The whole process went very well. The House is beautiful. We would definitely buy from Divosta again.

The home buying experience has been difficult. There are a number of issues with the quality of the workmanship. I have been working to resolve these issues with the warranty team. It is concerning to have to deal with electric and appliance problems in a new home in addition to cosmetic issues.

Be sure to closely inspect absolutely everything before closing and check that it is all completed before taking possession of your new home.

The quality of workmanship in every part of the home is amazing. Each encounter with staff members hahas been a pleasure; they have been professional and helpful. I am so thankful to have found such a great home in a quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend DiVosta as a builder and the Preserve as a wonderful place to live.

Almost everything went smoothly and efficiently. Only criticism is that for people who are not from the area, accessing and contacting all the agencies, utilities etc, could be outline in one document with advice. I found I had to go to a number of people for answers and it made it more confusing. Beyond that everything was excellent!

Pleased with the construction and materials used for the most part however near the end, things got rushed to meet their goal of closing before the end of the year so the punch list was longer than expected. Interior painting could have been neater, many spatters and paint on switch plates, floor and counters. Communication with our construction manager was good but toward the end we felt he wasn’t giving the same attention to detail as he initially did when the project began. We are having a pool installed by a 3rd party shortly and our sales agent and construction manager were aware of that and given the layout, however there was poor communication between them and the project landscapers, causing plantings having to be moved at our expense before excavation can begin. ... The quality of materials and workmanship could me better. Two times tickets have been submitted and nothing has been taken care of..

Beware of games they play with pricing on their quick move in homes. We were considering 2 different homes with similar upgrades and pricing. Soon after we signed our contract, they drastically lowered the price on the home we didn't buy and eventually sold it for much less than their original advertised price. We feel that we were not treated fairly and overpaid for the home we purchased.

Just wish that I knew a year ago what I know about how this builder conducts its business. Word of advice to the next buyer, do your due diligence, take your time and have the house inspected well. It will save you a lot of headaches down the road. Don't sign/agree to anything before you have things fixed.

Incredibly poor post-closing service on construction deficiencies. Long list of problems never addressed. Lots of promises, few results. Outrageous service.

I love the home, Divosta/Pulte however does NOT tell you when there are problems until they can't avoid telling you. Permitting, supplies; these delays are kept secret as long as possible. The building of our clubhouse and pool is a current example.

After 2 months in the new home the punch list has still not been taken care of. The a/c has failed once, the electrical went out in 3 rooms and the warranty department would not show up and an outside company needed to be called, the backyard floods and there are numerous defects.

Relatively easy sale everything was done electronically.

There is an evident lack of control and supervision in the building of our house. Many details that should be right are not and the response to addressing the details takes too long. There should be more supervision and inspection, as well as a better post-closing service to ensure quality and generate a better buyer experience while keeping trust in Pulte and Divosta.

Im dissatisfied with the finishes. From the They look cheap. From the cheap, plasticy floor that is warped in some areas which creates a weird, dipping effect in some places where you walk. I get the strong impression that the items chosen for the home , all in white mind you, were done so due to their low, bulk price point and not one of first rate quality. Clearly no thought was given to actaul use of home and that bright white paint, cabinets etc are merely a vessel for dirt, smudges, stains etc., I hate the cheap carpets in the rooms. especially when i get to step on carpet nails. When I asked the salesperson if i could pay extra to have a different flooring put in I was told no The carpet is of lower quality as well because places are already started to wear and lose fabric. I hate the sliding glass door assembly that isnt installed correctly. From the massive , disgusting paint mark that someone tried to pass off damage with, to the the cockeyed installation of the frame. The frame has proven difficult to work as Ive tried to install a dog door alongside and it is not lining up straight so that im able to use/lock dog door etc. ... More

Our 4th Divosta home. Enough said.

We are now a month past closing and we have many tile, painting, cabinet issues that were supposed to be completed still undone with no schedule for completion.

It will probably take longer to build your house than you think

Project manager was great! Very responsive and kept us informed of progress. Follow for outstanding issues has been extremely slow. Took weeks to get a response on service request. Did not get the 24-72 hour response as stated in our paperwork.

Once the payment is made it is very difficult to get the small issues resolved.I highly recommend you have several people doing walk thru cause if you miss something that you can't see right of way you are told you can't do anything about it should of been see on walk thru.still waiting for issues to be resolved it is now 2 months since we moved in and still waiting. However one construction manager did go over and above even after his part was done (Todd Griffin) if you are lucky enough to have him. His background in building puts him in a class by himself. He is more capable, knowledgeable and understanding than the other terrific people I encountered with my first Pulte/Centex home previously in South Carolina. He is extremely personable and attentive and knows the owner needs to be updated and advised regularly, which he did in my case. He makes sure everything is completed to perfection. He goes above and beyond. He puts the homeowner's first and wants to make sure they are extremely pleased with everything in their new homes.

Issues during build were addressed. Afterwards still waiting for repairs. Doesn’t seem to be a priority. We were told in November of 2021 clubhouse would be finished in a year. Clubhouse isn’t even started October 2022. Gates aren’t closed in the evening as we were told for security.

After patiently waiting for our home to be built and completed ,we had the pleasure to work with Zach..we have owned a few new homes in the past but v=never have we met and experienced a PM like Zach, professional, honest and on top of the build during a post Covid Time.. He was with us every step ..then we were introduced to Andy our after move in guy ... he has been helpful and very attentive to questions and finding a professional solution...

During the whole process of construction, every detail was attended. As a new home owners we are very happy with the result for this wonderful experience.

Bill was so easy to work with, and he made the whole experience seamless..We were out of state while our house was being built, and he kept us informed the entire time and truly knows his stuff. He made sure everything was done right. We are so impressed with the whole process, and love our DiVosta home.
