Totally happy so far.love my house so I have really not gotten out in the neighborhood yet! I feel like I'm on vacation with all the absence of yard work, constant worrying about repairs etc. I do hope to meet some people soon...sometimes that first step isn't so easy. Will see.

Workmanship is very poor. Tile work was the worst and having to have tile redone. I have had to wait for weeks for repairs. One issue after another. No one seemed to keep an eye on construction. Superintendent didn't stay on top of all the work. Cheap appliances including garage openers.

When I first drove into Chambers Creek it immediately felt like going home. My sister has a DelWebb home in SunCity so I was familiar with the builder. My experience with all the “hiccups” throughout the construction has been disappointing. After I moved in there is very little to no communication as to when these concerns are taken care of. I had a $372 water bill from a faulty sprinkler that STILL has not been taken care of.

First let me start with the positives. My builder, Daniel Clark, was outstanding in every way. There aren’t enough stars in the sky to rate him. Because of him, I know my home is solid and every detail was scrutinized and correctly executed. I have complete faith and trust in him and his work. I got a nice call from a young lady that asked me how everything was. I only had three problems at that time and I told her that I had spoke with Tex and I’m sure he was taking care of everything and since then he has taken every taken care of everything and the one thing that couldn’t be fixed now will be fixed in the spring and I feel sure he will do that and I don’t have to worry about it. He’s a very nice gentleman.

My only complaint was that the builder would not add anything that I asked for. I wanted my garage completely insulated. Answer NO I asked for a pull down staircase in garage. Answer NO I wanted a set of drawings. Answer a resounding NO I didn't want these items for free, I offered to pay for these upgrades Answer NO

Poor workmanship, corners cut, continuing issues.

7 weeks after closing and we are still having major repairs being done. Every week we are finding something else that was not done properly with our home build. We love the area but the quality of their builds are inferior. We would not recommend building with Pulte/Del Webb. Pulte mortgage was also a nightmare, go with your own bank.

We bought a house in a neighborhood in which there are multiple builders. Our experience with another builder, for a different house, was good but our experience with Del Webb was clearly better. The are more organized, responsive, and can be trusted. Highly recommend.

After my husband died, I wanted to move closer to my family and find a simpler life with a community that offered options for mental and physical stimulation. Connection to nature is important to me and it is present here...after all the construction is complete! I also needed to find community to be a part of. Del Webb has been a perfect match. Everyone that lives here is about welcome, and residents greeted me when I was just walking my dog after just moving in and knowing not one person. I feel safe here.

This wasn't our first time building a home and we've had bad experiences in the past. Building with Del Webb was a pleasure. No build is completely smooth, yet Del Webb was able to explain issues to our satisfaction or quickly respond and correct them in the field. Would recommend Del Webb.

Our manager left about 3-4 weeks before closing. There were major problems with the rock and brick on the front of our house. I would have postponed closing, but it was upsetting my husband, so I didn’t. New manager said there was NO way they would tear down and redo the work. They did not clean the grout spillage all over our tile floor so we had to do it! The yard and landscaping were horrible! We had 2 truck loads of sand delivered and spread trying to level out our yard. The plants that were put it belonged in the discounted subdivision on I-45. When they laid the grass they didn’t ...

I think they do the best that then can do for the seniors that live in this community. Most people living here are very happy. I only have l issue when my garage door fell on my car the garage was fixed but my car was not. Also I just noticed that the replacement panels have screws nut no nuts attached to them. I'm still waiting on a response about the screws and the repair to my car.

Working with one of the Pulte Mortgage people was the biggest drag of all, Zero to One star is what keeps Overall from being a 5 star; Quality of workmanship was shotty in a few areas; Trustworthiness was close to 5, but we had to alert builder about things that were promised in written things not done; design center cost were marked up way too high on several items; vendors are way too slow responding to warranty ticket items, then they don't really do anything to correct issues on the first time. We have dealt with incompetence from the sales team, the mortgage agents, and the poor quality of the house construction. Have spent over a month dealing with warranty issues. We are totally dissatisfied with the purchase of this home and will definitely not recommend to any of our friends or family members.
