, an excellent experience with the Pulte staff. The process was smooth and our questions were answered promptly. The timeline and walk-throughs at each stage were helpful. The interactive floor plans are a big plus. There were however several problems that should have been detected before closing. First, the keys given to us did not fit the locks. The construction manager had to scramble to purchase and install new locks after we had already signed the closing documents. We also opted for the Guardian Security wiring package, however when the technician came to install the keypad, he noticed that the front door sensor and wire were never installed during construction. He then had to cut into the finished drywall to run the missing wire, necessitating drywall repair and painting. Also, one window had a bad seal and the entire window needed to be replaced. The customer care manager is however excellent and addressed all of our issues in a timely and professional manner. We would also like to suggest a few more options: Wood floors upstairs, water resistant paint for bathrooms and kitchen backsplash (if tiles were not selected), ceiling fans, window treatments. Mechanical room and garage should be painted and wood trim around windows should be included in the base price. We were not aware that the window trim was not included until we asked about it. We were very disappointed with the lack of snow removal from our driveway. The two times it snowed, our driveway was not cleared off and was icy. We have addressed this with the management company who have always been very responsive and professional. ... More

We were thinking seriously about buying a new home in Del Webb Nexton, and the offer of a significant discount cinched it for us. We ended up with a really nice home, that was finished ahead of schedule. Once we unpack all the boxes we will start taking advantage of all the amenities. Lots of nice people here.

The total experience was super. Starting with the very professional salesperson, Kathy. The mortgage loan people, Kelsey and Tia, made the procedure painless. The construction managers, Foster and Alexis, are very knowledgeable. They made building easy to understand. It was amazing how much got done everyday. After closing, the welcome center made us feel at home and very welcome to the Del Webb community

JEREMY CHYLE WAS MY SALES CONTACT AND I CANNOT EXPRESS ENOUGH KIND WORDS FOR HIS SUPPORT AND CONSISTENT ENTHUSIASM TREATING ME AS IF I BOUGHT A PALACE! Overall, my experience with Pulte-Del Webb Union Park was very good. Communication was good and CM was very attentive. Happy with the quality of the home; add-on's/upgrades were a bit pricy. Working with Pulte Mortgage was a bit arduous as compared to other lender's that I have used; but in the end it all worked out fine.

We love our new home. Pulti walked us through the entire process. This is a quality home.

Just once during the building process i would like someone to make sure I got what I paid for and did what they said they were going to do. We've been closed 3- weeks and it has yet to happen. What a battle!!!

Beautiful home with all we wanted

More consideration should to be given to people in their 70’s with limited computer skills. The perception to us was that staff didn’t have the time or patience to help us through what to us was daunting at best. Town Square either couldn’t or wouldn’t return phone calls for assistance. Difficult to feel part of our new community.

Sales department was great in all aspects especially in follow up. Building team was helpful however Customer Care is not very responsive and follow up very very poor. We do enjoy the styling of our house and location and glad to be here.

We were told the amenity center would be completed by 1st quarter of 2024. Unfortunately, this isn’t accurate. The amenity center is a year away. Big disappointment. Also, the security gate still isn’t staffed by a guard at night. Why? Many homes are occupied, Pulte! Where is our security? The construction workers need to take more pride in their work. I understand, and have heard all of the stories about how the construction workers left after Hurricane Ian but the ones in the community now are stretched thin, they do work hard but need more quality control. Our construction manager was fantastic, and we realize his hands are tied in many things. Expect your house to be about 90% ready to move into at closing. There will be many little things that need to be corrected. Overall, we are pleased with the neighborhood and we have great neighbors! Pulte - the Del Webb concept is great. The home buying process was very good. The materials and designs are great but the workmanship building the home is lacking. Contractors are lacking attention to detail and are careless in their finished product. Examples are chipped tile, poor drywall plaster. Overall we are happy with the home but we made a lot of corrections ourselves.

My builder, Ron, was great. Always kept me informed, sent pictures, and fixed any problems. Pulte Mortgage was not a good experience and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

We have lived in other Dell Webb communities before and this house in Stone Creek seems to be better constructed. Issues with the home are taken care of much quicker before the purchase than after.

Would recommend Del Webb/Pulte as a builder to anyone shopping for a new home.

Pulte made the purchase process seamless. They delivered on the commitments they made, kept me up to date on progress thru meetings, both virtual and on site, provided photos every two weeks and responded without delay to questions. The construction managers Ben and Dan were top notch both in knowledge and ensuring my needs were met. In addition to Melissa on the Sales Team who supported the photos and communication. The home is beautiful and shows quality. Very happy with my purchase. After move in, the minor cosmetic repairs were tracked and completed timely.

Everything was right on time. Great build quality and community. Very happy.
