The complete build estimate was very accurate. We moved in on our expected closing date to find everything functioning as it should and the house was very clean. We were very glad to see that the house stood the test of a major wind and rainstorm, with no issues. So far, great!

Matt, our sales rep, was very patient and always responded promptly to our phone calls and emails as we went through the process of deciding whether to purchase and which model best fit our needs. Home was completed within the timeframe given to us which made our move much easier. Very pleased with the quality of the construction.

Nancy, our designer, listened to what we thought we would need and made suggestions that allowed us to envision our dream. From beginning to end of purchasing our home DelWebb was very helpful and made the process very smooth and easy to complete.

I went to settlement with nothing on my punch list. This is the third house that I have had built and by far it was the best experience I have had. Once construction started I was kept informed of all the progress. Ever contact with Dell employees was very professional. Overall great experience and I couldn’t be happier with my new home.

Don’t hesitate to buy a Pulte Home! Every thing went smooth and very quick. From the first phone call with Matt in Sales to the walk with the Building Super before Settlement, they all could not have been more responsive to any questions and requests. Mine was an out of state purchase so that made it challenging at times but Matt supplied videos and pictures to guide me thru. LOVE my new townhome!

Our sales consultant (Matt), design pecialist (Nancy), construction manager (Garrett), and post-sale consultant (Jim) were all a pleasure to deal with: knowledgeable, affable, and always responsive. We were very impressed with them and with the quality of Pulte's product.
