Buying experience was great, schedules and estimates were spot on. Quality of house is excellent, with only a few minor issues to be resolved at move in. Would have like some more options on finisher selections, but overall we are happy with our new home.

We noticed in several locations where there was paint spots/drops on wood flooring and carpet. Painting should have been finalized prior to laying wood floor and carpet. When baseboard were installed it's obvious that painters came behind the molding installation but did not tape off the areas before painting. Glass shower seams did not get properly caulked, having some water penetrate the seams. Shower caulking was poorly done. Found concrete on front porch stained from building materials. At final walk-through exterior of the house not power washed.

Don’t know all the answers. We haven’t moved in yet. The buying part went well. Don’t know beyond that.

Wasn't as great as I expected

Del Webb have great designs on three different tiers homes. We choose the premier collection. Homebuying experience was good. We put a down payment for our house in late May or early June. Del Webb delivery date was set around late September or early October. The house started construction in mid June. Mid September, Del Webb gave us the delivery date of Oct 12. On Oct 12, we did a walk through and took possession of the house. On Oct 15 we moved in. After settling down and took the first shower in the master bath. We discovered that the water didn't drained properly toward the drain hole. We contacted the construction manager. The problem was fixed 2-3 weeks later. Other minor issues that we found are drywall and interior painting. The drywalls were not mudded properly in most room. I can find a lot of shadows on the drywall at night. Ceilings had the same problem. As for painting, I used the free gallon of paint provided by Del Webb to make a lot of touch up all over the house. Overall, we like the house. The quality of workmanship was not good as expected. The community so far is good. The clubhouse is yet to be open ... More

Our buying experience with the sales team was very pleasant and professional. They responded in a timely manner to all of our questions. However, the choice of materials for the kitchen and bathrooms were limited. The kitchen appliances did not include the French door refrigerator and we had to spend several days looking for an equivalent appliance. Unfortunately, after we moved in, we were faced with very poor quality workmanship — the doors, the window panes, the walls etc, were done using poor quality paints — and painters did an unprofessional job. In the kitchen the stainless steel sink and the counter tops are scratched. In addition, all the LVP floorings are scratched in some areas and dotted with specks of white paint. The small front porch railings are broken. Of course, we will continue to discover other issues with time. However, we would like to mention that the Builder’s Manager was very professional and replied in a timely manner to all our questions and took care of the issues we found during our walk-throughs. In conclusion, we’re looking forward to discussing the above issues with the builders and to the end of construction nearby to enjoy our new home. ... More

I love my new DelWebb home. It is spacious and well built. The insulation is great, you do not hear your neighbors.

They seemed to rush things too quick and their finish isn't so pleasing for the price of the home.

The community is a nice one and the other homeowners are very friendly

Sales experience was fair, too much pressure on buy it or someone else will, yet still units available. Things not fully explained during sales pitch, such as responsible for landscaping. Once purchase made, builder should provide detailed floor plans, made everything more frustrating when you couldn’t do furniture layout in advance. Build quality good, not great, especially tile work. Closet systems are a joke. Have to upgrade everything to get average quality.

Overall experience was very good. Advice is to make sure you are aware of all choices/options/upgrades ahead of time to eliminate any miss understanding during the construction.

Overall we are satisfied with the Del Web experience and are enjoying out new home.

We were surprised and disappointed with the lack of customized options in a near million dollar house. Finish contractors were of mixed quality, however, our final construction manager corrected everything quickly. He was a gem!

We have been very happy, overall, with our New hope buying experience. From the sales personnel to the construction foreman to the handy man and to the response team when we have made a call, everyone cares to do the right thing and to make your experience a thoroughly happy one.

We had a good experience with well managed professional sales staff and construction manager. The closing process went very smoothly. We'll have one year to test the quality of the house. For now, we're quite satisfied, and thank Devon (Delwebb sales) and Brian (Pulte construction) for their professionalism and due diligence.

The house construction seems good. Value for the money not good. Lot has a bad view of a house in the back. Highway noise is very high. At $675K I believe we over paid for what we got. The Amazon warehouse in the neighborhood is an eye soar. Neighborhood looks more like a military. I just don’t think the neighborhood is ascetically attractive. The few people we have met seem very nice. We love the lap pool. We were very disappointed that due to the timing of our purchase we had no input (zero) of anything in the house. Lack of flexibility.

The stepped process of building our house allowed us to feel comfortable with the progress and plan well for move in time. Our building manger was very informative at the inspections and responsive to questions and requests that we had.

I am quite happy with the response to a few issues I’ve encountered since moving in. The team responded to me within 24 hours and my issues are scheduled to be fixed this week and next!

Devon and Steven have been great in regards to working with them. Steven has gotten back to me immediately re: issues in the new house that need to be fixed, etc. ... or if I have any questions. I realize he probably is supervising a lot of workers and it's probably hard to check all their work thoroughly. Regarding Pulte homes in general .... our last home was a Pulte home and the workmanship was pretty good. It's been a bit disappointing in seeing the quality of products used nowadays to save costs (you can see through the insulation to the wood frame of homes/condo buildings going up now, the cabinet doors are so flimsy and the knobs mark the adjoining cabinet door immediately, you can't access the 2nd trash bin as the cabinet doesn't open out far enough, I can't access my bottom freezer bc the door hits the shoe molding so cannot open all the way, etc.). Steven did a great job. I'm just saying that Pulte in general has scaled back on their quality of products and functionality within the home. ... More

Were always responsive to questions and the builder we built with sent pictures and explation weekly. Always answeed questions right away

We were scheduled to close in January 2023, but construction was hurried to close on December 30, 2022; not a very convenient time to close/move. It seems the rush to complete the house in 2022 reduced the quality of workmanship as there were many minor discrepancies that should have been resolved/avoided if more time were permitted for completing the house.

Considering how stressful buying and moving into a new house can be they did a great job job. As with any new home there were a few minor issues and I was very happy how responsive they were and everything was made right quickly.

Beautiful home, modern design in an exciting new community. Good and speedy customer service. Improvements in quality control can help make the full experience even better.

House design need some improvements, such as no windows in the bathroom and kitchen is dark. The kitchen needs windows for light and fresh air. Refrigerator space is too small and could not fix regular refrigerator.

I love living here. A few minor glitches but finally getting them repaired.
