Well built

We are very happy and satisfied with our house and our builder Randy was excellent throughout the build process. However, Significant portions of our sod was loaded with crabgrass, in fact 2.5 rows of the sod in back were all crabgrass. Additionally, the sprinklers in the back do not cover the backyard. We also noticed our landscaping was of significant lower quality than our next door neighbor who also had Pulte landscape. This appeared to be cutting corners at our expense on a house we paid close to $550k for.. so the yard, which we are working to remedy is a disappointment - the house is exactly what we wanted. ... Best to have all touch up work done before closing. So far I’ve been waiting more than two and a half months to get things finished.

There is a general lack of pride in the workmanship of these homes. They have used the cheapest materials in some cases, especially with the AC. In my opinion the AC system has been poorly installed and is sized incorrectly.

The most disappointing about the Del Webb community is Pulte and the lack of updated choices in the design center for the Garden series homes. The choices are very limited and color choices are outdated. To get up to date choices, you must upgrade to the highest level and pay ridiculous prices and the quality is poor. Get everything in writing as promises may not be kept. And go to the design center prior to signing a contract if they let you. The sales rep I had was very knowledgeable and the 2nd field manager was excellent. She’s the reason I stuck with Pulte. She followed thru on everything she said she would do and got answers for all of my questions. The Sweetgrass community is nice and what makes the place are the great neighbors. ... More

For the very start the experience was excellent and staff very responsive to questions and needs

The design, floor plan, and open space are amazing! I’m so happy!

I am enjoying my new home.

We never felt pressured or rushed. We visited many times before making a decision to buy and were greeted and treated well each time.

One issue was the bathroom. The shower door hit the door when opened so changed door to an accordion door. Superficial cracks on back patio had to be filled in.

Very satisfied with the neighborhood and the development. Quality was okay, but Del Webb responded well to any issues.

The whole process from looking at the property to moving in was very smooth.Great communication, questions were answered, great community.

My purchase was not typical. I did not contract to have my home built, it was available because the original buyer could not complete the purchase.

House is solid and construction went well. Our project manager kept us informed throughout the entire process. Our CSR has gone above and beyond our expectations. Biggest disappointment was the lack of options and upgrade pricing available in the design center.

The field manager was very communicative and responsive to concerns and kept me up to date on the progress of the home building

My wife and I have been very pleased with our Del Webb experience. The staff and on-site managers have been outstanding to work with. We are very pleased with the quality of workmanship in the home. The customer service has been excellent. Responses to our inquiries have been very prompt and any issues have been promptly addressed and resolved. We would recommend Del Webb to family and friends!

Our home purchase from home selection to interior design to financial closing was handled very professionally. Staff throughout the process was the best experience.

My wife and I fully enjoyed the build process. Our field manager did a fantastic job addressing our questions and concerns. We would do it again.

Very happy with my experience in purchasing my home. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the sales agent to the very helpful design center. Any questions or needs were quickly met during the building process. Phone calls or messages were quickly returned. This house made me want to leave my beloved long time house in another state.

We wish we had hired an independent inspector to inspect the home throughout the build process. This would have caught a lot of the construction issues we are dealing with post-closing.

The team was very responsive to our needs in the building process but there are some issues that need to be addressed presently which hasn’t been done yet?

I am loving my new home. It is absolutely perfect for me. So far, I have found the workmanship to be excellent. The floor plan is innovative and very efficient. Since I was downsizing, I was afraid I had brought too much stuff but surprisingly I find that I have plenty of storage in this house, As much kitchen stuff as I have, there was a place for all of it. This kitchen is one of the most efficient I have every seen. I do wish they had an option for built in ovens so they are at eye level but other than that, I love the kitchen. My friends that have visited all say they have "house envy". And one of them has already bought the exact same floor plan for me right around the corner. All the neighbors are great and there is so much going on here that you don't ever have to be bored or lonely unless you just choose to be. This was a good decision for me. ... More
