We got the quality we expected given the very reasonable price and we are now happily living in it with no issues. When you consider the included amenities the home is a steal.

This is my first experience building a new house. Communication with builder during the process was good. I would receive weekly updates. My sales consultant was extremely helpful every step along the way. After closing, there is a system in place to report repair issues. A personal consultant is assigned. Mine is very polite and returns my calls in a timely manner. However, there needs to be a better follow up procedure to be sure the work actually gets done. Otherwise, the homeowner shoulders this responsibility by having to make repeat phone calls. I gave 4 stars instead of 3 to acknowledge that there is a lot of building going on that may cause the staff to be overwhelmed and this is my first experience and I have nothing to compare it to. ... The sales staff was very helpful in helping us pick out the various fixtures, cabinets etc for our new home. We lived in New York and the construction foreman kept us informed on a weekly basis as to the progress being made, we closed on time.

WE HAD NUMEROUS ISSUES BEFORE CLOSING AND OUR PROJECT MANAGER DID EVERYTHING HE COULD TO BE SURE THAT THINGS WERE ADDRESSED BEFORE CLOSING. HE MADE SURE WE WERE COMFORTABLE WITH THE CONDITION OF THE HOUSE.

Good things: the house meets my needs. The design is nice. Bad things: The quality is under my expectations. The repairs take a long time to make.

We did have a few issues before closing that took some persistence on our part to get resolved and a minor electrical issue after closing that WAS resolved quickly

The ceramic tile work could of been much better. There are spots that have no grout in. Cable should of been done before the sod was put in. The cleaning crew leaves alot to be desired.

Very happy with help from our sales representative and the field construction supervisor. We had prompt follow up to questions and concerns and resolution to our satisfaction. Natalie and Matt were a pleasure to work with. The neighborhood is great, will be better when all construction is complete, neighbors are friendly and helpful.

Great design and some nice touches, but appliances and some of the workmanship is definitely low end.

We believe the supervisor for building our home truly gave it their best, however, after being in the home for over a month now, it’s apparent some of the trade contractors who actually did the work, were not consistently careful, attentive & thorough in executing their required work.

CCR's are too restrictive regarding planting of back yards

My salesperson and building supervisor were great. They worked hand and glove to deliver the product on time and without issues. I realize that we probably paid more per square foot but did so for the amenities. They could have done better with landscaping as there are no warranties on the shrubs. However, I am in the house a month and am very satisfied

The first issue I noticed was that electrical for tv was low. Didn’t know it was an add-on to use less electrical wire to move up the wall. Then I found out there weren’t any towel racks. Seems odd as I bought a new house 3 years ago and was asked where I wanted my electrical for tv’s, phone, etc. I also had towel racks when I moved in 3 years ago. Costs for extras are way overpriced. Keypad for garage door opener, a cost of $40 costs 175 from Pulte. It was a 5 minute installation. Brackets for ceiling fans is $200 each. Three years ago I paid $50 each.

Thought this would be a better product based on what we have heard. Just another penny pinching mass built home. Small details that would not cost much to include ignored. Pretty low grade materials. Walls aren't even square. Just moving in and already kind of disappointed.

A good home to allow for the next chapter of life. Del Webb is about providing a community and lifestyle.

This is my dream house with the accoutrements I desired. Wonderful amenities and solid construction! Interactions with Pulte Homes team has been exceptional. Neighbors are friendly and hospitable! My Del Webb community has unleashed my "inner child" here...and that's a VERY GOOD THING!

The process from start to finish was easy and very enjoyable. Perfect home for now and to retire in. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. It made relocating very smooth and easy. Highly recommended.

This group was the most disorganized group from Sales through Construction. Const Managers overworked and unable to stay on top of quality fit and finish Many Many mistakes made in the construction process that required repair or replacement which if I had not caught them they would have been covered up by drywall at buyers loss. Corporate mandates the use of low priced paper based trim and takes short cuts on Lock sets and wiring options so they can improve margin at the buyers expense. I bought a $350 home for $560 K . I found that by being present each and every day it allowed me to see all the errors and or short cuts ......... best bet for a buyer is to be onsite each and every day as this seems to be the best way to be sure the building process is as expected and done properly. Its now been almost one month and I still have not had a Thank You or are you Satisfied with your home from the division or corporate and yet they cleared a substantial margin but not Thanks for your business. ... There is no quality control that I could see. My review came up with over twenty items that needed to be fixed. After turnover I am still finding poor workmanship. If you do not have any building experience, I would suggest finding someone who will be able to spot these items before you agree to close on the house

I'm very happy to be part of the Carolina Orchards community. People are friendly and welcoming and the amenities are top notch. The community is also beautifully maintained and landscaped. The sales rep I dealt with was consistently helpful and friendly. The building of my home, though, was an experience that could have been better.

Nice home with quality.

.Home options are good and home looks great. However some options not available were disappointing. No option for central vac or foam insulation come to mind. Items needing attention after closing have been addressed promptly.

Little flexibility on choices such as towel racks, no options on moldings and little to no effort to satisfy customer needs.

Home is attractive and comfortable. Some workmanship was quite good, such as tile work.However, quality of paint and paint workmanship was not what I hoped. Most fixtures are fine, but some (toilet seats, for example) were What I perceived as very entry level.I'm not unhappy, But I paid a lot and Didn't get "wowed" as much as I expected.
