Overall, I am very satisfied with my Del Webb home. There were a couple of issues that should have been caught during the final inspection by the builder, such as no 240 volt service to the oven due to the power line being cut and the dishwasher not secured to the kitchen cabinet opening. They have been very responsive in addressing issues.

Very pleased with the house we chose. A few things we would change but on the whole very, very pleased with how everything turned out!

We love our new retirement home. Pulte works hard to follow up on little things to fix. Brandon, our building manager is the best, making sure everything is perfect. Our neighbors are so friendly and welcoming. Our Lodge-Amenity Center is great! Heather, our Lifestyle Director is actively creating interesting and fun activities! We are so blessed to be living in this community!

When the 1st phase opened up, we spoke with our sales associated, Amy, and got the process going. Amy did a fantastic job helping us each step of the way. She always answered our tquestions. As things got moving we met with the design team and construction team. Our construction manager, Walker email us once a week with updates. After completion we walked throughout the house and noted concerns, which were addressed. I also used the warranty service and they were quick about any issues. From start to finish, my homebuying experience was very positive. From the sales team to the construction team, I was kept informed every step of the way. My construction manager, TJ, was especially attentive to each and every question (and there were a LOT of them) and made sure I understood each phase of the construction process. He provided weekly photo updates and displayed genuine excitement for me as the build came to an end. This was especially important to me because I live in another state. We moved into our new Pulte home in a 55 plus community after moving to nashville from reading pennsylvania. The design and build process was the best we’ve experienced after having bought 5 new homes in our life! Completely transparent and beating the promised build schedule! Quality was all and more than meeting our expectations! Few issues were resolved quickly!

Builder works hard to deliver a quality product on schedule. Sales office keeps buyer informed of progress on the build.

Got exactly what we wanted and expected from Del Webb. Great floor plan and we're amazed at the usefulness of space in a home just under 1500 sq. ft. The sales and construction staff were super. Only disappointed with 1) the amount spent on options, and 2) the lack of options with light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, paint colors and limited tile choices.

From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted, you are guided through the process of your new home build. There is check-in and everything is on schedule. Have been pleased with the quality of our home and the Del Webb team at Southern Springs.

Home was delivered exactly on time as first estimated. We were kept well informed throughout the entire process.

Love the layout of my home. Large selection of options made it easy to personalize to my taste. Perfect size. Great neighbors and loads of activities at Lodge.

The Sales Team was awesome during the entire building process while the Site Construction Managers answered all questions and addressed any issues in a timely manner . Keith, Zach, & Brandon all get “A’s”.

Love our new home. They need to fix the pond in the rear of our home. Was told it leaks and it needs to be redone. Is definitely an eyesore.

I was very disappointed in Pulte Mortgage. It was not a satisfying experience compared to other lenders. I also was left in the dark a bit in setting up HOA.

We were pleased with the overall home buying experience. We were kept updated on the build progress of the house. Impressed with build quality.

My experience with my new Del Webb Southern Springs home has been very good. Keith, in the sales office was knowledgeable and addressed every issue in a timely and professional manner. He followed through on all requests and even went above and beyond. My project manager, TJ was exceptional. Probably one of the best experiences in the homebuilding process I had ever had. His attention to detail and his communication skills were stellar. As with any new home, there are always issues to contend with, but I will say Pulte has been incredibly responsive.
