It's unfortunate that one bad experience can ruin an otherwise excellent product. Our garbage disposal was destroyed by a golf ball size glob and other pieces of hardened concrete or grout left there by workers. After some back in forth with the Pulte customer service personnel the disposal was replaced by a plumber. I hope this shoddy workmanship is not repeated elsewhere in the house.

Everyone I encountered during my home buying experience were very professional and friendly from the Sales Staff (Antoinette Robbins), to my Field Manager (Bryan Rohrbacher), to my Warranty Staff (Josh Wells). I was kept up to date on progress of home construction by my field manager. Even after move-in I called on Bryan several times, and he always addressed my issues expeditiously. Josh scheduled a warranty call with me and scheduled a time to come to my new home to follow-up on my questions, etc. He spent 2 hours with me, explaining the sprinkler system, etc. He even found several items he was not happy with and addressed them with the various contractors. Workmanship was very poor as well as materials used

Superb experience from sales to follow ups after closing! This is our third new home build in 8 years and this was by far the most enjoyable even during a pandemic!

Please get an inspection done before you close on your home. There seem to be a lot of problems with building homes. They have contractor don't understand what they are doing and that is very misleading. They are not thinking about the quality of the home just the $$$ and that is not good for the buyer. They need to take there time and build these homes as if they were going to purchase these homes. The VP of construction need to inspect these homes as well because they are being half build. I had so much wrong with my home I started not to closed. The Inspector came out twice to inspect my home and that cost money. Do it right the first time and the builder need to take their time. Their superintendents are the best. They know their job.

This is my 4th new construction home in my lifetime. Liz was my sales agent. She is awesome. I was surprised at Pulte’s pricing for upgrades. I would recommend a third party inspection prior to closing. Everett really made the difference so we could get my home completed for closing. The Del Webb The Woodlands neighbors and community are fantastic!

The treatment of the seller and the builder has been excellent, the compliance of the company is excellent.

Our builder, Dennis, was very knowledgeable and great to work with.

We are enjoying our new home, appreciate the workmanship but wish there could have been a little more flexibility in cupboard placement.

All of the people I dealt with, the sales office, design center and the supervisor of the building of my home were very helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns

As a couple who has built 7 other new homes through the years, we consider the Pulte experience of selecting and constructing the home to be very good. We enjoyed it. The Pulte Mortgage experience was the only black mark on the entire process. Otherwise it would have been 5 star overall.

My experience with the building of my home was good the staff informed me often about the building progress. Sending pictures and answering questions I am happy with my new neighborhood and home.

The building process using critical path scheduling is too rigid and inflexible. Common answer when asking about idle days was "subs go by the schedule ".

On reflection we realize we needed to have spent even more time considering all the options being offered.
