The overall process went well. Any problems during the building process were usually taken care of in a timely manner. The Customer Care Team has been responsive to our requests for the little things that crop up during the first few weeks of ownership.

Tim is A GREAT FIELD MANGER. Also Shannon is A GREAT WARRANTY maager. both these men responded to my request during the building process (Tim) and after the closed of the house (Shannon) is still working with us on the warranty issues. Ifeel Tim and Shannon are a ASSET to the Pulte Group.

We love our DW Dunwoody Home plan, our location and amenities offered. We are so thankful for our latest construction manager Rob who has handled our home issues with amazing response times and follow ups.

Our field manager was very responsive and knew the answers to all of our questions. Some items/concerns in the house should have been seen prior to our settlement. Most items were fixed eventually but would have been nice to have everything ready on the day we moved in.

We were given a good understanding of the building process by the builder from the beginning. There were several good reviews prior to the start of the build to ensure we agreed with the drawings and plans. Then, there was good communication throughout the entire build process.

From start to finish it was a smooth transition. Our sales person Kodi was just great every step of the way. She had all the answers! The project manager Karl was easy to contact and always returned calls immediately. He was there at every step to explain what and when during the building process!!

I love m house as far as the design, room sizes and responsiveness wrh our project manager. What is a huge disappointment is the finish work. We paid extra to have the craftsman’s package and expected the woodwork to be very attractive. There are so many things wrong with the trim that it’s embarrassing for people to see. Corners with large gaps, painting over nails that aren’t countersunk, rough and messed up wood; sloppily painted, just to name a few defects. I’m very happy with Mike for trying to get these defects corrected. Hopefully whoever comes here to repair the items is the best finish guy you have. As far as value: way too much for the lots which jacks the price of the home up. But, we knew going in, that the price was very expensive. I hope to be able to enjoy he amenities we are paying for but can’t use because of covid-19. I’m telling you all of this so you would do better. Our field supervisor was excellent but unfortunately he had to work with some contractors that were not focused quality people. I think Pulte tends to put more emphasis on getting the job done ASAP rather than allowing time to do a quality job. Everything is put on a schedule and each sub-contractor shows up on his date regardless if the prior contractor had not finished his work. This results in a nightmare for the supervisor as he then has to reschedule contractors to come back to finish work. Painters were horrible. Trim work was fair. Framing was good, Concrete work good, roofing and siding was good, plumbing good, insulation good, hanging of drywall good, finishing drywall poor, hanging of cabinets fair, flooring very good, garage doors good, electrical fair, cleanup prior to moving in horrible. ... Initially we had many issues with the Superintendent. We asked him to meet us at the house numerous times for issues we saw (a 2x4 split in half and not replaced just toenailed together, porch ceiling framing not attached to header board, still do not know if it was fixed as they covered it up). Once James was replaced with Jay, things improved greatly. Jay was responsive, answered questions and anything that came up he verified with us it was handled. If we would have had Jay from the start, all our responses would have been 5 Star.

I like it here but not to happy with the process to get things corrected that are wrong in the homes & since continued building is being done this type of things isn’t getting any better, I actually was told to just keep a list & on the 10th month review them things will get fixed, however, that’s not true because they will them have problems so it’s like a viscous cycle. Too long of a response to get things done...workmanship by contractors is just average... BIG DEAL IS NOT ENOUGH DISTANCE FROM ISLAND TO WALL WHERE TV GOES, MAKES GREAT ROOM TO CLUDDERED

We felt rushed through the initial stages and were told no changes could be made after initial meeting at the design stage. This is something that could have been explained better as the design choices were limited and training was being held during our design process. Our Site Building Manager was left to explain details that were left out by sales and design. We would have maybe made other choices. Our Site Building Manager was professional and courteous but was placed in an awkward situation.

The communication during the building process was excellent. Once we moved in any issues were quickly resolved; however, the quality of some of the work was not that good. The driveway has several areas of spilled paint, the caulking inside is sloppy in many areas and some of the locks were not installed properly.

Our sales consultant, Lisa, was terrific! She did all we asked and more to make our new home purchase smooth. We were surprised by a few minor (though not insignificant) discrepancies discovered just after closing, but the construction manager eventually addressed them within our first month of occupancy.

As first time having a home built we found the process in purchasing the home went very smoothly. The home was finished pretty much on schedule. What we found was that the painting and finishing touches. Overall a good experience.

Great purchasing experience. We used Pulte for mortgage, insurance, title and recommended closing agent. We have purchased 5 homes over the years and this was by far the best customer service experience. Overall we are generally satisfied with our home. The one issue we have is the sloppy finish work and painting. Our hardwood floor needed to be refinished, have paint on cabinets and multiple areas where paint coverage is insufficient and color is overlapping. This is a common complaint if you read reviews from different sources so we were not surprised at the poor finish work. I believe over the warranty period these things will be corrected. For years this has been well known to Pulte and they are unable or unwilling to correct….. ... More

Nice community and amenities available

The "Options" part of the sales process felt somewhat "high pressured", The Design Center coordinator was very professional... There seemed to be some confusion between Sales and Design as to what was an available option and/or included. Once Our Project Mgr. took over everything went seamlessly....he was professional, always in touch, quick to respond to our questions, and very thorough during the "walk thru"

We have built six homes and this house is a nice home but to be honest, some of the quality of the product that we paid top dollar for was very disappointing. The paint for example is the cheapest grade of Sherwin-Williams there is. Had to have the bulk of it touched up and we still need to address some more paint issues. It totally will need to be repainted and the carpet we had to upgrade to is quite chintzy and disappointing. We do not feel we got our moneys worth. We know we paid for the location which we love the community, just wish the home had a little higher end offerings for the price we paid. ... More

We are overall pleased with our new home. From start to finish, our sales representative was available to assist with any and all concerns or directed us to the appropriate person. The building team leader was responsive to our concerns during and after the House was completed. However, we recommend an independent home inspector and a real estate agent. In our case, both our agent and home inspector agreed that our home was well built

When problems occured Jeremy saved the day, and I thank him f or that. He is a true Professional.

Details matter to ensure your options and issues are fully resolved. Seller options are limited and several post close elements were required at buyers expense post move in with local independent service providers to create the home details we wanted.

The home was generally built well although some of the materials used were not what you would expect in a $600K home. Some of the detail work seemed rushed.
