I love my home !

We are please with our new home and the pace at which more homes are being built.

Due to a job promotion, we moved from California to Texas and opted to buy in a 55+ active adult community in the Union Park master planned development in Little Elm, Texas. We could not be happier with our new home and the community. Pulte homes did a fantastic job and we were kept in the loop for the entire process from selecting the lot in May 2019 and moved in on November 1, 2019.

We purchased a "spec" home and had no choices in finishes or design. However, we are extremely pleased with the upgrades included and materials used throughout the home. The Del Webb in-house designers did a great job on selecting visually pleasing interior features and finishes.

I would really like to thank Chris, my salesman, and Spencer, my building supervisor for all of their assistance. They have both been outstanding and exceptional to work with, and have gone the extra mile to ensure that I am happy with this home purchase. Both Chris and Spencer made this purchase and build far easier than anticipated. I am extremely happy with the decision to buy this home in Frisco Lakes.

This is our third Del Webb Complex that we have lived in now for 25 years. Each one namely Sun City in Tucson and Sun City West in AZ have their own particular different attributes for older folks such as size and value--hard to beat compared to the smaller complexes. But now it is time to move on. We love Frisco Lakes- the location , the brick homes to say nothing about the green grass. I consider the original Del Webb( the person) a great American when you think about the foresight he had for seniors in the 1950's

My spouse and I are thrilled with our decision to move to Frisco Lakes. We moved from Iowa to get away from the winter weather and to be closer to family in the Dallas area. It has lots to offer to make new friends and we are certainly enjoying the sunny Texas weather!

We feel fortunate to have landed at a Del Web home in Frisco Lakes. The entire home-buying experience has been excellent. Our Sales Counselor remembered us from last year and notified us of a time-critical opportunity that we feel fortunate to have acquired. We absolutely love the design, the size, and the utility of our new house and fell as if we're living in a resort bungalow. The construction and finish quality is great, much better that I've experienced with previous custom builds. Our experience is that Del Webb and Pulte know how to do things right and that's what they do. We've been so pleased with our experience that we've switched our mortgage, homeowner's insurance, and auto insurance all to Pulte. From the sales rep to the site management team, and everyone in between, these people are the best! They know their field of expertise and cannot do enough to make your entire experience a pleasure.

We are very happy with our complete home buying experience. Our walk throughs before closing with S. were helpful with the operation of all the new systems. Our phone calls were answered promply and every question and concern was addressed. It has been one month and we are at home. Except one thing -- light switches! It's always the last try that turns on the right light, but we're getting better at it.

Chase is outstanding! Great attention to detail and follow up.

My experience has been positive and helpful through all building phases starting with sales office through completion. I most appreciate good and prompt communication, along with attention to my specific needs and concerns.

The process is so easy--from dealing with the sales rep, going through the design center, and dealing with the construction phase. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, courteous and patient!

When looking for a new home in our move from Arkansas to Texas, we quickly focused on Del Webb because of its reputation for building medium-sized, relatively affordable homes in master-planned, age-restricted communities. We wanted a quality build, minimal yard maintenance, on one level with some available amenities (pool, fitness center, etc.) in a neighborhood that would enforce maintenance and appearance standards to protect our home investment. Check, check, check, and check. The team we worked with from the initial visit to the Del Webb sales center, through the actual construction and financing phases, and now during the post-build follow-up has been uniformly outstanding. Our sales guy, Pete, provided answers to all our questions for several months (even after the sale was made). Construction supervisor Chad called us weekly to update us on progress, and address any concerns that arose. Since we moved in almost two months ago, Chris has responded quickly to identify and fix the inevitable small issues (landscape plants struggling, paint touch-ups, and more) that every new home has. All things considered it was an easy process. Only thing I would like are privacy fences for the back yard.

From start to finish, the Pulte employees and especially our construction manager, Tommy, were friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. They made the process of building our home enjoyable.

Overall, my experience with Pulte-Del Webb Union Park was very good. Communication was good and CM was very attentive. Happy with the quality of the home; add-on's/upgrades were a bit pricy. Working with Pulte Mortgage was a bit arduous as compared to other lender's that I have used; but in the end it all worked out fine.

Del Webb runs it home construction and sales like an assembly line. Everyone has an exact job to do and are standing by waiting to perform! Very efficient, cost effective and thorough. Excellent experience, all around!

Pete handled the sale and all details regarding the lot and home selection. He is experienced, and instrumental is completing the entire process. Thanks to him all of our questions and concerns were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Jason our builder was just as professional. They were both awesome!

The house is very good overall except for the paint which shows stains fast and leaves marks when trying to wash off the stains.The step from the garage to the house is a serious trip hazard The quality of the blind is too low.There should be an upgrade that is not too expensive. Overall the house is good
