We expressed our disappointment and it was rejected.

My salesperson should have told me I needed a RIGHT hand garage to maximize windows on the east side of our house knowing full well our model (Martin Ray) has only 1 1/2 windows on the garage side. She told us we needed a LEFT hand garage. Our house is SO DARK from lack of windows on the east side. We currently are repainting the entire interior of our house at our expense trying to brighten our living space. Also the design person did not steer me to lighter colors after I told her too that I wanted maximum light. The time allocated for the design center choices is inexcusably short; especially when we had to fly in from another state. Del Webb salespeople should have been much more helpful. We were just a number to be processed as quickly as possible. Our contractor supervisor was removed halfway through the building process, unfortunately. He kept us abreast of the build of our house. We were sorry to find he was gone!! The quality of the workmanship on our house was extremely poor. No quality control!! We had a list of 16-18 major items that needed correction. Over a two month period they were finally corrected. These homes at Frisco Lakes are expensive for the square footage with substandard workmanship. So disappointing to see the walls painted with the wall plates installed as we had to remove and clean. Too many issues to mention in this forum. We moved here 4 months ago from a 55+ community where the quality of workmanship was excellent and home prices were lower. I suspect you will not publish this review. ... More
