Our builder, Dylan, was great to work with. He was very thorough and responsive. Our sales person, Mark, is also great. We are having issues to get connected with the services available at the clubhouse and working with First Service Residential. Part of the issue is that Pulte Mortgage did not include my wife when they submitted our information to FS Residential which is making it difficult to get her signed up for the training. We have a call into Pulte Mortgage to see how to get this corrected. A similar issue has also resulted with the bank now handling our mortgage as one again my wife ...

Paint workman ship was poor, texture on walls was not great, finish on doors was poor. Concrete work on flat work was poor, garage concrete was very poor. We love the house layout & plan. Color and other selections at the Design Center was a good experience, some selections like light fixtures, ceiling fans & paint colors needs work.

The process of selecting a model was straightforward and a fun process once you know how much you can spend. There are models for most every one. I would have liked to have more customization in the interior of the build. Our assigned builder’s agent was superior in her attention to detail.

We were keep up to date during the construction. When we did inspection there were very little things that we could find and things that were discovered we corrected right away. Every aspect of the build through close and support have been met with the highest of standards.

Overall, we felt like Del Webb/Pulte were not totally honest and upfront with us during the buying experience. We were led to believe that everything in the Models was available for choice at the Design Center. Boy were we wrong. All of the nice touches added to the Models were additions by the Interior Decorators and are not available for selection at the Design Center. Robin, our sales consultant, made our experience so easy. She patiently reassured us many times when we were concerned since we were moving from another state. It all worked out beautifully and we couldn’t be happier in our wonderful Del Webb Prestige home! We love everything about it. The home is designed so well and we wouldn’t change a thing! We have had just a few minor details that needed to be addressed and Pulte has quickly taken care of them. The Del Webb neighbors are so friendly too! Thank you Pulte for the best home ever!

Like I said the whole buying process was great but then it went down hill. Pulte Title is horrible. Kept asking for same documents. Pulte Mortgage was great. Workmanship is horrible. Paint splatters and spray everywhere. House was dirty when we moved in. Didn't clean windows or windows sills (the high ones that you can't see, left paper and saw dust up there) , left the paper from sliding glass doors on the frames and caulked it on them. Overall a positive experience prior to closing. Mark with Sales was responsive, knowledgeable, and flexible prior to closing. The mortgage loan team was disjointed and difficult to work with. All requests from the team were responded to immediately, but then it could take weeks to get a follow up response. No one seemed to work together.
