Terrible experience! Poor quality! Poor planning. Very poor management of the home building process. I would recommend that doing business with Pulte should be avoided.

The realtor, options for the home, build quality, and lending process with the entire Pukte organization was awefull

Beware and get everything on paper. They make a lot of mistakes through the process

Do yourself a favor and don't build a Pulte home.

What a mess. The care they take while building your home is well below any expectation I would have expected. They don't cover anything. My cabinets are nicked, the countertops are scratched, the workmanship is well below normal. My floors were so dirty I had to call a tile company to come and clean them. My carpet is stained and I have to live with it. If you decide to build with Pulte, do yourself a favor and don't upgrade anything. Do it after you take ownership. This was by far the worst experience I have ever been through.

Builder could not be trusted to do the right thing.

Do not trust the builder. The workmanship on the house is poor and the builder has not been responsive about the issues. I have lived in the house almost 2 months and I still don't have a garbage can. Only 1 issue has been addressed since I moved in. They promise to address the issues, but they have not.

We were told we weren’t getting a custom home but it would be a quality home - swing and a miss on both. Disappointed.

Far below standards of the three homes we've built over the past forty years

Very poor finish work, gouged concrete drive, drive and walkway has never cleaned, holes in walls patched and spackle not matched, backing not installed to mount towel racks, toilet paper rolls and shower grab bars. Low quality cabinets, dents in cabinet doors bath room door. Sod poorly insralled, standing water in back yard. Floor tiles not cleaned etc. Need I continue?

Quality, workmanship and materials are poor. Issues are many and are not quickly resolved. When issues are worked quality of workmanship is also poor.
