Complete lack of workmanship and quality control

For other potential home buyers, I say "stay away." You will encounter very bad workmanships (if you want to call it that) and complete lack of responsiveness. Before we moved in, we got to meet our neighbors and they all had complains about the terrible workmanship both inside and outside the houses. we were rushed to close despite a long list of punch list items which, to this day, have not been completed. Some were completed only to create other problems by the workers. Pulte has no quality control over the workers and depend on the contractors to monitor their own work. The supervisors ...

Our project manager was not trustworthy and the quality of our home is extremely poor due to his lack of proper management. He lied to us on several occasions and we are still waiting on several unresolved issues.

I wouldn’t recommend building here. Poor workmanship . Materials are sub par. You pay more per sq ft than the house is worth. They don’t follow up with any punch list items.
