From start to finish the process ran very smoothly. We were kept informed on the progress being made and answered all questions we had. As well as addressed any concerns/issues. They continue to be engaged even after closing. The sales/design team, construction manger and after close manager are true professionals. I would highly recommend Pulte.

I went to settlement with nothing on my punch list. This is the third house that I have had built and by far it was the best experience I have had. Once construction started I was kept informed of all the progress. Ever contact with Dell employees was very professional. Overall great experience and I couldn’t be happier with my new home.

Del Webb us a great development. Easy to work with the sales team and very satisfied. Key things to improve on are drywall finishing work and attention to details like cleaning off building materials from surfaces. Counter top issues as well.

This was our first time purchasing new construction, but after hearing stories from friends about their experiences, I am grateful that we have not had any major issues. The sales and design team were extremely helpful and responsive. We were kept updated throughout the building process and our construction manager was amazing! He answered any questions we had and addressed concerns immediately. Since moving in, we have found only minor things that need attention and so far the warranty team has been quick to respond. We purchased a townhome from Pulte Del Webb in Spring of 2023. Our home buying purchase was seamless. We were kept up-to-date throughout the process and promises mad were kept. We are very happy with our new home.

Very pleasant buying experience. Sales rep, project manager, warrantee manager all very competent and good listeners. Process was mostly stress free. Promises made were kept. Happy with quality and responsiveness. One of our best buying experiences!

Our warranty contact handled questions very efficiently

The one problem I have is the workmanship. I feel the materials could be a lot better. When I did walk through I was so excited about moving in that I didn’t notice the small things. So far the staff is trying to address things. Example would be the cabinets have small nicks, door are not painted fully and screen door isn’t set correctly. As long as these things get addressed and fixed I will be happy. For the money we spent on these homes I think the materials and workmanship could be better.

No problems that can’t be handled

We bought a "spec" house and were able to see everything prior to purchasing the house. Pulte employees have been pleasant however, we notice the warranty dept has been slow to address our issues. Primary issue is the warranty on the HVAC system from Lennox. Our Pulte warranty representative is supposedly Jeff however, he was on vacation thru the holidays and Jim covered us for him. All went well (roof shingles repaired) but when I tried to register our HVAC system I found it was already registered to someone else (name unavailable to me). Jim checked our serial numbers again and they were correct. Both Jim and I emailed Lennox about the issue. Jim tells us that Jeff is still our rep but he is emailing Lennox weekly about the issue on our behalf. So far, we have yet to hear from Jeff. Since HVAC repairs can be pricey & we want to be sure we are covered, I emailed Jim asking that he call Lennox. He emailed stating he would approximately a week ago. So far, we haven't heard the outcome of that call. It is now two months since we closed on this house. Additionally, we received a mailing stating that the warranty on our Kitchen Aid stove expires April 12th, four months after our closing date of Dec 9th. How can this be? Was this also registered to someone else? This doesn't seem right. I hope someone can straighten this out so we don't have to put time and effort into resolving this any longer. We signed with Del Webb in April and closed by December. They broke ground in August and the communication and speed of the build were quick. Del Webb's team, from our sales consultant to our building superintendent, were very good and they were eager to address our questions and concerns. We understand the difficulties in building a home and the issues created particularly by the subcontractors. Our home is not unlike others, and we too have a punch list that we will work out with the builder this first year after moving in, but looking at the home quality and experience overall, they did a very good job, and knowing this, we would be happy to build another home with them in the future. ... Front of home was not insulated. Can't believe contractor would have moved on from home knowing he didn't complete the insulation process. Also, 1 interior door installed was not the same as all of the other doors in the house. Also, can't believe the carpenter would have installed door knowing it wasn't the same as all other doors. As far as value goes, I believe the price of house which we purchased is now being offered at a lower price than when we purchased.

Have been in our new home two months and still have not been able to get a list of things fixed when some should have been known and corrected before settlement. Still waiting for dates to correct the issues after e mailing three times

The Pulte personnel I worked with were professional and helpful. They were also supportive as we worked through each step of the process which made the process of buying a house easy.

This is our third new home we have purchased. Based on prior two, this one lacks serious attention to detail. Builders main concern seems to be to close on homes as quickly as possible and neglect craftsmanship. Issues such as remaining paint splatters on floors, seams in cabinets with gaps, several floor boards were installed with clear damages, leveling of outdoor grassy areas, tiles grout with uneven colors, granite countertops with very rough surface to point a few. Overall a nicely designed home but could have done better.

The sales experience and design stages went well and our team was way to work with and responsive. Quality of construction and number of critical issues was disappointing for a house of this cost. On the other hand the team was very responsive to fix problems. Learnings from initial issues should be applied to newer buyers to avoid future issues.

I was happy that my house was done on time, but there was a lot of slopiness in the painting, grouting and finishings. I am still waiting to hear back from the Customer Care Manager. It's been about a month since I have heard from him,

A little more attention to detail in construction would have been good. I sure in a lot of instances there was a language barrier which contributed to some of the things that have to be corrected.

Before you sign up make sure you sit down with Nancy to go over all your upgrades so YOU know your finale price before you sign agreement of sale.

I was very pleased with the supportive process of purchasing with Del Webb/Pulte. This is my first new construction purchase. I love the floor plan and the outdoor space. I am excited to watch the community grow. My only disappointment is I expected a higher level of kitchen cabinetry considering the upgrade I selected and the cost. The under cabinets were not painted, Painting throughout the home was done poorly, and with a paint I would have preferred to be washable. The sales team, and building supervisors are wonderful. They are friendly, experienced, and supportive. They are in contact on a regular basis making this home buying experience exciting rather than worrisome. Thank you Howard, Garrett, and Nancy!! ...
