The builder was responsive and easy to work with. Disappointment is with the quality of the workmanship and materials, in particular the paint/caulking/interior doors.

Paint drips, overpaint, crooked outlets, vents, drawer handle, light fixture, missing screw in door hinge, when water is on, tapping behind the walls, very annoying..….this is my second new home purchase. First home little to no issues…can’t say the same here..Pulte people are responsive.

I hate to be negative, but their some disappointing issues. Our toilet leaked after a couple of days, dishwasher hasn't worked for two months, takes hot water 3-5 minutes to get to the kitchen sink. Our front porch looks like it has been there for 20 years, there spots and stains everywhere and a footprint where someone stepped on the concrete before it was set. Everything was an upgrade in this house, which gets to be very expensive to have nice things, some of which we are still not happy with.

Quality is an issue for me. We have had major issues with the Whirlpool appliances, HVAC system, foundation crack, electrical problems and that is after two months of occupancy. The Whirlpool appliance required a new control board. The HVAC system electronic air cleaner was assembled wrong and requires a new transformer. The foundation crack was the least of the problem as the team here responded quickly to repair the cracked foundation and stop the resultant leaks. The electrical problem came from our power line being damaged (cause unknown) outside of the home. For what I spent buying this home I would not expect to have make a number of calls to get things fixed or repaired in a new home. Friendly sales agent. Build manager did not follow through on commitments. Fit and finishes below expectations for house at this price point. In particular, the paint and its application were poor. Design center options were too limited. Clubhouse appears to be undersized for the size of community.

Painting were not properly If you really want to know then may be you should send some body to see and get detail opinion from people who live in the house.

Contractor response for warranty issues brought up with Pulty are poor

Very poor interior painting and sheet rocking, cabinets very poorly finished. Eaves leak over front door.

Use cheapest rarely used toilet flash system. I will have to hire a plumber outside to replace them. Garage and driveway not even.The alarm system is impossible to set up and after reading the manual. The builder next foot useds my electricity to build their new house and use my outdoor faucet to water their lawn.

Design is mediocre and usability of appliances is confusing, Response to questions ranges from excellent to no response at all.

The facility is great. The house for the price of close to $1M lacks quality. For example, windows are simply not sound proof. Once can hear traffic and road noise from the bedroom. Not good! Not only that, but in my house at least 3 windows were bent. Main entrance door not aligned well and allows draft to come in. The house thermostat is set at 70 F, but the guest room due to imbalance of the heat distribution reads 65 F! Floor plan is great. A very open house layout. I believe attention to details and quality will make the home an excellent choice. This will help to lower the cost of reworking and increase overall efficiency. My countertop in the kitchen is cracked. I was not told that if I did not discover these cracks during walkthrough that I was stuck with the damage. I’m very upset that no one will have a dialogue with me regarding these damages. I have written several emails and no one responds.

No choices in windows or rear and front door Extra cost just for interior window trim Cracks in cement on front porch not being addressed by builder. No drawers in bathroom vanities Salesperson was very good Construction foreman very good

We were misguided about the future trail. When we selected a lot, we were told that the trail would be at least 30 feet away from our home. They have built it right next to our home and now we are deprived of our privacy. We feel like we are cheated. It is so close to our home that we feel like like we are sitting at roadside cafe. We presented our case to board of directors, but no response from them. Very very disappointing.

I’m disappointed in the workmanship, attention to detail, and poor quality in my home. I have submitted several requests for repair to the warranty department. I hope the problems will be fixed. The person in the warranty department handling my requests was out for 2 weeks, so that has delayed the issues being addressed. I’m disappointed that the project manager delivered my house this way and the cleaning off my house was very poor.

The staff I dealt during the purchase and construction processes were always very professional, polite and responsive, although they did not get into the level of detail I hoped for. The initial purchasing process was good, but it was not stressed that choices to customize would be almost nonexistent. I was shocked at the design studio when there were almost no choices (everything was gray, beige, black or white) to customize my new home’s finishes. During the actual construction I discovered that absolutely no changes to the actual house could be made no matter how minor. These left me very frustrated. Once I moved in, I found the finish work was very poor and the materials (from bathtubs to fixtures to the garage door opener) were the cheapest available despite the very high price tag on the house. I am learning to not look too closely and accept it for what it is - a very quickly built cookie-cutter house using the least expensive processes, materials and contractors. After six weeks in my new home, there is already a crack developing in my living room wall, along with many other issues. The responsiveness to these issues is almost non-existent. Emails and phone calls go unanswered, with emails having to be resubmitted before I get an auto-reply that someone will call me in 48 hours, which has never happened. I built with Del Webb to become part of a community and I am happy to say this is a great community. I will eventually learn to lower my expectations about the structure I live in, and will continue to meet wonderful people and enjoy my time here with the many events and activities available to me. ... Water quality poor. Small dripping noise in outer wall not addressed.

The community is full of exceptionally friendly people. I would strongly urge hiring a qualified inspector for predrywall & celebration walk thrus (if you’re given ample notice of these dates). My experience has been one of shock at the sloppy workmanship and the lack of follow thru on basic items. Also make sure what you ordered is actually in the house

Great neighborhood and thoughtful folks from sales office to builder representatives.

Quality is gone… everything is rushed… and attending to errors and construction issues is an uphill battle!

Timely benchmarks, sales people friendly, informative. Due to covid lots of items backordered.

finishing was horrible poor workmanship

All materials builder grade. Concerns regarding poor drainage behind property. 900,000.00 home does not include linen closet!

Every appliance had a problem except for the microwave! Windows leak air and condensation.

We were not told about many options that we have liked and would have purchased.
