Provided exceptional advice. Joey, the home construction manager, did a super job, both in construction and keeping us informed. Erica was great throughout the purchase process and even afterward when I had issues. Todd Ballard was awesome in the home loan experience and very professional. Joey was my builder and a did a great job throughout the process. When Joey was away Anthony jumped tight in at a critical time to help out. Austin Stock has been absolutely amazing in the warranty prices and he and his team get an A+. I ran a major business segment for a large corporation and owned it cradle to grave (I.e. quote through post sales services so I know a good operation when I see one.

Like my neighbors, the first thing I noticed about my house is the quality of the building. Also impressive are their logistics; everything is scheduled and runs like clockwork. But it's not just the houses; it's the design and development of the entire community. There are storm drains of course, but rain run-off management is also handled via the retention ponds and lakes, which also add an aesthetic aspect. And the activity center speaks for itself. Great value for the money. Quick response to concerns and questions

We had a wonderful experience with Pulte Homes. Our home was built with quality, all the items that we had issues with were addressed, and it was completed when they said it would be done. Edgar Morales was great to work with!

Fortunate to have building professionals Dennis, Joe, and Cory. Each are very courteous and professional. Being a new home owner can be emotional and even frightening. They have been quite patient and understanding

Good and kept up the progress during construction

Everyone I encountered during my home buying experience were very professional and friendly from the Sales Staff (Antoinette Robbins), to my Field Manager (Bryan Rohrbacher), to my Warranty Staff (Josh Wells). I was kept up to date on progress of home construction by my field manager. Even after move-in I called on Bryan several times, and he always addressed my issues expeditiously. Josh scheduled a warranty call with me and scheduled a time to come to my new home to follow-up on my questions, etc. He spent 2 hours with me, explaining the sprinkler system, etc. He even found several items he was not happy with and addressed them with the various contractors. Superb experience from sales to follow ups after closing! This is our third new home build in 8 years and this was by far the most enjoyable even during a pandemic!

Their superintendents are the best. They know their job.
