Finish work is substandard. Materials are also poor quality, examples are the light bulbs that failed on day 1.

Bought a house in the spring and was happy with the experience. Was it perfect, no, but nothing ever is, but the crew was there to address my issues. Only complaint is our lot includes a drainage bed that takes up half the yard, that was never disclosed to me.

Hard to believe that this is my first single family home purchase. After many years in apartments and a condo, I decided to make the move into a house AND into Celebrate. I love the community and everything that it offers. My experience from the sales rep to the construction was wonderful. And to think I went through the process during a pandemic, but was only delayed a total of two weeks.

The house is well made and asthetically pleasing. There are a few follow up issues that are under warranty that have been addressed but have not been fixed. Timeliness and follow up on maintenance issues is essential to ensure customer service and satisfaction.

I was told from day one that this was a production build and that Pulte would not make accommodations for individual buyers. That was absolutely the case, without exception. I have never worked with such an unyielding builder. The quality of the workmanship is subpar and the field manager was unwilling to fix the problems. I have had the opportunity to speak with many neighbors now and they have all had the same experience.

On the positive side, we like the floor plan, the location and the exquisite trim work. The house also seems well constructed. However, we paid a premium price for a model home which included all of the wall hangings, most of which do not reflect our taste Upon moving in we were shocked to find that they had all been mounted with drywall screws, some as long as 2-1/2 inches, causing significant damage to the walls in virtually every room. Quality is an issue for me. We have had major issues with the Whirlpool appliances, HVAC system, foundation crack, electrical problems and that is after two months of occupancy. The Whirlpool appliance required a new control board. The HVAC system electronic air cleaner was assembled wrong and requires a new transformer. The foundation crack was the least of the problem as the team here responded quickly to repair the cracked foundation and stop the resultant leaks. Workmanship of builder was just okay, seemed like some work was done quickly not much time taken. Issues with flooring, time was not taken when painting, just seemed sloppy. Not sure if it was sub workers doing most of work.

We love our new home! Just wish that we didn't have to pay for some upgrades/additions that we thought should have been included in the base price. Choosing items separately significantly raised the final price of our home. I don't think that we would have as been happy with a "bare bones" home but with all the additions that we chose, we're more than happy. Also, the quality of the workmanship and materials doesn't appear to be as high of quality as our prior home.

We love this active retirement community, thoroughly enjoy the friendly residents and have a wide range of opportunities from all the activities in our country club style lodge. The Pulte detail in construction is exceptional and only serves to positively magnify the Del Webb community experience. Throughout the construction phases, representatives kept us informed and made time to meet when needed. From the guidance of our sales rep, Dawn, to the positive construction experiences with our site managers, Marvin and John, we felt very confident in the quality and pricing.

We bought the coffered ceilings in gathering room and pulte refused to paint them as per model. I understand custom paint in model but we paid for the upgraded ceiling and didn't get it. John flatly refused.

In my case, I selected granite for the kitchen counters from poor samples and I am not totally satisfied with the finished product. The sample that was used did not include the total design and/or colors included. Very disappointing.
