The process went pretty smoothly. Pulte worked with me to accommodate my schedule. They completed everything prior to settlement. Alec, my project manager, was on top of getting the items fixed found on walk through. He was very through with his own walk through that I found only a couple of things. I was also impressed by how clean the house was on move in day. 2 months in and I am very happy with everything. I recommend Pulte as a builder.

Very disappointed in how Pulte has degraded Del Webb. The houses are very over priced. The way the new homes are built around existing homes is awful, No consideration by subcontractors with the trash, dust and parking ect. Repairs can be a battle to get handled. The people we have worked with are great it is just who the work for.

A bit of a roller coaster ride

The process of buying and building was a bit of a roller coaster: The sales process was smooth, however lots become available a few at a time, without a set schedule. If you are ready to buy but your preferred lot has not been released, you either have to wait or pick a new lot. Also, if the HOA dues are going up, you should notify us in advance, rather than have it show up in the closing documents. The design process was easy and Maureen was very helpful. Not a happy camper is a VERY stressful time

Christian was a very FAST and smooth talker. Once they got my money little further of the issues were fixed. When you spend over half a million dollars on a home you expect things to be fixed and not have your pipes frozen within days of moving in. It was #1 on my list of concerns. I was assured it would not happen again. He also told me I could not talk bad about him. How unprofessional.

Overall good experience. The house is a good one but like a million others EXACTLY like it. Far too limited in color and design choices both inside and out. Pulte should up their game on floor planning options as well… placement of walls and options for owner’s suite bathrooms are far too confined. We had a great experience from start to finish on our new Pulte home. From the sales associate, through the design consultant, to the construction manager, every one was top notch and made the entire experience very easy and pleasant. We have built a number of new homes over the years, and this one went the best and we could not have asked for a better experience!

Sales person shouldgive more in Salesperson should give more detail info on does and don'ts before 2 days before closing. Should be given at contract signing day. More follow up. Just want sell and move on to next customer.

Floor was chipped unfortunately not covered. Plant in plant bed was dead before closing builders said he would replace it and requested it. They have to close and they said it’s not covered. A few things were promised before closing were not delivered had to wait.

We love our home and the community. If I have to be picky about what Pulte could do better. Little things such as they will not run the gas line past the house so if you get the screened in porch I had to pay $475 to a plumber to extend 12 feet. Most of the bathroom and kitchen cabinets when you open them hit another cabinet, wall or appliance. Not enough room. Pulte would not install dimmers, Some downspouts are on a grade that the water is eroding the yard. They do not cover that I have to pay someone to dig a pipe to drain water at bottom of yard.

I closed on a pre-built home two months ago, and have only great things to say about it. I love it! The sales personnel (Logan and team) were honest and friendly. The construction under the manager (Alec) was of high quality and the attention to detail was well done. The community is active and very friendly (like family). I’d highly recommend this community and the homes!

It took 6 months for our home to be built and we have lived here now for 2 months. We love the home and the community. We loved the choices we had with the house room extensions as well as all the choices for the house finishings. Most of all we love our community with the friendly neighbors and beautiful ponds.

This is my first home I’ve actually had built. Everything with the build went smoothly. I wish there were a few more selection options with certain things like the grout color for the tile. Also more areas pocket doors could have been used. My main issue is with the yard set up, not the house. I should have looked around more since I have a berm and a drainage ditch right out back, plus a utility box on both sides out front. I wish I could have given a higher rating as some Del Webb associates went above and beyond while others were condescending and rude especially in the sales department. Sales is the face of DelWebb and she acted like they were doing us a favor purchasing the home. We ended up losing thousands of dollars and it was a “too bad attitude.” If I could say anything to DelWebb readership …one or two individuals ruined our experience and feeling towards DelWebb as a brand.

Poor communication. Slow to respond to issues. Poor site conditions inside and outside of property during the entire building process. This was followed by a poor presentation on the closing day. Interior trim and finish was substandard. Be sure to document every single defect before closing or it will not be covered after closing, examples would include dying sod/ drainage issues, weeds, caulking, damaged appliances, counter trim around appliance. We were really happy with the entire process and the way we have been treated. The people in our community are so friendly and we continue each day to find ways to enjoy our new home. Overpriced homes with basic quality of features and lack of attention to detail. Overpriced design features with limited design choices. No flexibility in design features as per model. Final move in quality lacks completion of all tasks. Still have blue tape on inside and outside home of work not completed. Cleaning team is worthless with windows, appliances and floors filthy. The Pulte Mortgage loan processing experience is horrible. Look somewhere else for your loan unless you enjoy being stressed, dealing with ridicuous requests, and lots of mistakes in verbal information you are told and papereork errors. The Pulte built house is fine.
