Great sales experience, friendly and no pressure. Smooth process with construction manager, answered all our questions. Great service from after sales, minor issues resolved in a timely matter.

Grass is very uneven, and no attempt to fill in gaps between squares of sod. Yard appears to not have been leveled before sodded. One hedge row has two different kinds of plants, apparently ran out of one kind and finished with another. Also around transformer, one shrub was left out of the ground, and another was planted with roots exposed and is dying. I've notified three different people of these issues, and the only action was a half hearted attempt to level the worst of the uneven places in the sod.

We have only been in the house under 2 months now and we are happy with our home which was a spec home. We like the lot and sitting on the patio at night enjoying the views. Other than wishing the lot was bigger and the house had more closet space we do have some minor complaints: 1) The garage floor is pitted throughout the garage which is going to require an epoxy coating to hide. 2) There are a few light switches in hard-to-reach places. 3) The trim painting must have been water down since it has very little gloss/shine to it compare to the touch-up paint that I purchased. Night and day difference between what the build painted and the paint coming out the can that I purchased. 4) The Whirlpool wall oven and microwave and installed on the same wall have different color clocks. We were told by a Dell Webb area manager that this is a Whirlpool issue and nothing they can do at this time. 5) We are concerned the AC sizing for the house and after discussion with a couple trusted AC specialist the conclusion that a 2.5ton unit paired with a 4-ton furnace/blower is undersized. We have noticed In the 100 degree heat with the typical humidly levels the unit runs non-stop during the day. Our Construction Manager Al Was fabulous. Kept us up to date with the building of our house. What made it great was we were in California. Thank you Del Webb for everything.

We learned very shortly after moving to Del Webb that it was the right move. The residents and staff are terrific as well as the Amenity Center. Overall our build experience was very good, and we had a great construction supervisor. He was enjoyable to work with and always addressed any issues in a prompt manner. Go Dennis!!!

My construction manager Alvaro was there for me every step of the way. From beginning to end and afterwards. He updated me every week via email while my new home was being built. He went out of his way to make sure I was clear on everything. I’m satisfied on the quality of my PULTE home, it’s worth its value.

Customer Care Person did not hold to his word. Never showed up when he said he would and had to be prodded with higher up management to get a response. Home is well built. But fixing minor issues after move in was a headache.

Thank you for the opportunity to share. After 6 weeks in my house I detect small, but significant to me as I expected perfection, flaws I never could’ve seen in a 10 minute pre-close walk through - chunks of missing dry wall under the island too, missing paint in window seams, big bad gobs of glue around outside fixtures etc. I also had a stressful experience re: my master bath shower floor tile install. I chose a tile in the Design Ctr. in February 2024 and the tile I chose was not installed. After several weeks of back and forth communication in which I provided photos and documentation of my 2/2024 choice to Lauren, Al and Steve, I chose to accept the tile that was installed. Buying experience went smoothly. Design center associate was very helpful and offered many options to select from. My new home was built with care. The supervisor of the building was amazing! I have a well built, beautiful home.

My experience with Alvaro, the builder, has been excellent! He is very attentive and even though he is super busy, he always takes the time to answer any of my questions and help when he can.

Jerry & Tex have been great as well as Derek! I was frustrated and dismayed with upper management!

What an experience! As a widow of a short time, I knew nothing about buying a home watching them build a home and it was soon to be my home. The road that led To my beautiful finished Home Was filled with people, exhibiting compassion, encouraging, uplifting and mostly informative. For a first time homebuyer Going solo I felt surrounded by an abundance and much needed guidance and information. Don’t miss out on a great chance for a Del Webb home in a great community filled with amenities that are nothing less than 5 stars.

ALL vacant lots next to a completed home should be maintained on a weekly basis. Vacant lots grass should NOT be any higher than you accept from a home owner.

Our builder kept us informed of the progress from the day we met him. Very open to questions and requests. We lived 5 hours away so he sent us lots of pictures with his updates.

Chris is suppose to have repairs made to electrical, they were taken care of. the lawn people broke the clean out, Chris daid he would take care of it been about 2 weeks now no response. Chris was suppose to have trim person and painter take care of an issue on laudry room dor jam, no response in about 2 weeks. I can't recommend Del Webb due to no timely response. These issues were brought up around june 5th, how ever I had to return to Alabama to finish my move here. Texted Chris on June 15th that I was back at the home. Also turned in infomation on line about repairs.

The people employed by Del Webb are great and they really try their best. Unfortunately they can only do so much to make up the below acceptable workmanship of the sub-contractors. The people are unskilled and it seems like they do not care at all about the quality of their work.

Wonderful experience. I was kept informed with weekly progress reports as the house was being built, always there for any questions. People in the office were very friendly and helpful. Contractor was very thorough when doing the walk through to make sure I understood all operations of the appliances, A/C, heater, etc... I would highly recommend them and have.

The sales staff and construction manager were extremely responsive and kept us informed during the entire process. You should know that once you sign the papers is is impossible to make changes (i.e. no ECOs). Workmanship was good, but we caught a few glitches that were immediately addressed by our construction manager. Overall, the process and the resulting house was great.

The sales personel were very friendly and helpful in selecting my home. Working with Lauren in the design center was super. Kyle and David were instrumental in getting through the finance portion, thus making closing seem like a piece of cake. The construction manager, Dennis, kept me informed throughout the construction of my home. The quality of the materials Del Webb uses ranks up top. Thanks to everyone who made my home buying a wonderful experience.

We are extremely happy with our new home, it was a real pleasure dealing with everyone, from our sales person to the superintendent. It was the best decision we ever made buying a Del Webb home.

The Entire team here at Del Webb Fulshear have all been amazing from the minute we met. Steve guided us through the sales process, models, and the extra's that were available, and Kerry made us feel so welcomed every time we popped in the office. When we purchased the property and Renown model our contact was Alvaro. Al went above and beyond, gave 100% with keeping us posted with daily or weekly updates, made time for us to meet at our availability anytime we were in town. He worked with us to ensure that the project remained on time, and any repairs were attended to immediatly, we were very blessed to have such an amazing project manager. The design center had such beautiful designs and fixtures to choose from. Everyone on site is amazed at the kitchen choice's we made and Lauren at the design center was plesant and supportive of our choices. The experience was exciting and fun. Elena promply scheduled and coordinated issues after settlement. she personally came over the observe the quality of the repair, she is so plesent and easy to work with. The entire staff comminity here at Del Webb is apprecited by us, including Danielle and the ladies at the Village Center, We are enyoying our fun events there, and looking forward to going to the gym, pool, events and meeting our new retirement friends. Al, the construction manager was fantastic-kept us informed on all items and was very detail oriented on the construction. Steve, the sales representative was very knowledgeable on any item we asked of him.

Excellent communication from sales representative, and main contractor. Design Center consultant very helpful and patient. A pleasant experience from start to finish.
