Very professional. Be sure to check during construction walk through and address any issues and concerns you have. Pulte will take care of these issues to be sure the customer is satisfied.

Our experience was wonderful. We had communication with everyone that was involved. We FaceTime and saw our home in progress before and during.

Overall experience was very positive and would recommend if you’re looking to build. Dates were outlined from beginning that highlighted key dates throughout the process and all the way though closing. These dates were almost exactly as outlined/promised that provided and allowed for us to have clear expectations during the process. Also foreman provided updates, pictures and progress every Friday that also provided great insight. Very pleased with quality, communication and overall process. We’ve built several house over the years and this was by far the easiest and most accommodating one we’ve ever experienced! I wouldn’t hesitate to ever go through this same process with Del Webb again although we aren’t moving! I found the process easy and response to all of my needs. I am really enjoying my new and beautiful home.

After spending a long time deciding where we wanted to locate we were pleased that the rest of the experience was very comfortable. It's never easy to relocate across the country let alone build a new home, but we grew to rely on the Pulte group to help us over any obstacles we encountered. Everyone was very helpful and we are happy in our new home.

Our experience from start to finish was seamless. The sales consultant and the builder (field manager) were incredibly easy to work with, professional, knowledgeable, honest and responsive. The entire process moved along just as we were told it would and the timing was perfect. To put it simply, we love our new home and the people we worked with were exceptional!

Our Pulte rep outstanding. However, contractors need to show for appts. Rep schedules but contractirs no show on occasions.

Didn’t like the paint options, but over all workmanship of construction was very good.

We were very happy with the overall look an appearance of our new home. On final walkthrough, 90 percent of items were minor paint touchups. All appliances worked, floors, carpeting, cabinets and counter tops looked great. After punch list was completed almost all touchups to paint were complete. My only negative would be that the painting could have been a little better (thicker coat). Carlos was an excellent project manager.

The experience right from the beginning was good over all. When at closing and asking to wire the closing fees should be repeated through out the process to keep the home owner aware that it is only to be wired. We ran into issues that we could not get our money wired unless we traveled back to New York to be there when the wire was done. Overall it was good. Other than the people doing the building. They need to be more professional about the end product.
