We looked at Del Webb homes for several months and nearly bought in the fall. When an opportunity came up around the end of the year for a special price on our home that was already completed with upgrades above and beyond our wish list we worked with John to make it happen and with a relatively flexible closing date to complete the quick sale of our existing home. Since moving in we have had small issues resolved quickly and to our great satisfaction. Nice job everyone - thanks to the whole team.

The home is beautiful. Jason the project manager made the experience seamless. Any issues are dealt with promptly until you are satisfied.

The location and view are fabulous. This home has ticked off everything we wanted. The style and size are exactly what we were looking for in a home. And the amenities exceed our wish list.

Recently we decided to leave cold winters behind and started looking for a place to winter in southwest Florida. We came across Del Webb Naples and setup a time to tour the models. We met with Bill and he showed us several models. After thinking it over, we came back, chose our model and appropriate options, signed the contract and we were on our way! The build process took just over a year, but Bill kept us up-to-date with almost weekly progress pictures. We made one trip to Florida for a pre-drywall walkthrough, and soon it was time to close! Everything was just as we had requested and we received a quick response to the punch list of minor items we created in the first few weeks of SWFL living. the communications from our sales rep and building supervisor has been excellent. Likewise, the follow-up on any "problematic issues" we've encountered so far has been quite good!

Our new house in Sun City will be our second Del Webb home, and we are very pleased with the floor-plans and the attention to details that is included in Del Webb homes.

The best help we received was from Brenan our construction manager and especially Andrea our sales associate! She has been great! and always helpful! I would rate her continuing support as a A+++

Project manager was exceptional. Was living far away after purchase and was given a weekly update with pictures which made me feel like a part of the process.

Both Mike and Andrew have gone the extra mile in making sure our new home was as complete and comfortable as possible for us upon move in, and beyond move in- we appreciate their time and attention spent getting it right for us!

Great construction mgr. warranty work a little slow

Transparency, Transparency, Transparency. DelWebb included us in every stage of the construction and wanted us to see the workmanship and materials used. They explained the hows, the whys and our construction manager David answered every question without hesitation or delay. I referred two family members to DelWebb and they purchased as well. Our salesman Bill is a tremendous asset to the company. Very knowledgeable and always willing to help.

From the very beginning (meeting my sales manager at the office) to meeting the construction foreman and the construction manager of my specific unit, everything went supremely well. I could not have asked for a better team. The mortgage experience with Pulte also went exceptionally smooth (other than the rate increase created by the late summer wave of inflation).

Our experience going through Pulte was very satisfying. From the design team to the construction managing team to the sales team, everyone was a pleasure to work with. We are now enjoying our beautiful home. I would highly recommend Pulte build your dream retirement home.

My process from start to finish was excellent. My salesman Darren and construction manager Steve were fantastic to deal with. Both answered and handled all of my questions, and I must admit I asked many. The house is beautiful and very well done. I couldn't be happier. Thank You

We were very happy with the overall look an appearance of our new home. On final walkthrough, 90 percent of items were minor paint touchups. All appliances worked, floors, carpeting, cabinets and counter tops looked great. After punch list was completed almost all touchups to paint were complete. My only negative would be that the painting could have been a little better (thicker coat). Carlos was an excellent project manager.

From the very start our Sales Agent, Valen was incredible. She helped us with our lot selection, answered our many questions, checked in to ensure we were happy and was very customer focused. Our Field Manager, Frank, was very professional, listened to any concerns we surfaced and ensured everything was done to our satisfaction. He followed up after our settlement to ensure we were happy and even came over after our closing to fix a minor item himself. The reason we gave a 4 instead of 5 under "quality of workmanship & materials" is some products had to be substituted due to the industry's supply chain issues (i.e., aluminum windows vs. vinyl). Gary, Tim, and Joe have been so helpful and friendly. It is amazing that Tim remembers everyone’s name. It’s a great community.

I love my new home and especially the neighborhood and my view. They got home ready for me on time. The Superintendent working on my punch list was amazing. Robby responded quickly to any issues that needed addressing. I would recommend a home here to my friends.

It took a while to finish (13 months) but the finished home is absolutely lovely. Once we moved in we found very few things that needed follow up with customer care which is much better than the experience I hear from other new home buyers. The initial 9 months of the building process was disappointingly slow and communication was almost nil, which I complained about, but the builder assigned a new manager at that point and then everything moved quickly. Very quickly. A couple parts were not available by closing and I’m still waiting to get those resolved but one issue is being taken care of next week and the other appears to be progressing. While that can be frustrating, our overall experience has been very good and I love our new house! ... More

Overall we love our new home. Steve the construction manager was exemplary! He contacted us weekly, or more, about the building process. Change errors and omissions occured in another department but he addressed them quickly. After the closing things on the punch list are being addressed.
