My salesman, Travis, was great to work with from start to closing. Manny, the construction manager, was extremely responsive. Ashley and Charlotte were wonderful to work with. I especially loved their efforts to reduce my interest rate and closing costs!

I truly believe that we have been treated with kindness, respect and compassion throughout the entire process. We had a wonderful sales consultant, construction manager and now warranty manager. Each person we have dealt with has ensured tasks have been completed to our satisfaction.

Pulte Title Company was not a highlight of our experience, inaccurate paperwork and poor customer focus.

This is our second home from Pulte. We found the workmanship to be very good. It is well insulated and the attention to detail from our construction Manager was excellent.

We feel we got a great house on a great lot. We love the plan-it's very open. The things that need to be fixed are small items such as fixing up painting, drywall repair. Pulte is very good about getting back to us to correct issues-before and after we closed. Del Webb communities are a wonderful place to live!!!

The entire process of choosing, ordering, and the building of our home was very smooth with minimal stress. The sales office and builder were very quick with relaying information and keeping us up-to-date throughout the building of our home. The builder was very active in every phase of the build, and set priorities that made us feel that we were his primary concern. The sales office remained engaged with us throughout the entire time proving they are not just involved for the sale. We are very happy with our new home, and highly recommend Del Webb!

We were living more than 1800 miles away when we decided to buy a home here, right before the world changed. Between the pandemic and all its ramifications, supply train issues, bizarre weather conditions and distance issues, we couldn't be happier with all the efforts made by everyone to make things perfect for us. The efforts made by everyone we came in contact with is still very much appreciated

From our salesperson to the project managers everyone was helpful. We were treated well from the start of our sale until we received our keys. There were hiccups with supplies but our project managers were upfront and honest with us. We really appreciated the people we had during our sale and build!

There were some timing issues but they were not the fault of the builder. Everything that needed changing was done quickly and effectively

Was most impressed with the internal build quality. Sealant caulk is applied where the frame and concrete slab meet. All wiring and plumbing frame pass thru's are sealed with expansion foam. This helps prevent pests from traveling thru out the house.

I want to say how impressed I was with the whole process of buying our new Pulte home in Del Webb Sun City! Everything from start to finish was great! There were a couple holdups due to Covid-19, but not to bad! We really love our new home in Sun City!
