My decision to work with Pulte Homes turned out well for me!

Skill and dedication of individual Construction manager assigned to your home makes a HUGE difference, good manager = good building experience. We had a very good construction manager. Paying attention to construction process either in person or via video calls is very important. The construction managers have many houses, you only have the one. We are pleased with how our house came out and we were fortunate that we had no major problems. But, we did encounter some issues as we went along, but caught them early and they were corrected. From our perspective, the Field Mgr. assigned to us certainly lived up to his ‘golden rule’ statement on his email signature: “I want to provide you with the same service I would expect myself.” His positive, can-do attitude was the major reason our home buying experience with Del Webb was so enjoyable. In short, we found him to be a class act and an asset to the Pulte organization. The homes are well-built.

Going through the process of buying a home, Dell Webb staff made it a stree free and fun process.

Overall experience was great. I had one hiccup in my building process, but the issue was resolved as best could be. I feel some of the tiling and caulking could have been done with better attention, and I didn’t feel I received good instruction on some of the details with the sprinkler system that caused me to have a huge water bill. Overall I’m please with my home and neighborhood.

Overall great experience from start to finish. Very happy with the decision we made.

We can count n Del Webb anywhere (and we have lived in three Del Webb’s across the country) to be great homes, safe communities, and super follow up when things in the house need fixing.

My field manager was awesome

This builder workmanship is poor. They throw up the homes. They build homes with crooked walls, uneven window seals. They throw your yard in leaving big gaps where you could twist your ankle while walking in your yard. They even out dead grass down and don’t level the yard so water won’t stand. They say they will return to replace dead grass but never do. If they do come back to fix something they then make another mess which needs to be fixed. Horrible home builder , no pride in their work.

That there is not enough storage in the master bathroom and guest bathroom, The towel bars are plastic, not enough light in the bathroom. The thermostat is old school and not easy to use. I had to call in a service order to get my back door working so it would not stick and a service order to have a kinked pipe straightened out so my dish washer would work.

Paint used in all areas including kitchen and bathrooms is FLAT.

They try to cut too many corners. Quality control is poor.

Finishings are bad for the price paid. Landscaping is terrible, grass is uneven and already tripped twice on the backyard . The garage finishing is absolutely the worse I ever had. Not happy at all .

Great experience during the building process. Staff was helpful in the selection process and welcomed us to review the home during the building process.

We love the home and the neighborhood. However, we had multiple issues with the quality of the workmanship. We have paint splotches on the tile, a stain in the tub, and one outlet that has never been fixed. It was also the worst landscaping we have ever had. They didn't grade the lot or try to feather the sod.

The quality is somewhat disappointing.

Like my neighbors, the first thing I noticed about my house is the quality of the building. Also impressive are their logistics; everything is scheduled and runs like clockwork. But it's not just the houses; it's the design and development of the entire community. There are storm drains of course, but rain run-off management is also handled via the retention ponds and lakes, which also add an aesthetic aspect. And the activity center speaks for itself. I just love my new Del Webb garden home. It was so well designed with so many great features and excellent planning of every detail. I love this beautiful subdivision and cannot wait to use the fantastic amenities. The people make this great community though - amazing staff (big shout out to my salesman Steve and construction supervisor Sidney) and residents that are already like family. I wish the normal kinks of a new home could be mitigated sooner but I have faith that with a little persistence and patience, they will be resolved. Pulte Homes are well constructed and energy efficient. Good selection of materials for finishing the interior. Great floorplan designs with option selections. Overall a very nice home.
