Do your research. We were told the wooden fence behind the house would be upgraded to stone and hardy plank and it isn’t. We were told no building would take place behind our upgraded lot and 2 story homes are being built which means no privacy at all. Check and double check. Overall the wonderful neighbors have made up for the disappointment. We have a few punch out items that are not too bad. Quick response

The home building process was not well coordinated. Seems the workers were not supervised and poor workmanship was not corrected as they worked, but towards the end, which created other problems. Upon closing, the Customer Care department has been on top of everything and making corrections, but it has been frustrating to move in and have issues. Suggest the buyer is involved in the home building process and ensures corrections are made before moving to the next stage. We are however very happy with the community. I am very happy with my new house. Bryan has been quick to take care of the few little problems that we found.

In light of the current COVID situation, I had the best service and guidance from both my seller agent, Stella, and the project manager, Randy, that I could have ever hoped for. My new home is perfect for me! A wonderful high-quality small home, in a nice safe neighborhood. I couldn’t find this antwhere else.

During the build process it seemed that it was more important to rush through the job rather than take a little more time to get it right. They reworked our ceiling three times before they got it right instead of taking time at the beginning. We have issues with doors not closing or being stuck and an electrical issue with the lights blinking if we turn on the vacuum or blow dryer but overall the house is nice.

Good sales and build experience. Choice of options is limited and really adds to the price considerably--a bit of a surprise! Quality of some details--paint, wood trim--not up to the quality of the overall house. Overall great home!!

We had a great experience building and buying our new home. From start to finish, the process was simple and hassle-free. We would highly recommend this community/builder to our friends and family!

I paid a high premium price for my lot, which not only backs up to a lake, but is also adjacent to a large common area that is to remain vacant. My property only extends 12 feet behind my house, so there is about 60 feet of common area behind my property to the lake. The Del Webb HOA is supposed to install sprinklers and maintain grass in the common areas, but these areas have been neglected as overgrown weed patches instead! The HOA only mows the weeds once a week.

Great value -- love the location - the kitchen is perfect. I enjoy the running / walking paths and the dog park is second to none.

The construction teams have been excellent and worked hard to assure all was done well. The community is well kept. I am very glad I bought here. The only negative experience was the buying process which was difficult because I couldn't get answers to my questions and I felt that I was begging to buy a house here.

The construction went smoothly. The house is well built and extremely impressed at the quality of the house. However, the confidence of sales person to loan officer and others in terms of communications to the buyer (me) was quite poor.

Good electricians - Lousy Painters. Decent Plumbers - Really poor Sod Installers

The quality of workmanship and value exceeded all my expectations. The couple of minor items that needed fixing were addressed immediately. My project manager was wonderful - always had a smile and treated me like I was his most important new home owner. He took his time during my final walk through and made sure I understood everything he was showing me-I never felt like I was on time schedule! It was a great experience!

My superintendent Randy was great. Always patient and understanding and promptly reactive. Some items way overpriced (esp. at design center where there is a great deal of pressure. Hardware like kitchen sink, towel holders, toilet paper holder look nice but very poor quality. Stella, our sales representative was very honest and helpful.

I wish that workmanship and materials were separate categories. The materials are exceptional. We have built houses before and were impressed at the quality of the materials from concrete slab to joists and flooring. Workmanship on the other hand is good but not excellent. There is no pride in doing a job well, but seems to be a goal of getting the job done fast regardless of outcome. For the most part we are still happy to be here and feel we have a good home. Pulte could make them all GREAT homes if they would slow down and make workers accountable.

The Building Superintendent that was assigned to my home was excellent, very responsive and pleasant to work with. Even though I closed earlier, I have only lived in the home a few weeks. I found that any issue I had was addressed quickly.

Our buying experience was seamless and enjoyable. Everyone involved, Antoinette, David and Jason have been informative, helpful, responsive and really seem to care about us and our purchase experience. We bought in the community for the lifestyle it offers and the quality of the home is satisfactory for the price we paid.

We had a great home buying experience with Del Webb Sweetgrass. Your staff did an outstanding job in making our experience a smooth one. From the moment we inquired about buying our home, to the building process and until our closing, each of your staff assured that we were taken care of. Our sales rep, Stella Gutierrez, answered all our questions and stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process. She responded very quickly to our questions whenever we emailed her. Our field manager, David McClain, sent us weekly email updates that included pictures of our home as it was being built. He offered extra tips during our walk through prior to closing and made sure that we were satisfied with our new home. He did a great job. Contract workers were often sloppy and they had to redo. Response by Pulte construction manager was great as is the response by the customer care manager. BUT with some poor quality products used and sloppy installation it does not give us a sense of security for this new build.
