Our 2nd house built by Del Webb, we are pleased once again. Love the layout of the house, we downsized for our retirement years and the Hideaway fit our new lifestyle.

We love our new home. It is lovely with wonderful upgrades. So glad we bought our home in South Carolina.

From start to close this was the easiest home build and loan experience I have ever had. The people were genuinely concerned to be sure you were happy. I was sent progress pictures by my sales person about every 3 weeks. At inspection every thing I showed them was corrected to my satisfaction.

I lived in another state while my house was being built but I was well informed with updates and pictures from the Field Manager each week.

The whole buying process took eight months, from choosing our lot to moving in. This was the first time for us building ground up. The staff was great in keeping us informed along the way and we were able to document the progress the whole time by visiting the lot to take pictures. The sales staff and project managers were available to answer questions and assist with suggestions for other services needed. These homes are built with care and quality.

We have had a great experience with our interaction with Del Webb homes and, their staff. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a home in one of their communities.

This has been a good experience. Of course there were some things that had to be corrected or fixed after the build, but they were done promptly, by qualified people who were very respectful and pleasant. My Field Manager was very response to my requests.

Mark our sales representative was very helpful in selecting the model that we purchased and love.

The responsiveness and follow-up from Matt during construction was great. He promptly responded to all my questions and concerns. I really appreciated his thoroughness during each review we had together. He addressed found concerns with both text and photos in follow-up emails. Even when I thought of other questions after the Pre-closing orientation.

Overall, a great experience from sales to closing, some follow-up issues still unresolved, request to install screens, a very simple and benign project, enclosing our lanai is still pending (appl submitted on 3/5/26).

The project mgr assigned to my home was very thorough, responsive, top notch.

The process of working with the sales representatives, Irene was very smooth. I get she gave great advice and helped explain the buying process very smooth. The financing was very smooth as well and streamlined. I was worried about the design process - i did my homework and the design consultant really helped pull things together. The build process was amazingly quick once it got started and completed on time except for the driveway and landscaping. The quality is above average. The responsiveness of any warranty issues has been quick. Overall I am happy with purchase.

The entire Pulte team from sales, mortgage group, closing, construction manager, ALL worked together to get us “home”.

From our first inquiry with Steve our Sagebriar sales rep, we were well cared for and treated respectfully with all our questions answered. In the contract and selection process all glitches were quickly corrected and working with the Design Studio rep, Charlene, was a pleasure and we had fun making the design selections. We’ve been in our new home for three weeks and warranty fix requests have been quickly addressed and overall the communication with all the Del Webb folks has been great - all friendly and helpful. Danielle and Brandi were just awesome; I had some unique things come up during the building process. They were both flexible patient and understanding. They continue to be helpful as I’ve settled in. Much appreciation.

Our sales person, Robin was so helpful and thorough. She worked closely with us through closing. Eric and Cody, our builders were very responsive, attentive and gave attention to detail, even after closing when a few little things were found. I highly recommend Del Webb.
