The communication during the building process was excellent. Once we moved in any issues were quickly resolved; however, the quality of some of the work was not that good. The driveway has several areas of spilled paint, the caulking inside is sloppy in many areas and some of the locks were not installed properly.

It has been a very interesting experience in a great way. They were always informative about the process of your home. The project managers try to keep up with your needs when possible. Overall on a scale of one to ten I give it a 9.

I've lived in many homes, townhomes and apartments in my life - I've never seen anything built as well as Pulte for this Del Webb community. The amenities here, and HOA included items are amazing too. My construction manager was and still is responsive and friendly. Unfortunately, I know I bought during a high bubble in real estate values and supply chain costs, but that will work itself out over time.

Dominic is excellent to deal with. He sent me pics showing the progress of the home, and he is very responsive to getting a few items fixed. I appreciate his help to make the process easier for me, because moving from out of state is a difficult process. He always gets back to me the same day, and I think he does a great job communicating. My experience has been excellent thanks to him. The initial workmanship needs a little more TLC. Our team encompassing Todd, Nate, Mike (Sales, Super and overall Const Mgr, respectfully) have been outstanding and a pleasure to work with in fixing what needed to be fixed after our closing.here in North Myrtle Beach. They do stand by their warranty work. I’m sure all will be perfect when completed, which will be shortly.

The house is built fairly well. However, the attention given to the finishing details is poor. Our punch list is very long and after 2 months our house is still littered with blue tape showing the defects yet to be corrected. Upgrades, although costly are about medium grade .

Lisa was an excellent sales agent. From the time I first walked the models until I actually went to contract she answered all of my questions. If I called, texted or walked into the sales office she would make time for me. The project manager James kept me updated on the progress of my home being built with either a text or sending me photos. He followed through on everyone of my issues.

It seems after Pulte gets your money that they dont have any concerns about addressing your issues that arise after the sale. Emails went unanswered and nobody seems to care about the items that need addressed after the money changes hands.

Our experience was not as pleasant as we wished. Our first construction manger was not very responsive to our concerns. How ever Nate was our construction manger at the end was great and helped us out. Our sales person was very short to us about our concerns and and basically dropped us at end. Pulte Del Webb needs to have more quality checks for what people are speny

We love the house. BUT, I think Pulte cheaps out on some things such as paying separately for cabinet hardware, painting the garage, 2nd coach light on garage, etc. Just add a couple thousand dollars to the price. This is the third house we’ve built and never experienced this. It leaves a bad taste.

Pulse seems to build homes too quickly which results in mistakes and poor quality

The entire process of building the home from initial purchase to final move-in was easy. The quality of the home and materials is poor and the skilled workers were not all that good (sheet rocking, molding and painting were terrible). The team was good but they also have to deal with poor craftsmanship. Tim was responsive and efficient in addressing our issues. For future home buyers, the quality is not worth the cost. Also, don't rely on the models shown as designs and options change over time

Still Dealing with Problems

The quality of the workmanship, especially the finish-work subcontractors, is below even track home quality. Lack off attention to detail and even basic trade skills is evident by all of the major trades. Not only did Pulte insist on our closing before the house was completed: it has not fulfilled its reassurances and promises to take care of outstanding issues. We are seven weeks past closing and none of the key issues have been addressed. We lack a working shower door.
