Poor bathroom toilet selection and bath faucet height

Use cheapest rarely used toilet flash system. I will have to hire a plumber outside to replace them. Garage and driveway not even.The alarm system is impossible to set up and after reading the manual. The builder next foot useds my electricity to build their new house and use my outdoor faucet to water their lawn.

The facility is great. The house for the price of close to $1M lacks quality. For example, windows are simply not sound proof. Once can hear traffic and road noise from the bedroom. Not good! Not only that, but in my house at least 3 windows were bent. Main entrance door not aligned well and allows draft to come in. The house thermostat is set at 70 F, but the guest room due to imbalance of the heat distribution reads 65 F! Floor plan is great. A very open house layout. The staff I dealt during the purchase and construction processes were always very professional, polite and responsive, although they did not get into the level of detail I hoped for. The initial purchasing process was good, but it was not stressed that choices to customize would be almost nonexistent. I was shocked at the design studio when there were almost no choices (everything was gray, beige, black or white) to customize my new home’s finishes. Friendly sales agent. Build manager did not follow through on commitments. Fit and finishes below expectations for house at this price point. In particular, the paint and its application were poor. Design center options were too limited. Clubhouse appears to be undersized for the size of community.

I’m disappointed in the workmanship, attention to detail, and poor quality in my home. I have submitted several requests for repair to the warranty department. I hope the problems will be fixed. The person in the warranty department handling my requests was out for 2 weeks, so that has delayed the issues being addressed. I’m disappointed that the project manager delivered my house this way and the cleaning off my house was very poor.

The community is full of exceptionally friendly people. I would strongly urge hiring a qualified inspector for predrywall & celebration walk thrus (if you’re given ample notice of these dates). My experience has been one of shock at the sloppy workmanship and the lack of follow thru on basic items. Also make sure what you ordered is actually in the house

Promises but no followup

Some of this is communication. I may call to check up on an issue and find someone is coming out but I didn't know it since I didn't need to be there. I get shuffled person to person on follow-up. Follow-up is not timely. I can handle scheduling for the future but I need to know and not be left with the impression someone will respond right away.

The project manager did not build a quality house. He disrespectful me on our very first meeting - I should of reminded him I pay his check. Lots of poor workmanship! The mortgage company was a nightmare.

A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE - I was stranded with my friends and folks waiting outside my new home, NO KEYS and most frustrating and dismay that nobody from the builders/management was seen on the site. And when I had called for the repairs - sadly none would take the responsibility. I had to do the phone calls to wHIRLPOOL, Fridge company. Pulte management insisted that the brand new house had been purchased "as is" a JOKE of Highest Order

Poor finishing - Misled regarding warranty

Extremely disappointed with finish details and lack of remediation once closed. Nails sticking up in carpet- not covered, very visible drywall seams not fixed properly - not covered, scratched windows, mirrors, and wall tiles- not covered, poor workmanship like nails sticking up on door trim and just painted over- not covered. Thought Pulte was much better than this!
