It is easy to request something to be done, but getting someone to do then is another thing. I have been waiting for my baseboards that got soaked to be put on and still waiting! Electrician was to come out today NO SHOW!no response when called.

I really love the neighborhood. This is a great place to live. We purchased the house in May of 2021. Vickie was excellent to work with. She is very knowledgeable and was not pushy. I would give five stars on this part of the process. The building phase was not as great. Yes, i know about supply chain issues and all of that. I didnt mind waiting my turn for stuff to come in. What I did not understand was how houses purchased after ours were completed months ahead of ours. That part was frustrating. Some examples of poor workmanship: Fan switch installed but not working, Electrical plug installed but could not be used, stove scratched, shower door scratched, grout and chalking very sloppy. Quality of sod installation was very poor. Overall the quality of the products were good, it was how they were installed. How can anyone install an electrical switch or plug and not test to see if it works? Why install prodeucts that are scratched in a new home. I must say the contractors warranty program works great but the sub contractors are very slow to respond. The sales process was changed ...

Being a first time buyer of a new home, i am highly disappointed in the plumbing fixtures installed, very inexpensive and after 2 months already discoloring on the finish...they installed a very low end disposal, and we don't have hot water to the kitchen ( as it needs a comfort pump) this should have been taken care of by builder... we have pressure issues and hopefully all will be resolved, overall i would say the next buyer needs to be sure of what fixtures that are included in the purchase

House was built very rapidly. Limited number of options. Unwilling to make small changes during building process if not in the plans even though it could save the builder and purchaser money. Very important that the purchaser remain involved during the building process. The order of the building process is not always the most economical. For example not putting in outlets in some cases before the drywall was installed. Drywall was installed over switch boxes. Cost per constructed square foot is exorbitant against comps in the area and 20% higher than the rest of the Southeast. The problem is that there are almost no other choices for active adult lifestyle.

I didn't like the buying process. Once you lock in the structure part you can't make any changes even though they may be months away from starting. The same is true for your design selections. Also, I was told March - April as the most likely closing time but it was mid February. My realtor agrees that was the timeline we were told. I couldn't change that day or time without a $500 per day cost which is ridicules. I would not recommend anyone go through this process. The homes are nice but overpriced because you are also paying for the amenities.

All ten (10) interior doors were incorrectly installed and our service request has not been responded to. A roof leak damaged a bedroom ceiling and fixtures. On site personnel were slow to respond. Fortunately a field inspector’s actions got the leak repaired but now we’re waiting on ceiling repairs. We’ve just read that owners are having to wait more than one month for approval of landscape change. Proposals. These are our most serious concerns.

This is the 3rd Del Webb home we have purchased. We previously bought in Sun City Tx, and Frisco Lakes. The walk-through was the worst we have experienced. Building materials were left in the home, trash in the garage and lanai. We were promised power-washing before moving in in these areas but it never happened. We are still trying to figure various features of the home which were not explained to us.

After walk thru and signing off, we walked out of house and noticed the garage door was damaged on the inside. The reviewing agent hadn't noticed it either and said that it wasn't a problem that he would see that it was fixed. No one has called about fixing the door since we closed in July. The agent we dealt with has been transferred. Is Del Web going to stand behind this promise? We have emails with a picture from the agent saying that it would be fixed. We are not able to move in yet, but the agent had our email and cell phone to pass on to who ever was in charge to fix the door. We are ...

Too many issues with the quality of products and workmanship used in the new home. We had walking inspections before closing but many more issues were found after the move-in date. Design changes were not discussed before us taking possession. Issues with cabinets, doors, door frames, wood flooring, light switches, and outlets.

We are really disappointed that the quality and follow-up on issues has been so lacking. Our closing got delayed 3 times mainly due to quality issues (and very obvious stuff). We probably should have delayed it further for issues that were promised to be resolved after close (50% now resolved after 6 weeks) but they wore us down and had to vacate previous home. That being said, we do not regret our decision to come to our Del Webb community and will continue to be a thorn in the side until all is resolved.

The quality and materials are above average and the value is well worth the price. The trust factor is not good. The sales and materials coordinator were very trustworthy. The building foreman were in too big a hurry and the subs made way to many mistakes. You would think they could build the same house over and over and not make the same mistakes, but they do. You can tell they get rewarded by the number houses built per month. Lot's of rushing to compete houses at EOM. The community is great. The final fit and finish quality of the homes leaves something to be desired. Many things will need to just be repaired or made right by the owner as Pulte is slow to respond.

I love my home don't get me wrong. The quality of workmanship is gone. I've been here for 2 months & my cabinets have fallen apart. The concrete front porch is cracked so badly that it needed to replaced before I moved in. Filling the broken chunks of concrete makes both the front porch & back patio look cheap & worn out. For how much this house cost, everything should have been perfect. I can't believe some things passed their inspection because they didn't pass mine--like crooked window trim, missing paint or paint where it shouldn't be (like on windows).
