Project manager is assigned many houses under construction which takes away from the personalization that they should have with each new home built. When it comes to workmanship, there isn't any. Slam, Bam, lets get it done.

Sales person shouldgive more in Salesperson should give more detail info on does and don'ts before 2 days before closing. Should be given at contract signing day. More follow up. Just want sell and move on to next customer.

Overpriced homes with basic quality of features and lack of attention to detail. Overpriced design features with limited design choices. No flexibility in design features as per model. Final move in quality lacks completion of all tasks. Still have blue tape on inside and outside home of work not completed. Cleaning team is worthless with windows, appliances and floors filthy. Second sanding and painting dust on everything to included light switches and appliances. Washer water connection not checked, flooded laundry floor the first week in the house. Working with a builder-company has been very cumbersome. Too many people involved to get things resolved quickly (vs one point of contact) and/or spread too thin. The community itself is nice, the amenities, however I am not thrilled that I have lived here one month and HOA dues already increased 7%. One month and there are issues that were maybe part of "punch list" that are not yet resolved and I have no idea who to contact about them and get the stuff finished/corrected. I have a cracked window, have no idea who to contact about that, etc... It is not a particularly friendly community, ...

I love the home. The buying experience was as good as I believe it can be. Construction Manager was very responsive DURING CONSTRUCTION but after did not return numerous phone calls and texts. Landscaping around my house was very poorly installed. It took weeks to get even a small thing addressed and the large item still has not been.

Overall it was a avg experience There were things that we would of liked to do but they were not a option..we did see alot of waste going in the dumpsters during every home build. With the cost of lumber we were amazed! Since this is a new community and we are at the begining of the build hopefully it will reach the standards of other del webb communities..this is our 2nd del webb home. Thank You

We love our home but found the local construction team not to be customer centered and did not supervise the work by the different tradesmen. We experienced a lot of quality issues. Thank goodness the Warranty team is experienced, responsive and willing to make things right that should have been corrected during construction. right.

Hard to get things fixed

It is sometimes difficult to get things fixed. Flooring has been a problem of over 6 weeks and it is still not fixed. First person that came by needed to order some material. 2 weeks later another crew came by with material and then said they sent the wrong crew to fix the problem. Left the material in house and left. Haven't heard from anyone since even though I let the Del Webb person know it still wasn't fixed.

I’m disappointed with Pulte. Quality control is a major issue. The house was delivered extremely dusty and I suffered some health issues as a result of it. The paint job was terrible. The painters did not cover the floor so I had to painstakingly remove droplets of paint throughout the house. We requested brushed nickel items throughout the house but the garage ended up being chrome. The quartz counter in the kitchen is not perfectly leveled. The quality of the cabinets left a little to be desired. That said, personnel are very friendly. There is follow up on the items we are not happy ...

Great location with close proximity to beach and necessities. Friendly neighbors and nice amenities. Home has nice open concept and favorable features included huge MBR and bath, screened in lanai, convenient kitchen with huge pantry. My main disappointments has been with the interior and exterior paint quality. Paint has peeled in my garage and the exterior hardie boards show some bleed through in spots. All this could have been avoided if the builder would have spent a few extra dollars and PRIMED and added an extra coat of paint. I also have issue with the landscaping. They planted nice ...

The house design and fundamental build is excellent and the location can't be beat, but the fit and finish of the trim and paint was unacceptable. Be prepared to redo a lot of finish work if you expected a quality job.

Floor was chipped unfortunately not covered. Plant in plant bed was dead before closing builders said he would replace it and requested it. They have to close and they said it’s not covered. A few things were promised before closing were not delivered had to wait.

Two months late on closing. Nothing for that inconvenience. At time of walk through a lot of little things to be completed and after 6 weeks we are still waiting on trim and paint. Workers are scheduled and don’t show up. I have complained about a pot-a-pottie in front of my home multiple times and it’s still there. Positive side community is nice.

The quality for a 600+ home is horrible! The paint, which was upgraded is horrible! Paint on the floor, rugs. chips on my counter that if they could not fix it expected me to pay for it. The landscaping person is absolutely useless! I had dead plants that I acknowledged before I moved in an trying to get them replaced correctly did not happen! It was not a good experience that's for sure!

The beginning of my process was great, good communication, pre-sheetrock walk through good, regular updates. The final 45 days not so good. My builder representative did the surprise, it's ready early after telling me the house would be ready later for months. Then 2 days before closing wanted to push closing for a few minor things - all theatre! Do not close if you have even the smallest items outstanding, it's almost impossible to get them done after closing. Pulte may build a good house structurally but the finishing of the home & attention to details is of poor quality.

There is nothing I do not like about the model\style and layout of our home. There was lack of communication and personal connection from the sales office rep and lack of making sure we were getting what we really wanted. We were lucky we didn't have any major issues, but every issue wether big or small should be treated the same and taken care of. Suffice to say, the post closing support has soured our experience. We had a significant list of punch items at our final walk, and only 4 of about 50 have been done in the 45 days since. Some of these are minor, but there are what I consider major items too. Below is a list of items sent to Pulte at the end of December, approximately 30 days after our November closing. We were excited to purchase the lot with the elevation, & color. But we couldn't because of symmetry and had to relocate to another lot. Moving forward, we picked out our choices for the entire house but had to make adjustments as supplies for certain materials were not available. That was understandable.
