From start to finish the process ran very smoothly. We were kept informed on the progress being made and answered all questions we had. As well as addressed any concerns/issues. They continue to be engaged even after closing. The sales/design team, construction manger and after close manager are true professionals. I would highly recommend Pulte.

We purchased a townhome from Pulte Del Webb in Spring of 2023. Our home buying purchase was seamless. We were kept up-to-date throughout the process and promises mad were kept. We are very happy with our new home.

While my experience was phenomenal, the Pulte organization has placed their best professionals at this project. Trisha, our sales rep is like no other I met at any other development I considered. She really cares about her clients. Nancy the design professional was an absolute joy. Garrett, the Contstructon Manager was unbelievable. His ability to maintain JIT phases on multiple homes being built is outstanding. I would have liked a higher quality of windows and the landscaping and gardens (included in our home) is very disappointing. This was our first time purchasing new construction, but after hearing stories from friends about their experiences, I am grateful that we have not had any major issues. The sales and design team were extremely helpful and responsive. We were kept updated throughout the building process and our construction manager was amazing! He answered any questions we had and addressed concerns immediately. Since moving in, we have found only minor things that need attention and so far the warranty team has been quick to respond. Del Webb us a great development. Easy to work with the sales team and very satisfied. Key things to improve on are drywall finishing work and attention to details like cleaning off building materials from surfaces. Counter top issues as well.

I think the house was rushed.

I love my home. The buying experience was flawless and well organized. The sales group are wonderful The builder was always available and a pleasure to deal with. Also Jeff is great and responds immediately to my calls. My issues are the installation of cabinets, tiles, paint, door handles, etc. It looks like the workers rushed and did not pay attention to detail. There was caulk everywhere. For the price we pay, the house should be near perfect.

We had an overall great experience with our builder for the DelWebb North Penn Community. Unfortunately, we purchased in a very hot real-estate market and feel the price was higher than we wanted to pay. Not really a knock on the builder, just a sign of the times.

We signed with Del Webb in April and closed by December. They broke ground in August and the communication and speed of the build were quick. Del Webb's team, from our sales consultant to our building superintendent, were very good and they were eager to address our questions and concerns. We understand the difficulties in building a home and the issues created particularly by the subcontractors. Our home is not unlike others, and we too have a punch list that we will work out with the builder this first year after moving in, but looking at the home quality and experience overall, they did a very good job, and knowing this, we would be happy to build another home with them in the future. ... Experience with the Construction Manager was great

Overall, an excellent experience with the Pulte staff. The process was smooth and our questions were answered promptly. The timeline and walk-throughs at each stage were helpful. The interactive floor plans are a big plus. There were however several problems that should have been detected before closing. First, the keys given to us did not fit the locks. The construction manager had to scramble to purchase and install new locks after we had already signed the closing documents. We also opted for the Guardian Security wiring package, however when the technician came to install the keypad, he noticed that the front door sensor and wire were never installed during construction. He then had to cut into the finished drywall to run the missing wire, necessitating drywall repair and painting. Also, one window had a bad seal and the entire window needed to be replaced. The customer care manager is however excellent and addressed all of our issues in a timely and professional manner. We would also like to suggest a few more options: Wood floors upstairs, water resistant paint for bathrooms and kitchen backsplash (if tiles were not selected), ceiling fans, window treatments. Mechanical room and garage should be painted and wood trim around windows should be included in the base price. We were not aware that the window trim was not included until we asked about it. We were very disappointed with the lack of snow removal from our driveway. The two times it snowed, our driveway was not cleared off and was icy. We have addressed this with the management company who have always been very responsive and professional. ... More

Front of home was not insulated. Can't believe contractor would have moved on from home knowing he didn't complete the insulation process. Also, 1 interior door installed was not the same as all of the other doors in the house. Also, can't believe the carpenter would have installed door knowing it wasn't the same as all other doors. As far as value goes, I believe the price of house which we purchased is now being offered at a lower price than when we purchased.

While expensive, once community is finished will be a nice place to live, homes are very nice, clubhouse a plus, practically no maintenance. Residents very nice and welcoming.

The Pulte personnel I worked with were professional and helpful. They were also supportive as we worked through each step of the process which made the process of buying a house easy.

I was happy that my house was done on time, but there was a lot of slopiness in the painting, grouting and finishings. I am still waiting to hear back from the Customer Care Manager. It's been about a month since I have heard from him,

A little more attention to detail in construction would have been good. I sure in a lot of instances there was a language barrier which contributed to some of the things that have to be corrected.

NIce 55+ community in Hatfield, PA. Good construction and responsive to requests. Many activities for the residents including clubhouse events and hosted trips. Communications to the residents is very good.
