My wife and I really enjoyed buying our vacation home in Del Webb Nexton. We had a great team who took really good care of us and helped us have a great overall experience. I would highly recommend the builder and this wonderful community.

Jack and Henry were the best construction managers. They were both very responsive, professional, friendly and really went out of their way to go above and beyond in helping us in every way and giving us a comfortable move in experience..

our construction supervisor Jack communicated verbally and with media very effectively. Very helpful when you build a home from 1,000+ miles away and do not see the home in person from lot purchase to move in. Our situation was a bit unique in that two family members were building the same homes at the same time just several homes apart. - both remotely. Jack arranged the supervision of both homes which was extremely helpful and reassuring. Did not have to do it but he made it happen! Also, Kathy our sales person (same person again) was ALWAYS there to sort out questions throughout the process and her interest frankly saved me from some embarrassing and costly mistake. She made a huge contribution to sorting through the Del Webb maze to get things done. We never had an open question open more than a few hours. Both people went above and beyond to find that balance and definitely made a difference in the success and our happiness with the process. The process was very effective, step by step they explain the process of building my home. My weekly updates kept me interested and assured I was making a good investment. There was always progress and follow thru. I was absolutely surprised at how organized and efficient this builder is and follows thru on its promise to deliver.

We were thinking seriously about buying a new home in Del Webb Nexton, and the offer of a significant discount cinched it for us. We ended up with a really nice home, that was finished ahead of schedule. Once we unpack all the boxes we will start taking advantage of all the amenities. Lots of nice people here.

Overall excellent and very responsive to any and all questions or concerns. A very good value for the price. Amenities are excellent. Highly recommend Dell Webb to anyone.

Our Construction Manager Keenan did a great job throughout the home building process. He sent us weekly emails with pictures and had excellent follow up.

Our builder was exceptional and was with us every step of the way. However, we had and are still findimg a lot of touch up needed involving painting, missing door hinge, over painting on floors to dead sod outside. The lack of a mounting board or studs to secure our TV to the wall was very surprising given the fact that outlets were installed for the mounting on the wall of a TV. The common areas are very well maintained making living here a pleasure.

Everyone involved in our buying experience was professional and easy to work with. Most issues we had were addressed in a timely manner.

Project manager was exceptional. Was living far away after purchase and was given a weekly update with pictures which made me feel like a part of the process.

Our affinity for forward thinking floor plans and comfort led us to Toll Brothers and Pulte. We stumbled upon Pulte's Del Webb in December 2021 and fell in love with the community, thoughtful planning and amenities. The value is much greater here than in the Northeast corridor (NJ). We are very happy here.

Our construction manager and the on-site sales team at Pulte were terrific. We lived out of state during construction of our house, and they were very responsive to our questions and issues.

We love living in Dell Webb and our experience in building with Pulte was smooth. Our sales coordinator (Dana T.) was special, as was our building project manager ( Foster).

Our construction manager Foster FaceTimed us weekly during the construction process which gave us peace of mind building a home long distance.

The key issue was securing a top notch buyers agent. Lindsey was an amazing buyers agent.She and her team provided weekly updates and construction photos. She provided valuable assistance with securing our lot. The builders did a good job staying on schedule and procuring the building materials. Tough to judge workmanship issues since we have just moved into the home. The DW community is great. Amenity Center is top notch. Neighbors are fantastic. Although it has just been a little over a month, we are very pleased with our new home and community.

From the moment we entered the sales office to the closing day (and beyond) a comfortable experience

Dana helped me all through the purchase process. She continued to follow up on all my questions. An asset to Pulte!

Don’t expect a quick build because of the shortage of numerous building materials.

Punch list items have not been corrected.

Home is well constructed, everything about the home was explained and if any problems arise they say they will be there. The only problems we are having is with the appliances, dishwasher and refrigerator, which are being addressed at this time and looking forward to a satisfactory conclusion.

Excellent service but response to issues in the new home slow

Nice people. Their quality review process missed several items.
