Tomas was very Professional and knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns and addressed each and every one. We are pleased with the attention to detail and the time he took to explain the entire build process and delivery.

Work done well and completed early

Overall pleased with the house and design selections. Would have liked to be able to customize a bit more. Communication from the Construction Manager was not always prompt or complete. Better communication would have made the entire experience more enjoyable and pleasant.

Everyone was very polite and positive throughout the process however communication between the different teams was nonexistent. The sales team failed to write the contract as a contingent of current home and so the loan team was difficult to quantify for short term loan. Very confusing and frustrating. The design process was amazing, however please note that they only use white paint on the interior even if you choose a different color on the island cabinets the back will be painted white and looks odd. Any correction to the original paint shading will cause over spray on the floor that was not cleaned properly. Choices were very limited ... More

Working with the staff of Del Webb was stress free. They were very responsive and communicative to our questions and concerns. Our home is beautiful and we love it!

My experience with the builder's team was a good experience. The communication was appropriate through out the building process. The team was very responsive to any questions that I had during the entire construction and purchase process. The team was very transparent when things had to change or be adjusted. I would recommend the builder and team to others seeking a new home.

We have found Pulte to be very responsive to issues we've had and have appreciated the quality of their workmanship, materials, and the construction supervisor

We had a great experience buying and building our new home in the Adelwood community. Everything came together in a timely manner and we were always kept apprised of how things were progressing. It seems like it will be a great community to be a part of!

My house is beautiful I got a sunroom added and my house is bigger than I thought and plenty of light

It was a fabulous experience when we decided to move to Ponte Vedra in March 2023. We had lived in Fort Myers for 9.5 years and knew that we were getting tired of the "speed of life" that daily affected us. Could we have stayed there? Absolutely, but when one finds this hidden gem of a location, it's very easy to decide what’s important in one's life, and as you can see, we made the move on December 1st, 2023. It's very important to add to our reflection the formidable, conscientious, hard-working, honest, knowledgeable & kind Senior Construction Manager in our journey named Ben Haley. The added responsibility that he had weekly to forward us pictures including a weekly summary was stupendous and all completed with a very positive attitude. He's one very valued employee & one who we respect as a fabulous person. Once meeting him, anyone would understand the transparency of intellect & kindness that is his being as a gentleman. You might find that their sales process has you committing financially before you really know that the sizzle is much louder than the available options. Basic quality at a premium price, with limited options in finishes. They use terms like chefs kitchen, yet the actual quality of materials and installations are basic at best. The persons associated with each step of the process are there only to move you and the transaction to the next step of closing the deal, using phrasing and sizzle to get you to the next step. It's not dishonesty, but certainly salesmanship very well crafted. Absent the neighborhood itself, the product could cost 35% less using a General Contractor, but the process would take much longer as their construction time efficiency is very good. Get them in, accentuate the positive, keep the sizzle loud, close the deal, get it built, and move on to the next. It's a money machine. ... More

Every part of my home buying experience was exceptional. Especially my sales consultant Jeremy Chyle and my construction superintendent Marc Hunter. Both were trustworthy, extremely efficient and responsive.

The construction of our home and the supervisor kept us informed during the entire process. Our 30 day warranty list has been addressed immediately for repairs we have noted.

The new house “concept” is outstanding. The actual product delivered by Pulte, not so much. This was not a designer home by any means, but it does have some very nice features, which you pay for. The people you deal with are very nice, but no single person can make up for poor construction practices. The “finishing” in our new home leaves much to be desired. There are many spots with no paint at all, windows were damaged in installation, doors do not close properly, many drawers in the kitchen are already broken, the list goes on and on. Pulte is telling us that they will fix everything that is wrong. But the point is that many if not most of these problems could have been avoided with a little more oversight and care during the installation or finishing phase. Roof tiles not mortered down, foam showing in roof eve, needs stucco, roof dryer vent installed wrong, walls in house not straight. Baseboards not straight,bath cabinet installed wrong, shelves will not stay in place, caulk not finished in bathroom and kitchen, floor outlet missing screws, some kitchen cabinets are warped, overspray on cement patio, window caulk missing, patio screen door does not slide properly, dishwasher installed improper crooked, installer just cut off one mounting bracket, too much to list all

Great construction manager who communicated well and listened to any concerns that we had. Finance team were disappointing and some of the quality of the finishes were disappointing considering the cost.

We have had electrical issues. Half the inside of the home the electric went out. The electricians diagnosed the problem. The roof is leaking and shorting out the electric. We have a call into the roofer and they will not come out till Thursday. We discovered the roof leak on Friday. I have a bucket in my kitchen catching the water. Called Pulte warranty and they do not answer their phone. You need to leave a message. When they finally called us back they hung up on us twice. We are not having a great a great experience. I find it unacceptable the roof is leaking and we have to waite at least 6 plus days for the roofer to come out. ... More

Del Webb runs it home construction and sales like an assembly line. Everyone has an exact job to do and are standing by waiting to perform! Very efficient, cost effective and thorough. Excellent experience, all around!

My husband and I are very pleased with our purchase at Dell Webb Nocatee, from Ian at New York the sales office to our construction manager Erik always professional, always answering our questions. Keeping us informed on a weekly basis with photos. Thank you so much guys you are the best. Looking forward to the new year in our new home.

We were a cash only purchase and we were able to get our house in 30 days. Being able to do this and be in our new home before Christmas was a great help! Our construction manager, Robby, has been very good about follow up and making sure all is well in our house.

My biggest issue is with the lack of pride in workmanship that I have encountered in different areas of the build. That goes from laying sod on top of weeds and trash in the yard, to still finding paint on my carpeting, breaking the door frame on the main entry door and trying to cover it up with caulk and paint, and finally to the way the brick fireplace was finished around the outlet boxes. There was skilled workmanship done in many areas like the brick and stone work on the outside, but it is overlooked by all this other stuff. Another example is I purchased the upgraded bath package 64807 which stated the collection as being EVA and would have a brushed nickel finish. I was trying to add a robe hook in the Master Bathroom so I looked at that and quickly saw that it didn’t match the existing towel and toilet paper holders that are in my house. After going through the different options on the Moen site, I found the matching ones are from the Mason collection which are cheaper and are not even Brushed Nickel like the EVA package. The builder may have saved $50 on the build by using the cheaper fixtures.
