We have had a very positive experience with DiVosta. This is the third home we have built in Florida, and by far this is the best experience. DiVosta has been very proactive in standing behind its product. Their warranty process is excellent, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly. It is evident that they care about the homebuying process and want to ensure buyers have a positive experience throughout. The only issues we encountered were with one or two of the trades, where the workmanship could have been better. Sloppy workmanship: Paint overspray on exterior trim, grout left on tile, no caulk in bathrooms and laundry room, paint overspray on interior door handles, bathroom window poorly installed, trim on kitchen cabinets not flush, door handles loose, low-grade carpeting, yard is sodden after rain due to drainage issue. Paid $15,000 extra for a gourmet kitchen and the standard refrigerator sticks out, partially blocking entrance to hall. Made several complaints which were dismissed & minimized. Yet, homes without gourmet kitchens have refrigerators flush to the wall. Clearly a design flaw with the cavity that is not deep enough for the standard refrigerator. Safety issues in the communit: There has been reported theft of kayaks, among other things. People who do not live in the community have used the pool. People who don’t belong in the community easily access it with open gates. There’s a perimeter road that the public can use, they run the stop sign near the 510 entrance gate. They cut through by entering at the route 1 entrance to exit at 510 to avoid sitting at the red light. People that don’t live in the community park and use the kayak trail. ... More

I have purchase a few homes, and the process was streamlined, excellent quality, great communication throughout the process, and I would highly recommend Divosta Pulte if you are looking for a home.

Chris helped us before durring and right after the sale. Jesus has been very responsive to all our needs since. Jose has been a great help with everything electrical.

Overall I had a good to great experience.

When I drove here for inspection/walk thru I was met with costa people early and thru it into chaos. So I missed a lot of issues. Now I’m dealing with warranty and not thrilled. When I closed my sales man that was incredible and awesome was off so I met with another, very unfriendly person. Made a day that should have been filled with excitement very unhappy and disappointment. She made me feel like a low life…on my way here my vehicle was bombarded with rocks from a truck on 95, just before vero exit. I was stressed after a long drive n then that. The woman in the office treated me like I wasn’t worth dealing with. I hope no one else has to be treated that way. I’m trying to be positive now that I’m in my villa… ... More

Bought a Quick Move in home and the process went smoothly. The sales representative Robert was terrific and quick to answer any questions regarding the home. I did not experience the building process, since the home was already completed, but the construction manager and warranty representative were great with all the information about the home and responding to any questions or issues.

Starting with our closing, they didn’t have the fob to get into the clubhouse or the gate. They also didn’t have the key to our mailbox. I have yet to hear back from anyone on the front door installation problem, defect in the sliding glass door, second bedroom switch doesn’t turn off the wall outlet, scratch in master bath toilet. Since then, I have found a screen in master bedroom ripped, grout throughout the house being wiped out too deep, air conditioning pad outside is being washed out from underneath due to grade, pavers sinking and pulling away, master bath faucet squeaking, no drain cap in the kitchen, north wall in kitchen and living room plaster shows where studs were being covered and patch on the same wall that sticks out, on the outside the north wall there’s a crack developing. Overall, I think the mechanical people do an awesome job but the fit and finish people don’t really care. We wanted to buy a Pulte home for 40 years starting in Michigan, but life took us to places that Pulte wasn’t available. It took 50 years but we realized our dream. We always admired Pulte. I’m happy a Pulte is ahead of HUD. He will be great for America. It’s in his genes.

We love our home. The experience from beginning to end was stellar. We have recommended 3 other buyers to Divosta.

Robert showed us several different villas/homes in the community, taking time to point out many options and describe upgrades in the structures and highlighting safety features. He was quick to answer text and email correspondence to help and answer questions. Wonderful experience.

Buying the home was simple quick and easy. The level of friendly helpful professionalism that I experienced from both Staci and Robert at Costa Pointe took a lot of the stress out of buying the home. There was a glitch with the closing dates which took place twice with Pulte Corporate. They kept getting the dates wrong and changing the times. The ball was dropped twice when vacation time took precedence over the business that was on the table. I closed on the house in Miami and on the house in Costa Pointe on the same date. Cash sales are less complicated.

Tom, our Project Manager, was awesome! Vincent, the Sales Rep was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Not a cheap house but yet the bathroom fixtures (towel racks, paper holders) are plastic. Having issues getting the guest bathroom shower fixed from flooding the floor. Warranty is responding but should have checked and repaired prior to close.

As a retired GC, I can say that DiVosta builders consider and properly address several details regarding home construction that are often overlooked by other volume builders. However, on the contractual side, unfortunately there is no flexibility when it comes to terms dealing with any issue outside the main stream.

Both were very professional and extremely attentive to my requests. They made the whole experience stressless. I felt very comfirtable throughout the entire process.

I bought a 40’ lot, not 65’. But my experience with DiVosta was stellar. They kept me up to date with texts and pictures several times a week. My personal construction manager responded within minutes.to every inquiry and now that I actually live in my home, my personal post-construction manager has been at my door immediately after my call both times I’ve called. He then resolved my issue within 5 minutes. Perfect.

Chris P is diligent. He follows thru with his promises of A quality craftsmanship and warranty work. He has responded to every phone call within the hour. He holds his workers to the highest standards. I wish everyone who did work at our other house understood that people want excellence not mediocre work. You have a fantastic employee. He wants DaVosta to be known for excellence and trustworthiness

The completer process of purchasing a home from DiVosta was very easy and the complete transaction was done with professionalism and patience. From my sales agent Denise to pre-inspection with with Alex and post move-in with Jesus it was very pleasant and they could not have been more accomodating and extremely helpful

It was a very positive experience purchasing a home at the Preserve in Vero Beach. Everyone from assistance at sales office through closing were extremely helpful in the process.

Even though I had a change in my building manager halfway through the build, there was continuity, and both managers, Brandon and John, did a good job in taking care of me. The followup service after my move in has been slow and I have a couple of pending issues that need attention with Andres.

Andrew & Raul were super helpful and knowledgeable during and after our transition. They are always ready to answer questions or guide you in the right direction.
