Good and kept up the progress during construction

Everyone I encountered during my home buying experience were very professional and friendly from the Sales Staff (Antoinette Robbins), to my Field Manager (Bryan Rohrbacher), to my Warranty Staff (Josh Wells). I was kept up to date on progress of home construction by my field manager. Even after move-in I called on Bryan several times, and he always addressed my issues expeditiously. Josh scheduled a warranty call with me and scheduled a time to come to my new home to follow-up on my questions, etc. He spent 2 hours with me, explaining the sprinkler system, etc. He even found several items he was not happy with and addressed them with the various contractors. Superb experience from sales to follow ups after closing! This is our third new home build in 8 years and this was by far the most enjoyable even during a pandemic!

The attention to detail stands out. The field manager took time to explain every aspect of the home and recommended what needs to be done to maintain it well. It was most comprehensive and appreciated.

In spite of COVID-19 delays, my home buying experience went very smoothly. All aspects of the experience were explained to me in detail. All my questions were answered. I was kept up to date (real time)with all processes of my home being built(and I do mean all, from start to finish and extra). I am extremely joyful about my home purchase in the Del Webb Community/Pulte. Audra, Bryan, and Joshua are excellent!!!

The people were wonderful to work with. Dennis who built our home was amazing. Very informative and responsive. We have recommended to many of our friends.

We started the building of our home in March 2020 and moved in early August 2020. David our construction manager was outstanding! He kept us informed with a weekly update and photo's of the building progress. Closing was in our community and keys were ready right after that. Follow up with Pulte on new home warranty has been quick and proficient. Lastly we looked at several 55 and up subdivisions before settling on Del Webb..We made the right choice!

Easy process in buying the home, great teamwork between sales and construction, EXCELLENT Contruction Engineer, attention to details and timelines met! Loving my home!
