Pulte pushes for quick closing dates even though the house construction is far from done. There is no time resolve the open issues and things are slammed together make the closing date. The Pulte foreman was diligent and trustworthy but I believe the quality of the subcontractors that built the home were of a very low standard.

Just a few very minor issues. Pulte took care of them just about as fast as I could blink.

Realizing everything was as advertised and described. All were friendly and helpful, and we were kept up to date on the progress on the house.

Not a pleasant experience at all! We felt exploited and taken advantage of at almost every turn.

Living here is great !

Everyone we have worked with has been helpful and worked we us on any issues that arose during construction. We love our new home.

I completed the building process from 1300 miles away. It would not have been possible without a construction liaison who stayed in close contact.

This builder is the best, but covid affected everything...not the builder's fault

The attention to detail stands out. The field manager took time to explain every aspect of the home and recommended what needs to be done to maintain it well. It was most comprehensive and appreciated.

In spite of COVID-19 delays, my home buying experience went very smoothly. All aspects of the experience were explained to me in detail. All my questions were answered. I was kept up to date (real time)with all processes of my home being built(and I do mean all, from start to finish and extra). I am extremely joyful about my home purchase in the Del Webb Community/Pulte. Audra, Bryan, and Joshua are excellent!!!

The people were wonderful to work with. Dennis who built our home was amazing. Very informative and responsive. We have recommended to many of our friends.

Dealing with Pultie and Del Webb went as expected.

Anthony made the experience during this unusual time very easy, he kept us up to date with the delays and worked hard to get house finished. My only complaint is the painting and calking are not up to the price paid for home.

This home is very nice. I guess I expected a fridge in the package. The only complaint is this is an over 65 community and in the master bathroom there is NO medicine cabinet. Most of us take medicine and it is really inconvenient to keep under the vanity in a box. That is really bad. Also the master closet could be bigger and the laundry room a little smaller. Other than that it has been a good experience.

We started the building of our home in March 2020 and moved in early August 2020. David our construction manager was outstanding! He kept us informed with a weekly update and photo's of the building progress. Closing was in our community and keys were ready right after that. Follow up with Pulte on new home warranty has been quick and proficient. Lastly we looked at several 55 and up subdivisions before settling on Del Webb..We made the right choice!

Easy process in buying the home, great teamwork between sales and construction, EXCELLENT Contruction Engineer, attention to details and timelines met! Loving my home!

This was a great experience for me. Pulte homes is an exceptional homebuilder. I never felt overwhelmed or lost in the process.

The quality of the craftsmanship on things that show (Tile, cabinets, appliances , etc) disappointing.

Our home is well built and we love the design and extras. Issues arising during construction were handled professionally and promptly. I also felt that we could trust the construction team and received feedback during the process. It is important to stay in close communication with Construction Manager.

I have only lived here for 6 weeks. It would be better to ask after I have been here longer. It has not been without issues. Some have been resolved and some are pending. I continue to notice things.

Be patient with Covid-19 and all and you will have a nice home. The people I have met seem very nice.
