We are very pleased with the whole process from acquisition of the lot thru construction. While inspecting the varius phases of construction, we were very pleased with the quality, especially the amount and quality of insulation throughout the structure....especially in dealing with the heat of the summers. Our only issue was the attention to detail in the finishing of both the interior and the exterior surfaces. However, surely not enough to stop us from highly recommending any Dell Web project.

Del Webb people are absolutely wonderful to work with. I highly recommend to anybody to give them an opportunity to make your life change for the better.

Starting with Megan (Sales) the service and support was fantastic. She understood what we were looking for, and set about putting a proposal together that matched our needs. Always responsive, which is important for me. Moving to Robert (Construction) he did a great job communicating and listening. Regular updates and pictures on the build helped us see what was going on, without living in the area. Very responsive and regular communications made the build go smoothly.

Del Webb at Viera finished our home within the original time estimate. We had a great construction manager that gave us weekly text updates with pictures. Overall quality of work was good. There were some issues that were corrected prior to closing. We have several minor warranty issues that were quickly responded to and fixed. Very pleased so far going into our second month in the home.

Overall great value and very excited to be part of the Del Web experience and enjoy all the activities that has to offer!

We had an excellent experience building in Stone Creek, Ocala in sales, design, construction and closing. The Stone Creek construction management team was responsive to every detail following our walk-through. The sales, design and closing team were all excellent.

Jason is really and easy builder with whom to work. Answered all my questions carefully and in depth. Excellent response.

Every step was very simple. The initial interaction with the sales staff all the way through the mortgage process and to the closing was the easiest of the 5 homes we have ever bought. The process they have developed is the best we have ever seen from a home builder. We are estatic about our new home and look forward to many years here.

We had a good experience. The only issue was the painting job. We like our home & love stone creek.

I felt that the tradesmen were very responsive. My salesman was very responsive and helpful. Overall, my experience was very positive!

Had a great experience everything was as promised

Our salesperson, Colleen L and construction manager, Jim L were always responsive and a pleasure to work with. The quality of construction Is generally very good, although the fit of the trim could be better. Also wish we had a better choice of electric ranges or the option to shop for our preferred brand. Otherwise, we are happy with our Adelwood home.

We love our new home. We were in faster than expected. Our construction manager was awesome!!! Thanks Ben.

Both the sales associate (Bruce) and construction manager (Mateo) have provided exceptional service through our search, purchase, build, inspections, closing, and post close punch list. The design process was a bit of a challenge, but in the end Pulte was responsive to all of our requests. The quality of the workmanship was pretty good for a mass production home. When issues were raised they were addressed in a timely manner by the Pulte Team. What might be the best example of the great service is that the entire team continued being responsive even after closing. 5 Stars

Rafael and all the staff we worked with from Pulte did a great job. We could not have asked for any better.

Our experience with all the Pulte Home people was exceptional. From the sales process through design, electrical selection and construction management. Very professional, respectful and helpful through the entire decision making process.

Overall satisfied with our new home, disappointed in the quality of interior paint and wood trim. Everyone at the sales of was professional and responsive.
