Home buying experience with sales rep was great.However,Post closing experience has been very disappointing. Two months after closing on a model home we are still waiting for issues to be addressed including a safety issue. Customer Care personnel when they do respond to service requests they indicate majority items are “wear and tear” and not “workmanship “ related. .To date no service calls have been scheduled .

We love our new home. Alec and Jeff have been very responsive to issues identified before and after closing.

Our experience was excellent. From purchase to build was so much easier than anticipated. Matt in sales, Nancy in design to Garrett as construction manager. They were knowledgeable, helpful from start to finish! We couldn’t be happier in our new home in Del Webb NP.

Bought one of last homes for sale in development. Builder reps are already working on a new development so responsiveness is awful.

Great experience from the beginning to the end

I recently had a home walk-through with Alec, and I couldn't be more impressed. Alec was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain every detail and answer all of my questions. He made sure that all of my concerns were addressed, and I felt confident in the condition of the home after the walk-through. Alec's professionalism and expertise made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Alec for anyone needing a detailed and reassuring home walk-through.

Every aspect of the home buying process was administered with clarity, professionalism, and appropriate information. Policies were explained and time lines firmly established. Working with Matt, Alec, and Nancy was very enlightening and gave us a positive sense of direction throughout the building process. VERY HAPPY WITH THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE!

It is a lovely development and things are very well organized. For the most part the quality is good but I’m only here 2 months. I do think it is crazy that we need to hire someone to seal our grout. I’m 76 and 5’2”

NIce 55+ community in Hatfield, PA. Good construction and responsive to requests. Many activities for the residents including clubhouse events and hosted trips. Communications to the residents is very good.

While my experience was phenomenal, the Pulte organization has placed their best professionals at this project. Trisha, our sales rep is like no other I met at any other development I considered. She really cares about her clients. Nancy the design professional was an absolute joy. Garrett, the Contstructon Manager was unbelievable. His ability to maintain JIT phases on multiple homes being built is outstanding. I would have liked a higher quality of windows and the landscaping and gardens (included in our home) is very disappointing. We had an overall great experience with our builder for the DelWebb North Penn Community. Unfortunately, we purchased in a very hot real-estate market and feel the price was higher than we wanted to pay. Not really a knock on the builder, just a sign of the times.

Alec and Jeff are awesome to work with.

Beautiful new neighborhood with houses that have flaws. Outside trim bumpy and not done with quality appearance. Day of settlement , new floor covered with flaws and glue. Also, vanity tops covered with glue spots. Multiple work orders put in and some not addressed after 4 weeks time , which is unacceptable. Air conditioning condensation putting puddles on floor with no fix available in timely matter.

Main construction of house appear very strong. Doors, windows, trim, all well done. However finishing items were poor at best. Hardwood floors were covered with glue, cabinets have cracks and are broken, air conditioner leaks water, shower pans were covered in dirt, floor tiles had multiple areas of dried grout, grout missing in shower, Reply's to our request to fix items go unanswered.

We had considered another builder before Pulte at DelWebb. But due to our circumstances moving back to PA and having to purchase after the sale of our home, we purchased a quick sale home one where the designer selected the details of the home. We paid full cash so not to have a mortgage. They “say” that we got upgrades but given a Toll Home that we had before this, there was a difference. Definitely not better quality in cabinetry, doors, paint, baseboard width and etc. The response of the sales office was great and kept us informed. Everything went well until our walk through and move in. After purchasing 3 other brand new homes with different builders we were very surprised with the product that we purchased. The quality of craftsmanship was not at the same keen attention to detail to the other builders. The home was not clean. It had a huge unpainted area that was repaired but no one came back to paint. Paint on counters, floors, and tile were not removed. Clumps of grout on the floor and tiles. Sanding dust everywhere. Pencil marks on doors and other areas were not removed as markers from contractors used for installation of doorknobs and pipes and etc. The paint….flat paint is the worse. It is not washable or scrubable. None of my past homes had to be painted in 5 years or 12 years where we previously lived. Light wipe or eraser would remove scratches. My arm touched a wall while plugging a light; it left a mark. Pure sweat damaged the wall area and is still there! . They said they put 2 coats on but I highly doubt it. They spray on the paint then use brush strokes that show different directions. Any return to correct an area they use a few brush stroke and not the entire door or wall. What do you think that looks like? They “say” keep a list of things and they will get done after the 11th month. In the mean time your walls look like crap, NO NEW HOME that we purchased came with no chandelier or light fixture over the island even if they gave you the cheapest one at Home Depot or Lowe’s. But here, we had to buy both. There was a film running down on the bathroom tiles that they used a flashlight to see; but, I could see. They sent someone yesterday after 7 weeks who cleaned the tiles and what a difference. Glue stains can not be removed from the wood floors by me so I will see if they can clean it up. The warranty person is a 1 man team for ALL townhomes. Promises made, pictures are taken and time passes before getting things done. I tried to be patient but finally I had to send an aggressive email that I wanted to see things get done, The stainless steel kitchen sink was scratched my first day and I am super careful. I brought from my other home protectors and it is still scratched. The cabinets are not of the highest calibre. I see how fast the homes go up that surround us. The structure of the home is solid but quality of materials like cabinets, countertops and workmanship is poor. “Sloppy workmanship” like nails protruding from cabinets. Paint and spackling all over the floors. Response from staff when notifying them of issues is fast but fixing the issue could take months.

Everything from the beginning went well. No problems. Great communication along the process. The quality of the home is excellent.

Finishes were not to the quality I expected. Some of your vendors/ contractors were not very responsive to issues at all.

My wife and I moved to Del Webb North Penn from just 5 miles away and we are very happy that we made the move. The townhouse layout is perfect and the quality is top notch. Lots of things to do and lots of friendly people. Highly recommended!

I love my home. The buying experience was flawless and well organized. The sales group are wonderful The builder was always available and a pleasure to deal with. Also Jeff is great and responds immediately to my calls. My issues are the installation of cabinets, tiles, paint, door handles, etc. It looks like the workers rushed and did not pay attention to detail. There was caulk everywhere. For the price we pay, the house should be near perfect.

My experience at Del Webb North Penn was very positive. The sales team, the decorator, and the building team were all helpful and responsive. My house was delivered on time as promised without any unexpected delays. I highly recommend Del Webb.
