The build process was well communicated in the portal and from the sales representative. The pictures through the process were exciting to receive. The home was completed before the scheduled end date. The home is beautiful.

Sales, design and construction teams were responsive and a pleasure to work with on my build. Struggled a bit with the mortgage team, ended up not using them. Final product is excellent and would highly recommend the team at Divosta!

Stardom Floorplan Really Suits Our Needs

The home looks lovely overall. Our disappointment is with the somewhat sloppy finishes, e.g. paint spatters on the floor, fixtures & outlet covers, inconsistent appearance of textured walls, excess grout in spots. These minor blemishes were only noticed after occupying the house for several weeks. We don't understand why painting is done last. We wish we knew water filters/softeners are advisable in southwest Florida as we found it necessary and a hassle to have it installed retrospectively due to the HOA requirements. Our experience buying a home with Divosta overall was a positive experience. Everyone we worked with was helpful and responded to any questions we had. The Divosta portal was easy to use and definitely made the process of sharing documentation easier. The only thing I didn't love was having to provide the SAME documentation with the SAME explanation during the financial review / underwriting process. (I think this may be a common problem as the loan moves through different hands.)
