Our 1st Pulte home I. Dell Webb was a disaster right up to selling it. We swore we’d never buy Pulte again but the perfect floor plan came along for my husband who is disabled

I liked the ease and assurance that all the loose ends were handled by Pulte. This included the mortgage, the insurance, and the actual construction. Despite being distant from the build process, we were kept well informed on the progress. Even though the builder was careful to not project a completion date until about four weeks out, the progress was right on schedule for the entire build time. We are pleased with the build quality, but there were several issues discovered after we moved in. We love the Hill Country Retreat!

It's all about communication with any builder. Stay informed, don't hesitate to ask questions or express concerns...in as polite and friendly a manner as you'd expect yourself. And remember, no one is perfect. All that being said, Del Webb rose to the occasion each and every time! I would do this again with this builder!

Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful, from the first sales meeting through final construction. Our house was built on time in spite of very adverse weather conditions; heavy rain, extreme cold/ice. Also in spite of material shortages. Everyone worked hard to keep to their original promises.

It is a 55+ community. The lot looked flat but we ended up with a lot of steps in both entrances to the front of the house. I feel like should be avoided in a 55+ community.

Jennifer was great about interacting with us. When the home was being built we lived out of state so our adult children over saw everything about the build and Jennifer made sure we were all,on the same page. BTW our kids did a stellar job! We love our home! ♥️

Austin and Nevo have been great at responding to our needs. During build, the weekly updates kept us up to date on the status of the build; particularly important for out of state buyers.

The model homes and availability of staff to answer questions were great.

First of all, Del Webb is the Community. Pulte is the builder. Our experience with the Del Webb sales office was great, our rep was Bruce. Very nice guy and super helpful through the buying process as well as follow up visits. As far as the home, I am very happy with the way the house turned out. Covid-19 affected the length of construction time but in the end, the home was completed a day early. We had two construction superintendents, one for the early construction and one for the later through completion. Both were great to work with. This was my third new construction and it went great. Attention to detail through out the house was followed all along so at the final walk through, there was very little to have corrected. The only part of the process that could have been better was at the Design Center where one picks out everything. We felt rushed and the center itself could have been better. As an example, the table where one lays out everything, like tile, carpet, flooring ect was on a table top of granite that had multiple colors and made it difficult to really visualize how things would look. The home was very well made. A few problems with electrical and home appliances. The refrigerator did not work when we first moved in. It was new and it took a month to get it replaced. It did leave us less than able to feel Del Webb was a reputable as we first felt. Now that we have a replacement all is good.

Quality of Paint inside home.. And materials used inside homes

Hannah our salesperson was great and Landon our project manager was also great. They both were very responsive to our needs. I am disappointed with some of the products which were used. Specifically the Whirlpool dishwasher does not do a good job of getting the dishes clean. Also the garbage disposer is only a 1/3 horsepower which is good for an apartment but not for a house. The disposer should have been at least 1/2 horsepower. The concrete on the driveway does not look good and the garage door makes awful crackling noise.

Our sales professional, Bruce Muhlberg, was a superb representative of Pulte and his patience and knowledge of the Pulte homes was invaluable as we considered our home options at Hill Country Retreat. Kenny Jiral and James Donahoo were outstanding in providing follow-up to the few minor issues we experienced. Overall, Pulte was a pleasure to work with!
