Our builder, Dylan, was great to work with. He was very thorough and responsive. Our sales person, Mark, is also great. We are having issues to get connected with the services available at the clubhouse and working with First Service Residential. Part of the issue is that Pulte Mortgage did not include my wife when they submitted our information to FS Residential which is making it difficult to get her signed up for the training. We have a call into Pulte Mortgage to see how to get this corrected. A similar issue has also resulted with the bank now handling our mortgage as one again my wife was omitted for access. ... More

My experience with purchasing a Del Webb Pulte home has been phenomenal. Every staff member from construction, front office sales to mortgage lending have been supportive and attentive. I felt like I was there only client.

I was looking for a new house I could purchase and move into on short notice. This was a spec house and I fell in love with it. Del Webb was great in answering all my questions and getting me closed in 2 weeks! The house is perfect and I couldn't be happier.

What an extraordinary home buying experience! I discovered the Del Webb development two years before I found my perfect home, and was able to purchase. From my first visit drive through the area I was struck with the beauty of the homes, as well as the amount of well kept green space. The day I purchased was quite unique. Having looked daily at available homes, as well as the availability of building a house, I saw a house and lot on the Del Webb website. I literally couldn’t wait until the open house the next morning. Within minutes I knew this was the perfect house for me. in less than two hours, I was in the sales office putting down earnest money. From that point on the process with Pulte was seamless. The sales team and mortgage company facilitated a quick closing to accommodate the schedule of the buyers of my current home. Everything went as planned although my loan wasn't approved until about 5 days before closing on my new house since it was previously based on a conditional approval on selling my old home. But it all worked out well. Thanks you all!

I bought a spec home. I am very pleased with the quality and level Of service I received.

Paint workman ship was poor, texture on walls was not great, finish on doors was poor. Concrete work on flat work was poor, garage concrete was very poor. We love the house layout & plan. Color and other selections at the Design Center was a good experience, some selections like light fixtures, ceiling fans & paint colors needs work.

The process of selecting a model was straightforward and a fun process once you know how much you can spend. There are models for most every one. I would have liked to have more customization in the interior of the build. Our assigned builder’s agent was superior in her attention to detail.

Had a marvelous home buying experience with Pulte Homes at Del Webb Trinity Falls in McKinney TX. Worked with Mick and Matt through the entire process. They kept me informed every step of the way as I was living out of state at the time. Have since moved into my home and am extremely pleased with the home and the service I have received. Once again thank you for an excellent experience!

I picked everything from the ground up. Am happy with the way everything turned out. The only reason I gave 4 stars for value is I’m paying for location. I would never pay what I did for this size except it is in the location.i wanted

Mark, my sales representative and Allison my project manager made the purchase and build much easier than I expected. Clear and scheduled communication every week helped avoid misunderstandings and kept the project moving smoothly forward. The design center was a wonderful resource to help us make our home personal. Building a new home and moving are always stressful, but this team kept it manageable.

Out project managers Cristobal and Josh D were fantastic. The were great. Professional , great communication, responsive. Great representation for Del Webb. Susan or customer care person was also exceptional.

We were keep up to date during the construction. When we did inspection there were very little things that we could find and things that were discovered we corrected right away. Every aspect of the build through close and support have been met with the highest of standards.

Overall, we felt like Del Webb/Pulte were not totally honest and upfront with us during the buying experience. We were led to believe that everything in the Models was available for choice at the Design Center. Boy were we wrong. All of the nice touches added to the Models were additions by the Interior Decorators and are not available for selection at the Design Center. Then because the Community is so new, the house didn't appraise for the Sales Price and major hurdles had to be jumped so that we didn't have to come up with the cost difference at Closing. The Sales Staff can be very informative but you have to know what questions to ask because they are not going to offer any advice or heads-up unsolicited. We love our new Del Webb Legacy Hill home but we've had to make major renovations already to the ceiling fans / lighting as the only option provided was not anything that we found acceptable. You are offered only one ceiling fan/light kit or room light fixture option for the entire house which we found hideous. Before you sign on the dotted line to buy your Del Webb home make sure that you see the Design Center choices you will be offered so that you are comfortable with those decision as you don't get to make your Design Center selections until one to two months after you have signed the contact and put down a deposit to build your home. ... The whole process from sales, design, construction, and closing were seamless. Any issues/delays due to weather were promptly communicated and resolved.

Very happy with the fit and finish and the quality of the workmanship. Looking forward to living in the neighborhood.

Robin, our sales consultant, made our experience so easy. She patiently reassured us many times when we were concerned since we were moving from another state. It all worked out beautifully and we couldn’t be happier in our wonderful Del Webb Prestige home! We love everything about it. The home is designed so well and we wouldn’t change a thing! We have had just a few minor details that needed to be addressed and Pulte has quickly taken care of them. The Del Webb neighbors are so friendly too! Thank you Pulte for the best home ever!

Like I said the whole buying process was great but then it went down hill. Pulte Title is horrible. Kept asking for same documents. Pulte Mortgage was great. Workmanship is horrible. Paint splatters and spray everywhere. House was dirty when we moved in. Didn't clean windows or windows sills (the high ones that you can't see, left paper and saw dust up there) , left the paper from sliding glass doors on the frames and caulked it on them. Most kitchen and bathroom cabinet pulls were scratched. Caulk is horrible around shower and bathtub. Everything looked good on walk through, because you're in a hurry to get to the closing. Now it's more than 2 months later and things still aren't fixed, with dates being set for repairs and no one showing up. ... More

Overall a positive experience prior to closing. Mark with Sales was responsive, knowledgeable, and flexible prior to closing. The mortgage loan team was disjointed and difficult to work with. All requests from the team were responded to immediately, but then it could take weeks to get a follow up response. No one seemed to work together. Trying to schedule travel for closing when we couldn’t get a firm date was difficult. Understand keeping it on the family and offering incentives, but be sure to deliver and communicate. Cole the contractor was great; answered questions, did walk through and an overall fantastic person. Disappointed after the closing was complete. No follow-up, no thank you, no welcome to the family. I expected more from Pulte or Del Webb. Went to office to say hello. The staff had no idea we had purchased the home. Didn’t receive any warm welcome or thank you from anyone along the way. Bought the model/sales office, so there’s been confusion with USPS, deliveries, etc still showing home as a business not a residence. Love the community and the residents! ... More
