They hit the exact closing date that they predicted from day one. We got to select almost all the interior features that mattered and workmanship was very good. Only very minor issues with house when we inspected - and they fixed, or are fixing, them. Construction manager was extremely hands-on keeping everything on time and high quality. He was very responsive and communicated frequently on each detail or question we had. Only real hiccup was in the specification of the base floor plan. We at first specified 2 BR, a then changed our mind a few days later and were not allowed to alter the plan. The total house specification (interior features) was not finished, but the base plan was locked. This was a little bit disappointing, but we still love the house. First the positives: very friendly and responsive staff, across the board. Secondly, they are very schedule conscious-your home will be finished on time no matter what. This positive leads to the negative. Negative: quality of workmanship. There were multiple instances of poor installation/craftmanship. If you raise the issue, the customer service team will address it right away (not necessarily right away to fix, but will respond promptly). That said, I have the feeling if the home buyer doesn’t point out the problems before closing, they get left as is—-probably to keep on schedule It seems there should be more supervision of the trades at each stage. From signing the contract through our final walkthrough we had a great experience, mainly due to our Dennis - our Team Leader. He kept us informed of progress, addressed our concerns and sent us weekly photos. From signing day to present - not so much. Hopefully, communication will improve, problems resolved, and we will get back to that bright and positive future.

Our contractor, Alvaro was exceptional!!! His professionalism, communication, and his interest in meeting our needs exceeded our expectations. He was always available to answer any questions and constantly updated us with the building process/progress via email, texts and photos. He is dedicated to his job 100% and a great asset to the company.

It was great experience working with the sales team, design center and building manager. The mortgage folks were also very helpful.

Most of the customer facing staff did a good job especially Lauren, Daniel, Randy, Bryson and Elena. The staff behind the scenes, the decision makers, could care less about the homeowner. Pulte policies and decisions are all about maximizing profits as opposed to creating a quality product and satisfied customers.

Our experience with Del Webb exceeded our expectations! Lauren’s professionalism, attention to detail and suggestions as we explored the amenities Del Webb offers was extremely helpful. Eric’s weekly photos gave us a play by play of the progress of the build and he was always available to answer our many questions. Last but not least Brian made sure all of our construction questions were answered and quickly handled any problems.

Everyone was very polite and positive throughout the process however communication between the different teams was nonexistent. The sales team failed to write the contract as a contingent of current home and so the loan team was difficult to quantify for short term loan. Very confusing and frustrating. The design process was amazing, however please note that they only use white paint on the interior even if you choose a different color on the island cabinets the back will be painted white and looks odd. Any correction to the original paint shading will cause over spray on the floor that was not cleaned properly. Choices were very limited ... More

My house is beautiful I got a sunroom added and my house is bigger than I thought and plenty of light

Great construction manager who communicated well and listened to any concerns that we had. Finance team were disappointing and some of the quality of the finishes were disappointing considering the cost.

The order of the work makes no sense. Carpet installed before tile is finished creates dirt all over the carpet; fixtures arrived and installed too early and by move-in date, they were filthy. Cleaning crew doesn't know how to clean thoroughly.

Our construction manager Al was outstanding! He is completely trustworthy, provides stellar customer service and follows through on everything he promises. Made this entire process so much easier!

The process was very efficient. Al kept us informed of all the steps during the construction.

My experience was a quick one since I bought an inventory home. The home is beautiful and I am very pleased to be living in such a beautiful community.

Stella in sells was a little difficult to work with and a little pushy. Steve has been better to work with but mostly things were done when he took over. My advice to others would be don’t let the sells people push you into making quick decisions. Know what you’re getting into upfront. We came from a custom home experience to a production home experience. It’s very different.

The price to own and live this community is GREAT

We chose this neighborhood bc it is absolutely beautiful. We decided on the Contour plan by Pulte. The workmanship is definitely lacking. The painters were sloppy. The tile guys did not do quality work either. Our tile in the master bath is extremely uneven. Waiting on repairs now & they r not very responsive. Just not as pleased as we thought we would be with our new home. And sadly the lady that did our closing was extremely unprofessional. Overall we do love the house & the neighborhood and will certainly enjoy the amenities when they are available.

Every aspect of dealing with Del Webb from lot choice to move in was terrific. The only detractors from an otherwise perfect experience were dealing with Pulte Mortgage and Pulte Insurance. I love my home.

Our total experience was great. Our construction supervisor was great! He sent us regular updates and pictures of construction progress. We were living 4 hours from construction site, but always knew what was going on. From sales, construction, and closing all went smoothly.

The neighborhood is great! The neighbors and activities are welcoming, very friendly, and fun. The lifestyle director is outstanding. The build and purchase were hit and miss. We had four different salespeople, our construction manager left just before we closed, and I think we're on our fourth service representative. The design center was very good. The construction manager was ok, but not very attentive or communicative. The cleanliness of the construction site was not good at all. The final quality of the build seems to be pretty good and I'm happy with it. The warranty service follow through has not been impressive. We have issues that have been open for several weeks. We are enjoying the house and enjoying the lifestyle. Happy to be here. ... More
