Our Bldg. interior construction supervisor, Flint Sneath, always was very responsive, despite subs continuous recalcitrance to be responsible, at all!

I lived in a Del Webb home in the Las Vegas area for over 20 years. I love the Webb homes for build quality and long-term investment and active life style living . From sales to closing, and aftercare offered, I'm extremely happy with my choice.

A lot of items go into this house and many subcontractors. It has been 6 week since closing and all but one issue has been resolved.

Ignoring the complaints Workers coming to do the fixing in a hurry therefore is not done correctly.

Definately pass on to new buyers. These homes are high quality.

Over all the house is good it just seems that after closing things take for ever to happen Are builder Tim turned in a cabinet that had a crack in it to be replaced that has been app. five weeks ago still nothing and then there is the landscapers and sprinkler people that do the worst work i have ever seen. The quality of paint we were able to select from was very poor unable to wash any of it.

Overall great value for the money!

Some of the issues seem to occur because of non professional workers. For example, I am still using a tooth pick to get white paint out of the crevices of my Vinyl Flooring. I had to have a plumber come out for the 3rd time to find out why commode in guess bathroom was not flushing properly. Sprinkler system programed, but was not responding to its pre programed status.

These guys are tops. Certainly professional and a "no question is a stupid question" attitude. Very patient and helpful. I might be naive - but seem trustworthy and deserving of respect.

We love our home. The materials used were good quality but the attention to details is not what I expected from Del Webb. There is a lack of communication and follow through from our project manager. The community construction manager was professional and always handled issues when he was contacted. We closed on our home well over a month ago and are still waiting to be contcted for our 30 day walk. Overall, this is our home and we are glad to be here.

They are great! I'm happy living in del webb community.

The sales person was very helpful when buying the home. He helped me with all my questions.

Dishwasher stopped draining - into week 2 of waiting. Refrigerator works -no water coming out again - stove connect to gas has leak, no help yesterday waiting again today

We were given comprehensive updates and all our requests were met quickly. Great follow up after we moved into our home.

Energy efficient homes are very nice. You’ll fall in love with the quietness of the home.

During the ice storm and without electricity my house never went below 62 degrees.

They’re quick to fix little mistakes. But it takes more than 30 days to fix their big ones and still waiting!! Every Monday I text the foreman asking when will the hole in the wall will be fixed? I’m told he’s confirming with the drywall company to fix the gap. To me this is not a gap it’s a hole! When they built my house they forgot the crown molding. So after having to come back in and add the crown molding they laid the molding on top of the vent going into the guest bedroom. Not acceptable so they replaced the vent with a smaller one now leaving a hole. It seems like they can’t figure out how to fix this problem. Next the gaps on the floor going into the guest restroom and the washroom. First I was told that’s the way they should be. But then was told going to make sure. So a threshold was placed on top of the gaps. Again not acceptable! If you step on the threshold you’ll hear a crack sound. This is because of the gaps underneath. Very pleasant experience and would highly recommend Del Webb. They have a solid team that will walk you through the process from start to finish. Great community to call home!

Very professional group. I would recommend them to everyone over 50.

A number of small issues on the initial walk through some of which were not addressed properly on the 2nd walkthrough.
