Check on building process during building

Pulte Homes provide excellent models for the over-55 population, including many choices and amenities appreciated by this age group. The homes are well-built and the repair and management services are great. I moved to this Pulte development because I had a good experience in my previous home which was also Pulte built.

We were not told about many options that we have liked and would have purchased.

They are in over there heads. Cutting corners to get things done faster. Instead of doing it correctly from the beginning.

Beautiful community; quick build, settled on time; lots of amenities with HOA fee; neat app lets you place furniture & manage your interior before you move in.

Quality is gone… everything is rushed… and attending to errors and construction issues is an uphill battle!

Trades sometimes uncoordinated....trades left to put cutouts in places they don't belong.

Appliances were poor quality. They broke down very early. Wallboard seams and corners were not done very well. Building expansion and contraction with the seasons caused cracks to appear all thru the condo building. Overall I woould rate the construction and material quality below agerage.

Very poor at returning phone calls; acknowledging emails. Pulte Mortgage requires a complete do-over. No sense of customer service. In the end, I gave up a $7,000 bonus just to *escape* and move to a different lender.
