Our entire experience from start to finish was perfect. From the salesperson, Maria, making our initial buying experience a stress free experience and for our construction manager, Keenan, filling us in and getting us into our new home on time as promised. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!

The process was very effective, step by step they explain the process of building my home. My weekly updates kept me interested and assured I was making a good investment. There was always progress and follow thru. I was absolutely surprised at how organized and efficient this builder is and follows thru on its promise to deliver.

Smooth easy process. Our option selection process went smoothly and the building schedule was pretty close to what we expected. Our construction manager Alexis swiftly took care of any issues before and after moving in.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Communication throughout the process was great. Highly recommended for a 55+ community.

We were thinking seriously about buying a new home in Del Webb Nexton, and the offer of a significant discount cinched it for us. We ended up with a really nice home, that was finished ahead of schedule. Once we unpack all the boxes we will start taking advantage of all the amenities. Lots of nice people here.

The total experience was super. Starting with the very professional salesperson, Kathy. The mortgage loan people, Kelsey and Tia, made the procedure painless. The construction managers, Foster and Alexis, are very knowledgeable. They made building easy to understand. It was amazing how much got done everyday. After closing, the welcome center made us feel at home and very welcome to the Del Webb community

Overall excellent and very responsive to any and all questions or concerns. A very good value for the price. Amenities are excellent. Highly recommend Dell Webb to anyone.

We are happy with our purchase but disappointed by some of the small details not addressed until after closing and then other issues that presented themselves within the first month. The issues though, were addressed in a timely fashion.

The only thing that would improve is to give the buyer a 3 day pause after selecting in the design center. We wanted to change a few things after we thought about it and was told we couldn't. Our construction manager, Jack, was excellent to work with!

I was told when I signed papers the build time would take approximately 8-10 months, then when the build process did not begin when they advised it would I was told not to worry now the build time has shortened to 4-5 months. Well, that did not happen either. It took over a year from the time I signed papers until the closing. Once the build manager, Jack, began communicating with me he gave weekly updates and photos which were exciting to receive. Now that I am finally in my home/I am very happy with it. However, I have a sour feeling when finding out neighbors, who bought 6 months after me and closed the same week I did , had received $50,000 in upgrade credits. ... More

My husband and I had a perfect Experience from start to finish. Our project manager Keenan was absolutely incredible. We feel so lucky to have had him as a PM. We love our home and had absolutely not one issue that was not immediately addressed so therefore we had NO ISSUES AT ALL.!

We had a great experience with the agent and the builder. They did need to fix several items after the two inspections we had. We moved here for the amenities, especially the indoor pool. The outdoor pool is beautiful and there is so much to do in this community. THE INDOOR POOL IS VERY COLD. We are NOT happy that the indoor pool is so cold. We were promised 86 degrees and it is not. It is very cold getting in and no matter how many times we ask to fix, we are ignored. We are hoping they actually will fix this situation because many people are not happy about it and we certainly pay enough to have this luxury. ... More

The company needs to follow up on claims and try to improve quality of home by reviewing the comments and seeing if they are achievable to make a home flow better. They appear to want quantity not quality!

We were very excited about purchasing a new Del Webb home in Summerville, SC, but needless to say our expectations fell a little short. Poor communications, a delayed closing and poor workmanship were just a few of the reasons we were very disappointed. We paid for upgrades in almost every area, only to be disappointed with finishes, choices available and finally the end product. We are post 2 months closing and still dealing with issues.

Our biggest issue is having our Construction Manager follow-up on issues that needed to be corrected. I have sent him emails, text messages, and left voice mails to get updates on when to expect the issues will be addressed. with no response. During construction he was very responsive to questions. But, since moving into our home, we have issues that are still waiting to be corrected - after nearly 2 months!

Our Construction Manager Keenan did a great job throughout the home building process. He sent us weekly emails with pictures and had excellent follow up.

We decided our overall review was about 4- stars. We were very fortunate to have Andrew as our builder. He came highly rated and did not disappoint. Materials are good but labor lacks oversight. Our saleswoman Dana made the buying process difficult and not very transparent. We love our community, but there certainly is room for improvement. When spending $600K my expectations weren’t exactly as desired.

Homes are expensive here in Del Webb Nexton but a big part of what you're paying for is the location, community amenities, and style of living. It turns out our sales rep was quite honest about all the positive qualities she mentioned and she gave great advice about what home upgrade options were good value and which ones were perhaps overpriced. From what we've experienced in comparison to other homebuyers we've talked to, the biggest difference in how things turn out, be they good or bad, is the effectiveness of the construction manager. It turns out we had one of the best construction managers and therefore a good outcome, as did other homebuyers who had the same manager. Others who had not so effective construction managers or multiple construction managers during their construction process have had numerous issues to deal with during and after construction. ... There was poor oversight of the trades during the build. We found multiple issues that our construction manager did not find i.e. electrical, flooring, cabinetry, finish carpentry, etc. Pulte was good at responding to our concerns and attempting to rectify some but it was frustrating to continue to find so many issues from the pre drywall to the pre close walk throughs. We felt as though we had to be the construction managers of the build. However, we do love the community, but sorry to say, it just was not a good experience with the build.

Average quality, amenities are very good.

Our builder was exceptional and was with us every step of the way. However, we had and are still findimg a lot of touch up needed involving painting, missing door hinge, over painting on floors to dead sod outside. The lack of a mounting board or studs to secure our TV to the wall was very surprising given the fact that outlets were installed for the mounting on the wall of a TV. The common areas are very well maintained making living here a pleasure.

dell webb keep changing the closing date ,which cost my wife and I thousands without any type of refund.we were not happy

We were very pleased with our sales experience, which is most of the 4 star rating, but have been disappointed in the follow up for needed repairs from our walk-thru. We also experienced mud coming thru the foundation due to one of the trades not doing there do diligence. There are other issues within and outside the home that are disappointing and some repairs have not been resolved. .

Everyone involved in our buying experience was professional and easy to work with. Most issues we had were addressed in a timely manner.

Project manager was exceptional. Was living far away after purchase and was given a weekly update with pictures which made me feel like a part of the process.
