From start to finish, my homebuying experience was very positive. From the sales team to the construction team, I was kept informed every step of the way. My construction manager, TJ, was especially attentive to each and every question (and there were a LOT of them) and made sure I understood each phase of the construction process. He provided weekly photo updates and displayed genuine excitement for me as the build came to an end. This was especially important to me because I live in another state. We moved into our new Pulte home in a 55 plus community after moving to nashville from reading pennsylvania. The design and build process was the best we’ve experienced after having bought 5 new homes in our life! Completely transparent and beating the promised build schedule! Quality was all and more than meeting our expectations! Few issues were resolved quickly!

Builder works hard to deliver a quality product on schedule. Sales office keeps buyer informed of progress on the build.

Got exactly what we wanted and expected from Del Webb. Great floor plan and we're amazed at the usefulness of space in a home just under 1500 sq. ft. The sales and construction staff were super. Only disappointed with 1) the amount spent on options, and 2) the lack of options with light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, paint colors and limited tile choices.

From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted, you are guided through the process of your new home build. There is check-in and everything is on schedule. Have been pleased with the quality of our home and the Del Webb team at Southern Springs.

Home was delivered exactly on time as first estimated. We were kept well informed throughout the entire process.

Love the layout of my home. Large selection of options made it easy to personalize to my taste. Perfect size. Great neighbors and loads of activities at Lodge.

The Sales Team was awesome during the entire building process while the Site Construction Managers answered all questions and addressed any issues in a timely manner . Keith, Zach, & Brandon all get “A’s”.

Love our new home. They need to fix the pond in the rear of our home. Was told it leaks and it needs to be redone. Is definitely an eyesore.

I was very disappointed in Pulte Mortgage. It was not a satisfying experience compared to other lenders. I also was left in the dark a bit in setting up HOA.

We were pleased with the overall home buying experience. We were kept updated on the build progress of the house. Impressed with build quality.

My experience with my new Del Webb Southern Springs home has been very good. Keith, in the sales office was knowledgeable and addressed every issue in a timely and professional manner. He followed through on all requests and even went above and beyond. My project manager, TJ was exceptional. Probably one of the best experiences in the homebuilding process I had ever had. Our sales experience was excellent. We choose to use Pulte's infrastructure all they way. Took out all of the stress of talking to lenders, insurance folks, etc. Everyone was professional. Well oiled system! Our on-site construction manager is EXCELLENT.

TJ made the whole job go smooth for us.

Everything from the initial purchasing process through construction has been top drawer.

My sales rep was very knowledgeable and helped me get the home and lot that I really wanted. The build experience was good and I was updated every week on the status of my home. My only complaint is the paint that was used on the inside walls feels like primer and I was not given any for touch ups!

Our buying experience started during the height of the COVID 19. We visited Southern Springs Tennessee for the 6th time in mid June and decided to start the purchase process for our favorite model the Abbyville.. After driving home to California we finalized the contract over the internet. We even completed the final design on the computer from home and this was handled beautifully by Del Webb because after we moved in on December 1st we love all the choices we made. Due to the situation on our move we requested a closing date about a week and half earlier and Pulte was able to do it despite difficulty in getting windows, cabinets and appliances due to COVID.
