Great to work with but to get repairs under warranty has been impossible to get done promise's with no results

Every detail of a new home upon purchasing is alacart and adds money to your bottom line. Homes are listed as a basic home without any of the features one sees in a model. Be prepared. Earnest money is double what most builders require. Be prepared! Having your own realtor is very helpful to look for hidden fees that might be negotiated.

Del Webb explained the entire process which made it easy to understand. They also have excellent design services by Lauren.

Love the floor plan and construction. Very energy efficient. Highly recommend the neighborhood.

It is very difficult to trust people in this build when construction supervisors, customer care, etc. are moved to other projects. Customer care rep. was good about touching base with us on open tickets-airteam showed up when scheduled, however, whoever is in charge of landscaping has done nothing to correct the mistakes made in the front, side and partial backyard. They were here over two weeks ago and said they would be back to fill in the yard and replace some of the grass but we haven't seen them since. I was also told that they couldn't replace any of the grass on the side because they have a budget. Our sales rep (who was wonderful) was moved before our completion as well as our construction supervisor. This week we were informed that the customer rep (who seemed to be on top of what was going on) has been moved to another project. We are beginning to feel like this neighborhood is just a stepchild to Pulte. ... More

little items were overlooked, (some tp holders needed to be tightened, door to garage needed lock adjusted, had to change wiring of dryer due to age). Despite having touted that Fulshear does not allow any structure over 10 feet, lo and behold no sooner had I moved in but several cell towers were constructed around our area.

I felt everything went very smoothly with all of Del Webb’s construction. My engineer was on top of things and very responsive if I had questions or concerns. There was a glitch with getting the electric meter, it caused a week delay and me having to move twice, but this was not a fault of Del Webb or my construction supervisor. In fact, he spent hours on the phone to get the meter installed. Chris was A+.

We were very excited about moving into our new home. Yes, we knew there would be issues with a new build. However there have been SO many quality issues with our new home and repairs needed. At this time we truly question the overall quality & workmanship.

Sales and construction manager (Roxanne and Eddie) were great to work with!

From reviewing available lots and floor plans to the Design Center choices to weekly updates from the builder project manager through final inspection, the team was communicative, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. We are very happy with our new home.

When we made the decision to purchase a home in this community after viewing the model, the Dell Webb representatives stressed repeatedly on the quality of Pulte homes. The builders in this neighborhood are in way over their heads, Almost every section of our home had an issue with poor quality workmanship. It was very stressful to see so many things wrong. Blue tape of punch list issues all over our home. We have been here 5 weeks now and there is still unresolved issues. It may take time and they are making progress, but it shouldn’t have been this way to begin with. The price of these homes does not match the quality delivered. I’m happy with my home and downsizing is a great idea. With everything doing on out here who has time for housekeeping. All my neighbors are friendly and helpful

From start to finish was a great experience! My wife and I are totally satisfied with our new Del Webb home.

This is something I have wanted to do for a long time. This house building experience has been scary, difficult, and absolutely awesome! What fun it was to pick out all of my own choices for my home. My coordinators for the building of the house were friendly, attentive, ontime, and awesome! Vicki

The overall buying experience was good for the most part. It was quite frustrating to deal with Pulte Mortgage as they did not communicate in a timely manner, or did not respond back at all the emails/voicemails, requested for same documents over and over several times, delayed by closing date and too much drama for the experience. The sales and building team were prompt with their emails and returning phone calls. They provided helpful feedback and information. The craftmanship was good in some ways and fair in others. There was paint specs on my floor that I had to remove, backyard sod and leveling appeared to be done sloppy and very uneven with poor coverage in areas, grass not taking and dips and holes evident. ... From our first encounter with Del Webb we have been impressed. Chad, our sales person, was always available to answer questions and help us navigate the process. Al, our construction manager, was the best. He and Daniel were always so helpful and patient. We hired an independent inspector to evaluate the house before the slab was poured, before the dry wall went up and after completion. He was very complimentary of Pulte's processes and execution. We're so excited about our new home and look forward to making many memories here!!!

Alp was very helpful in getting things we needed for the house. Since moving in Megan has been great with warranty issues.

I was totally upset with construction of this house, the workmanship, quality and attention to detail that is plastered all over Del Webb advertisement was NOT present during the construction of my house. There was constant damage from trade to trade, cabinets were installed crooked, doors did not close, tile sample from the design center did not match what was installed and had to be replaced, wrong tile was installed in both showers, counter top was cut to small (gap filled with caulk), wall oven just placed in wall unsecured, base molding installed damaged, short, with gaps, the lot was a HUGE dumping ground tires, concrete, you name it, well RUN out of typing space... but there was more...crazy ... There were lots of hurdles to overcome. The designer was incredible. Closing was pushed back 3 times. The first notification came so late that my belongings were in storage and I was due to leave my state in 3 days. I was compensated so that's a plus.(Closing was over a month delayed) Then, we closed and I could not move in immediately because there was an issue with the front lock. I closed on Friday and the door was repaired on Monday. Further, there were other little issues. I contacted the customer service team and BINGO! That representative was on top of my list. Truly, Megan restored my confidence in the process. From flooring, tiling, concrete work, lighting and carpentry, all issues were addressed and resolved in a short span of time. That's quality! So, be prepared for multiple delays. In the end, everything does come together and you'll be happy that you took the plunge. Happy home buying! ... More
