Our recent home build was mostly positive. Our building manager was fantastic as was our closing specialist. They went out of their way to help us as much as they could. The sales team did their job but offered no help when a problem arose regarding our funding of the new home. Overall however we are reasonably happy with the home and very happy to be a part of Sun City.

It was a truly great experience. Everyone was very professional and prompt with all of my numerous questions!

Overall it was a good experience. My major concern is with the subs and their desire for quantity over quantity. It was always corrected but the point being, why not do the job right from the beginning.

I had a great experience with the Sales person we had , and our Construction Manager. Very attentive with our needs, and communicated well.

The sales, design center and electrical representatives were all spot on with their information; very trustworthy. Our construction manager and warranty manager are fantastic. The Pulte title company was seamless.

Communication was excellent and was a great experience.

From our first visit to look at Sun City to now our fourth week in our new house, everyone was not only outstanding in their function - sales, mortgage, construction engineer - but also made us feel as if we were being supported through the whole experience by a good friend. Responsiveness to needs, questions and concerns was always fast and followup excellent. Can't say enough good about the Sun City/Pulte people we interacted with.

The new house “concept” is outstanding. The actual product delivered by Pulte, not so much. This was not a designer home by any means, but it does have some very nice features, which you pay for. The people you deal with are very nice, but no single person can make up for poor construction practices. The “finishing” in our new home leaves much to be desired. There are many spots with no paint at all, windows were damaged in installation, doors do not close properly, many drawers in the kitchen are already broken, the list goes on and on. Pulte is telling us that they will fix everything that is wrong. But the point is that many if not most of these problems could have been avoided with a little more oversight and care during the installation or finishing phase. Adam was the salesperson with whom we worked, He was always quick to respond, was consistently professional. Kevin was the building supervisor and he was great. Such a nice person, clearly concerned about making our home something we could be proud of.

The quality and workmanship I believe is slightly above average. The price is attractive when considering prices in other parts of the country. Overall I’m very happy with our new home. One of the most impressive features of del Webb is the constant follow-up and communication of del Webb with the buyer. Jim in Sun City Texas.

Good until closed on house then no one to followup on problems or instructions on how to use smart home features which I paid extra for.

We had a great field manager who was very responsive to our needs and did a quality job. The only disappointment was the quality of the interior paint.

My Pulte home has been a wonderful experience in all ways.

Disappointed in the quality of the workmanship compared to other Pulte homes. Cracked concrete, inside doors that are not leveled / can't be closed and which were fixed by bending door hinges. Kitchen cabinets that needed touching up. Door seals that needed to be replaced since they were short of the door width. Misaligned garage door, Paint droplets on tile floor. We had 4 windows glass panes replaced. Not sure whether the work was rushed to meet closing date.

We love our new home. We were in faster than expected. Our construction manager was awesome!!! Thanks Ben.

Our house manager Manny was just great. Having several houses built before , so I am used to dealing with contractors and builders, but in this case it was a pleasure as when Manny said something, it just happened. Can't be beat. Have discussed his performance with others and was surprised to hear what trials other others had with their managers. All I can say is we hit the jackpot when we got Manny.

Excellent experience with sales rep, design consultant and construction supervisors. Follow up after move is exceptional

The entire experience was excellent until after I moved in and found a few items where the quality of the home was lacking. Several items were covered under warranty and I am not speaking about those. The warranty experience has been find. However, the walls in the house were not painted with semi-gloss paint which is quite disappointing. However, the closets were. It should have been the opposite. Also my irrigation system was not installed in accordance with all of my neighbors and I had to pay $1800.00 to have it corrected. I could not water my trees on a separate zone, although all of my neighbors and my neighborhood water ambassador can. These was my biggest issue. I was also somewhat disappointed in the landscaping which seemed minimal at best. Except for these issues I would have give 5 stars. ... More

I really enjoyed my entire Sun City experience. I had a great sales lady Jodi. She was super honest and her communication was awesome. I felt like she really wanted me to move here. My home builder Jeff was even more amazing. He was always ready to speak to me and walked me thru all of my dumb questions. He also was very genuine with me. I liked that. Now that I'm here in Sun City I couldn't be happier. I absolutely love it here.

So far so good! No major issues….. They have fixed/corrected things fairly quickly! So far a good experience!

Melanie and Adam were the best. We have purchased and built before, but this new build was without stress and we were always fully informed.

The home took 15 months to complete. We had a good project leader ( Ed ) after the first two were changed. You have to stay on top of the builder DAILY. It is important to note that the Builder DOES NOT ALLOW ANY CHANGES to the original contract … dont even ask (or beg), it will fall on deaf ears.. This was very odd in that we had to accommodate Del Webbs cabinet changes due to eliminating their supplier. This resulted in us having to change cabinet colors as well as counters, flooring, etc. Expect everything to be one sided. It is obvious they are not used to using outside title companies. We used Chicago title and they did a great job and saved us over $1,200. There were scare tactics telling us how the closing would be delayed using our outside title company - this was almost laughable. So far the warranty team has been really good.
