Way good overall experience. Construction manager Zack was good. Little disappointed in granite countertops and Pulte response to my concerns.

We love our new home. We have encountered very few issues and each problem has been immediately addressed.

Contractor Manager is very Knowledgeable and a a pleasure to work with.

Nathan was an excellent building manager.

The quality and workmanship I believe is slightly above average. The price is attractive when considering prices in other parts of the country. Overall I’m very happy with our new home. Very poor performance by Coast to Coast Pools

Construction Manager Del Webb First I would like to say that Rafael and I did not see eye to eye on several issues, however, he did what he said he would do and that is communicate to me weekly on the progress of my home. His weekly status reports were very precise and at times included pictures of my homes progress. He also, made sure that the Sub Contractors used by Del Webb kept my home relatively clean inside after each task completed by them was finished. Rafael told me from the beginning that he would deliver to me a home that would not be cosmetically perfect but that I should trust him in doing his job to deliver a quality product. I brought to Rafael’s attention that this is my second Del Webb Home and that my first in Stone Creek Ocala had less than 5 problems in the first year of me living there. I truly believe that Rafael is an asset to Pulte Del Webb because of his experience in construction. This experience can be used to mentor new inexperienced Construction Managers in the building process to look for specific problems thus eliminating customer frustration. Overall, I would give Rafael a Rating of 10 where 10 is the highest level for his performance in the Supervision and Quality Control of my home. ... More

We are very excited and happy with our new home!

The quality of the $6,000 "upgraded" was substandard. Several drawers had to be replaced. The back of the bathroom cabinets was loose, I had to caulk it to store our things. Had I seen thoroughly the quality of the cabinets before the walk-through, I would have refused them. Everything seems fine now thanks to the construction manager. There are several other items that I will not bother to mention. Even though it is not a custom-made home, for a 1/2 million dollar house one expects a better quality throughout.

Julio was my construction manager. He did a fantastic job building my home.

Pulte is a great home builder and company. They make the purchase experience extremely easy.

My home buying experience went well.

The home is beautiful and the community is certainly going to be gorgeous when it is completed. A few minor issues with the builder. Lighting and ceiling fans are not included and cannot be ordered. After closing one has to purchase and contract to install them. It seems to me that the builder should offer this at an extra charge (every other addition is extra). Without ceiling lighting (chandeliers, pendents, fans, etc) it seems that the house is incomplete even after closing. In addition, there is no kitchen stove exhaust. As a result, stove top cooking often results in the smoke alarm going off. It seems to be a basic item that a builder should include. ... More

Great experience Beautiful home Welcoming community

Like the final home as a hole. We would have like a little more communication with the varies subcontractors. We felt the inside of house during construction could have been kept cleaner. Overall we are very happy with the final home .The formen Josh did answer questions when they came up.

Open process throughout the build. Multiple quality inspections. good quality build. Good warranty coverage.

Our sales agent Lisa regularly went above and beyond for us, making sure we understood everything, giving us great advice, and showing real compassion throughout the entire process. And we were so fortunate to have Nate as our construction manager. He is responsive, conscientious, and cares a great deal about doing things the right way.

Our experience buying at Del Web North Penn went smoothly and seamlessly! The individuals we dealt with from start to finish: Matt in sales, Alec in project/construction management, Jeff in handling our concerns post closing; were very professional and immediately responded to whatever questions or concerns we had. A “well greased machine!” Kudos to them all! On a side note, three parties from our old neighborhood; and a close friend of ours from another; have put deposits down to buy at Del Webb North Penn after witnessing us making the move and how pleased we were. Guess we opened the floodgates! Lastly, I would be remiss if I did not recognize David, Dawn, and Katherine at Pulte Mortgage. Everything has been fine. Relatively high-quality home for a tract built.

Tim is serious, sincere, knowledgeable and goes the extra distance to make sure everything is right with the home. There were a few issues with the home, but they were quickly addressed by the project manager, and we no longer have to worry. He would be a great asset to our community if he lived at Carolina Gardens.

Buying an inventory home was a quick and seamless experience. From the front desk staff, to sales, to closing we dealt with experienced, knowledgeable, warm staff.
