Quality structure. Customer service poor. insight Rep and Supervisor are lousy. Phone rep very nice. Stove part taken out of home after walkthrough. I had to prove these were stolen. Refrigerator didn't work, bad parts used for surround sound. Nail rust stains have been appearing in patio ceiling. cracked tile was used and glued together, wood floor peeling. For my troubles the left me a broken wine cooler which was a temp placement (for show) till ours came in.
