Liz, our sales consultant,, and Allie, our building manager are great to work with. They actually listen to the buyer and respond accordingly. Both are considerate of your needs and return an answer to any question immediately or quickly. They guided us through making decisions for building the house we would love. And we do!

Wonderful experience during our build.

Overall i had a great experience buying the home, One negative thing i like to point out that the salesperson was too negative and and every issue ,in my opinion very minor, like change of paint color and change of closing date, raised was almost a major violation of contract.

We would like to see more options at the Design center. Also , me and my neighbors would like better quality for fixtures and kitchen cabinets.

Sales encouraged me to select a hilltop lot with a great view - feels like living on a golf course! Workmanship, construction manager were superior. 30 day inspection items were quickly taken care of. Impressive!

My construction manager, Allie, was always availablle to assist me and explain any problems that popped up.

My experiences at Del Webb have been very positive. The staff I met were extremely cordial and offered an abundance of information. My new home is beautiful I use a wheelchair and the builders especially Tim went out of his way to make my new home completely wheelchair accessible. What a wonderful team. Now that I am a full time resident at Del Webb I can honestly say that my decision to move here was the BEST decision I made in a very long time. Thank you Del Webb staff.

Just know what you see in the Model Homes most are upgrades. Be prepared for a Designer Studio visit.

Delivered excellent quality as promised and ready earlier than originally planned

Flooring was defective before we moved in. Even though we've been visited by a 'flooring services manager', and a rep from the flooring provider, the response has not been very quick. We've been in for over a month and the problem is still not resolved.

The Estate series home which we had built at Del Webb Trinity Falls has good bones (a well engineered foundation, good framing, plumbing and electrical). The fit and finish work on our new home met our expectations.

Moving to Del Webb in Union Park has been such a great experience and has totally beat our expectations!! Great quality home, great neighborhood and community! Everyone we've met has been so friendly. Such a diverse community! My husband and I love it here and would recommend Del Webb to everyone!

I am very pleased with my home. Be aware that the buyer has zero say so on landscaping. You are allowed to make multiple decisions and give input on your home, but you have no input on your landscape. You have to wait till you move in and request HOA approval before you can replace anything. My yard was full of small holes, very uneven. Landscaping was and still is a disappointment.

The house is very good overall except for the paint which shows stains fast and leaves marks when trying to wash off the stains.The step from the garage to the house is a serious trip hazard The quality of the blind is too low.There should be an upgrade that is not too expensive. Overall the house is good

Construction manager kept me informed every step of the way sharing not only the good news but honest disclosure on any delays. My salesman was included in phone calls so I felt supported by the entire team.

All it took was meeting the staff in the sales center, looking at the community and seeing the model homes and we were sold. The homes appeared to be extremely well constructed and equipped with everything we could want plus more. Amenities and opportunities were all right there and the calendar of events was full. We gravitated back to the first model we saw. It reminded us my Grandparents cottage on a natural lake in Indiana, we felt comfortable and at home. We returned to the sales office ready to get the ball rolling and within a very few days we were under contract. We we’re very confident the staff tearned our trust. Del Webb has a specific schedule for every phase from purchase, build, and closing and it all made sense. The communication was terrific because we knew what to except and once they broke ground we got weekly up dates from the construction manager. Through the entire process we were surrounded by our realtor, salesman, construction staff and title staff who were professionals and they knew how to handle everything. At one point there was a question during our weekly call our construction manager had a question and our salesman, with no hesitation, knew the answer without looking through our file. The day we made the decision to build we called our son, a former project engineer for a home builder, and he was thrilled. Are builder is the greatest that I ever worked with ! Kevin has worked with us to the fullest ! He is kind & a gentleman, and is always there in a flash if we have any questions. I recommend him by far as the best of the best !

First of all, there is very little that can be changed. My construction supervisor was changed half way through the build then with a week and a half before my 30 days after move in check my next construction supervisor quit which left me with issues that could have been taken care of during that week and a half. Now I have to deal with the Pulte service request department. I had sent in 8 items on a service request, got an email back saying they would contact me. I was never contacted until I found another problem. Their response was we never received your 8 items. Now it seems that they want me to wait until I have my 11 month check on those items. The item that they did reply to was a problem with my cooktop not being set properly. They have told me I have to call Whirlpool to get this problem taken care of. Well Pulte put this stovetop in why should they not be responsible for fixing this problem??? I don’t even want to tell you about the terrible cabinets they put in these homes. The company gets a 1.3 on yelp. They would be lucky to get a zero from me. The cabinets are the worst built cabinets I have ever seen. I believe they are made of press board and while they look fine on the outside they are terrible on the inside. I have lived in another part of Texas for many years and Pulte was one of the best builders there so I thought this would be a great house but Pulte is not the builder I heard about years ago. Both Stephen and Matt are truly the cream of the crop! They treated me with great respect and made me feel like I was their only buyer! They were professional and ethical throughout my entire process. They took pride in their work and were always accessible to answer my questions in a timely manner. They kept me informed and updated on all of the workings building my brand new home. Both Stephen and Matt are GREAT ASSETS to Pulte Homes!!! Keep up the good work!!

Workmanship was below my standards. Several things had to be redone. Master bathroom cabinets substantially down graded from picture shown (no model available for plan) no drawers as was shown. Using their mortgage company was a nightmare. The only positive things has been the building supervisors, of which I had three.

We had 2 construction managers and we could not ask for better. Both were very professional and explained alot. The front end guy took us through the construction and the finishing gal was excellent in showing us around our home every step of the way. I hope everyone gets these two but I know that isn't possibly but Thank you for putting them with us.
