Our overall experience was outstanding from purchase through our move in.

From the first time we stepped into the sales center and met Jason, our sales rep until our final walk thru with our builder Tanner the entire process was flawless. Everyone was responsive to our questions or concerns and worked quickly to resolve any issues.

Don’t be overwhelmed with Design Center. Some things can be done after closing such as shutters for less money

I have to give the credit for a great home to my building manager. He never failed to call me every Friday morning to let me know what I would see on my weekend visit. He was responsive to every question I had. He truly wanted to build a solid wonderful new home for me and believe he he did just that. He is an amazing asset to the company!

I pleased with the property, I'm not a nit picker. I think my feedback would be more meaningful or helpful after a year onsite. I'll be communicating as we go along. I'm concerned about maintenance of the trees. They add a lot, but in a hot dry climate require attention. The third party common area is a concern at this time. It may not be so in the long run.

We bought the Abbeyville and love it. It has the room we needed after downsizing, and is not too much house for us. We really love the storeroom by the utility. Picking out things at the design studio was real easy.

Builders very responsive. Provide excellent suggestions and guidance.

We had an incredible project manager-- efficient, effective, empathetic.

I recently moved into a home in the Del Webb at Union Park Community, and it is so superior to the +55 community I moved from. The amenity center has good facilities and lots of things to do. The Lifestyle Director has had wonderful activities during this period of quarantine, it's amazing how much this has helped. The residents are very friendly and outgoing. The house itself I can't say enough good things about it. The workmanship is superior to the previous community I lived in. The process of building the house was all-inclusive, as I lived out of state I received a weekly phone call updating me on what had been done and what was going to be done the next week. I was even sent photographs of the house. Since moving in the field supervisor has kept in contact with me and has been very helpful From the first contact with the sales team to the closing I was very pleasantly surprised at how much contact they had with me. The design center was wonderful, it was so nice to see how things actually would look. The personnel that helped were very knowledgeable about the products.
