The workmanship, materials and responsiveness were all shoddy. We still have many issues that have not been corrected nearly 2 months after closing. We are not happy and frankly if we could go back we would purchase from a different builder.

The workmanship was the most shoddy I have ever seen. I also have received every excuse under the sun with regard to repairing items on punch list. I’m three months post close and still have the majority of items unresolved. The project manager blames the sub-contractor and sub says it’s not his problem. Appointments are made and no one shows to repair. I will be reaching out to an attorney going forward.

Our building construction manager was very responsive however he took time off during birth of his son and during that time, response was less than acceptable. He is back and I assume we will be getting the same response to our punchlist items as expected

Workmanship was good considering. Materials used (wood) was very poor. Luckily I had a good foreman. Extremely disappointed in the landscaping. Lawn need to be graded and it wasn’t. We have nothing but a very bumpy lawn that has numerous low dots where water gathers. It’s been 6 weeks and there are spots that never dry. Very disappointed in the way ithe grad was laid (thrown) down.

Salespeople at Pulte Lies

I purchased the homesite specifically because the salesman with Pulte told me that I would have a high berm in back of the site. When we went to look at the lot, prior to foundations being poured, there was a high berm in the back. When I took the final walkthrough, however, there was a low berm whose height was only above my waist and scraggly planting planted on it. It will take 5-10 years for these plants to mature. When I complained to the sales manager, she said that all salespeople have access to the final plans for the subdivision including the height of the berms in back of each ...

Framing was sub standard to begin with and therefore all trim and finish work was fudged. Worksite was absolutely filthy and lots of damage occured as a result such as a cracked tub Landscaping particularly sod is very poor not only quality but application. Drainage is also a big issue

One of their mantras is "Build Quality" but they hire the low bidder and each of tell them that this is a "production home", thus the quality suffers. The caulk, spackle & paint job on my house was the worst I've ever seen and I've seen plenty as I was in the construction management industry for 40 years. Also, they don't always use top quality products. For instance, the electrical outlets are very difficult to plug in to. The bathroom toilets and kitchen sinks were low grade quality also,

They put a floor receptible in the floor that was supposed to be under the couch. It is over in the middle of the floor and can't be used for anything! Not only can it not be used...it looks awful in that location!

workmanship of this house is very poor. Move in week was mentally stressful as there were so many things left to be done for me to be happy and to sign off. House is about $100k to $15k overpriced for what we bought. Staff is responsive when i call.

There were issues with our home prior to closing that were promised to be resolved and still are not 6 weeks after closing. The finished product had many flaws and the closing construction inspector did a poor job is assessing completeness of the interior and exterior of the home. many flaws. This did not live up to the Pulte reputation or our expectations. We would have not have closed had we know it would be such a problem to get things resolved.

We were essentially coerced into closing 12/10/21 on a house that remains unfinished coming up on 2 months later. Major framing errors including unequal door frames in bedrooms, open gaps between frames and missing drywall, bowing of drywall and doors hung on bowed frames. The bench in the entryway from the garage is not as shown in the model homes, and looks like it was constructed by a child (door is mounted unevenly on painted hinges, front is disconnected from top). The final craftsman work was terrible, chips, poor paint job, poor joints etc. Moto: Hurry up and finish! We were over two months late closing due to builders' poor business decisions. Poor craftsmanship and communications are a common theme with other homeowners. We discovered this after moving in. We were told stuff would be fixed but had to hound them to get it done. Overall, our experience with Pulte was not what we expected.

Homes are being built too fast and workers are foregoing quality. We've had many issues and the most major issue will involve re-pouring the concrete for our front porch. We've been assured having to repour will not cause problems with the foundation of our home, but we are skeptical. Big corporation with poor processes

It’s a take it or leave it company. When you sign a contract here you get zero rights and Del Webb has all the rights. Not only do you have to close when they want, inconsiderate of your need and regardless of the home’s condition, you can loose your deposit if you falter in any way. They can even cancel the contract at wlll if they desire at any time. Take it or leave it regardless of the incentives Del Webb may offer.

The Sun City Del Webb Pulte homes are great designs for living and entertaining. Even though the homes are close together, outside noise is not a problem. The finishing workmanship from poor wood filled with putty, painting not finished, paint splatter on floors and cabinets, poor tile laid uneven. If you have low expectations of quality, this the place to buy!
