I moved in to my new home almost 8 weeks ago and only two items on the punch list have been addressed, and one of those has not been resolved. I honestly believe that Pulte is a good builder and that these are difficult times for them. There are shortages of supplies and good help, but homes are going up so quickly here that I would think that they should finish work on the homes that are built. I love the neighborhood. That was my main reason for moving here. I just hope that I am going to get these issues resolved at some point.

All of our job supervisors were very good about keeping us informed on the progress of our new home.

Builder needs to use pocket doors where appropriate. Really should include shower grab bar for safety. Also remove trip hazard at sidewalk to Front door

With the cost of building a home going up by the month I went ahead and started my build probably sooner than I had planned but I have no regrets. I'm glad the process has been completed and I enjoy my home every day.

From critical sales promises not kept to low quality materials and unskilled craftsmanship along with incorrect closing fees and erroneous explanation of closing costs, the entire experience was frustrating and exhausting. Worst house building experience by far and this is my fourth build in Dallas over 35 years.

The quality materials were outstanding. In addition the number of inspections for workmanship. Finally the communication with the build manager was excellent.

We expressed our disappointment and it was rejected.

Our field manager kept us informed and up to date on everything that was happening with our home. Weekly calls and in-person meetings were so helpful. We now have a Care Consultant that is wonderful. She is on time, always on top of things, follows up on any requests that we have made - I couldn't be happier with the service.

I have not been able to get anyone to return my calls or take care of the many issues I currently have with my new house. I moved in 30 days ago and have reported my issues to the field manager along with the customer care team only to find out the person who was handling my problems is no longer with the Del Webb Union Park. No one has reached out to me to get my issues with the house resolved. This is extremely frustrating the lack of communication and follow through with Pulte.

It started with the salesperson with great attitude and professionalism. When they started to build our house the engineer gave us weekly developments of the house. We are very happy with our experience and we highly recommend Pulte Homes with everyone.

The customer service is 5 star, would definitely trust this company to my friends

Working with Kristen Springer was the best part of buying our new home. Kristen is a real asset . She follows up and answers all questions. The actual process of working with sales was difficult and at times confusing.

Quality of build was great. Finish part of build could have been better and not so rushed.

Our buying experience was smooth and done remotely. Our sales agent was very responsive and helped guide us thru choosing structural options and signing the contract. The team at the design center we’re great to work with in choosing our interior options and our building manager kept us up to date throughout the construction period. There were several unforeseen delays during construction, though one in particular I feel could have been avoided. Soon after closing we discovered several items that needed to be corrected and that list grew as we found more. We are now in month 3 and only a few of the items have been addressed. Seriously believe everyone I have worked with has cared and done what they could do. Issues are rolling down from corporate. Not hiring enough people, so those doing heavy lifting are overwhelmed.

House is great but heat did not work 3 weeks after move in and house does not hold heat or cool temps very well.

Great home building experience. Everyone was very helpful and we love our new home.

From the sales office through the buildout, all went well. Even with supply chain and Covid-19 problems, the builder produced a special home.

The home took longer to build, but we knew that going in. Due to the storm and materials being hard to come by. The rest of the process went really well. We are very happy with the end result!

My building supervisor kept me up to date on all aspects of the home during building. After closing, the same excellent service has been provided by my warranty advisor.
