From the very beginning of our home purchase Divosta ensured that we were continually kept informed of the progress of our new home.Everyone from sales , design and construction manager were courteous , and professional. Buying a new home can be stressful but Divosta made it a enjoyable and positive.

Aldo, Raul made the whole experience building and moving easy. They were there if we had any problem and addressed any issue immediately.The sales office was also very helpful Vincent and Staci. I would definitely recommend Divosta.

Built many new homes over the years. This was the best experience of them all

We reside in New England and couldn't be on site for our build. We did extensive research and found Pulte to be a reputable builder. We also have a relative that had a home built by Pulte who had no complaints. We found Pulte to be easy to communicate with during our remote build. They kept us well informed throughout the process. Our building manager was responsive and easy to communicate with. He addressed our questions or concerns immediately. Thus far, we are very pleased with our home and amenities within the community built by Pulte.

Easy process and overall great experience

We love our new home! DiVosta builders were very thorough in making sure everything was done properly. Like anything, there were a few minor things that we trust will be taken care of by the care team

From the beginning my sales person was very informative and quick to respond to my questions throughout the process, with grace and respect. Deb is the best! My construction manager, Alex, was also very timely in his responses and provided frequent pictures and updates on construction. They were both a pleasure to work with and they got me closed and into my new home ahead of my own personal deadline - huge thanks to each of them for that! I think I’m going to love it here! This is our second brand new home we purchased from DiVosta/Pulte. The whole experience was terrific! We enjoyed working with our DiVosta interior designer, Stacie, at the design center in Port St. Lucie. The Renown Model we selected is truly our "dream home" - very spacious, and well appointed with a large 3 car garage, terrific upgrades throughout the entire house. The pre and post sales process was very professional. The final touch is the Communnity Amenity Center which includes a resort style pool, workout room, bocce/pickle ball courts, indoor work out room and indoor living room area! Love it! ... More

Alex communicated frequently and provided pictures throughout the construction process and was available to answer questions. He helped me navigate the journey from beginning to end.

Bill met us first when our new home was in its beginning stages of construction and explained all those “little things” you cannot see after the walls go up. Construction quality and workmanship was excellent. Bill was very qualified and knowledgeable. He continues to be very responsive to any of our small issues as w get settled in.

Buying and building a home can be an intimidating experience, but Bill made our experience enjoyable and stress free. His professionalism coupled with his knowledge gave us peace of mind. We are extremely pleased with our new Devosta home, thank you Bill!

The quality of workmanship in every part of the home is amazing. Each encounter with staff members hahas been a pleasure; they have been professional and helpful. After patiently waiting for our home to be built and completed ,we had the pleasure to work with Zach..we have owned a few new homes in the past but v=never have we met and experienced a PM like Zach, professional, honest and on top of the build during a post Covid Time.. He was with us every step ..then we were introduced to Andy our after move in guy ... he has been helpful and very attentive to questions and finding a professional solution...
