The complete experience was perfect, really smother and without any problems.

The communication with our project manager was good at first. Then once we got further along it was hard to get answers to our questions. Now that we have closed and moved in, there are issues that need to be fixed and it’s a constant follow up with when people are coming to do the work. I know we are in Covid tiles and workforce is low but it’s like they forget the people that have bought homes from them and continue to build homes instead of getting the small things fixed at peoples homes

First time building a home. They were very patient and informative when we asked questions.

Everything is good , good service, good quality

While we understood that in new construction, there maybe issues, but DiVosta has a customer service and warranty program to presumably correct these deficiencies. We were totally unprepared for the significant number of issues affecting all of the various trades (electrical, windows, plumbing, floor tile, paint, locks, stucco, cabinets, and post construction cleanup). Equally disappointing is the inability to get DiVosta to address the issues or even provide some evidence that they are working to correct the deficiencies.

Design was great, but Quality & workmanship of the house was ok at best. Some Contractors were sloppy with their work, & fit, and finish was not so great in certain areas. Ordered & paid for an upgraded refrigerator and received a basic (loaner) refrigerator at closing, Still waiting for our ordered refrigerator 2 months after closing! Other issues still open. Warranty follow-up communication for issues needs improvement.

All walkthrough issues are not taken care of month-and-a-half later

Excellent Field Manager. He kept us up to date on progress, which was held up due to lack of windows. Overall quality of the home is good despite a few minor service items.

I will never suggest this builder. Only wants money. Pushed to close with a rush walkthrough and many problem found after the fact. Still waiting for resolution to issues.

Alex our Project Manager was on top of ongoing building discrepancies which gave us a feel of trust during our build. Andy, the gentleman who helps after the build, has been wonderful to deal with as well. He always responds to minor issues that have occurred during or soon after the build of our home. So we're grateful that we had Alex as our Project Manager and Andy as Divosta Warranty Manager. Also there is another gentleman I would like to acknowledge, his name is Ed and he also has been very helpful in making minor repairs to the home. Nice house nice area hope all problem get taken care of

This has been the first time we built a home and it was an overall good experience. We like the fact that is builder had many floor plans that suited us.

There were a few minor issues (mostly cosmetic) before and since our closing a month ago but our construction rep before closing, Bill, and our post closing rep, Andreas, were, and are, very responsive and sincere about us wanting to be happy in our new home.

Our experience with DiVost Homes went well. As with everyone else during these times; we experienced delays that were not expected. DiVosta has been great in keeping us up to date on expectations and were able to set a closing date and were able to ensure that we closed on said date. I would recommend anyone about to undergo building a new home to expect delays and have some patience.

The building manager was responsive. The salesperson seemed to wash their hands of me once I signed the contract.

Lack of attention to detail/finished product.. Sloppy work by construction crew..

Attention and selfless consideration was demonstrated during all aspects of our experience. From selecting our lot and home style and accessories to the inclusive and transparent building process. The closing was effortless and our post closing experience has been wonderful. You do not have to worry about DiVosta taking your money and forgetting about you. They back their product with integrity and the utmost levels of professionalism. What a pleasure!!!!

Our Super in charge of the build, Bill, was outstanding. Took care of any issue that arose and kept us informed of everything going on which meant a lot since we are out of state during the build

The sales department and project manager do not communicate together. You told one thing and get another. Very poor response time on issues.

The project manager assigned to our home building project was very responsive and knowledgeable.

The building process went very smoothly and they stuck to their timeline

The actual build experience was good. Our construction super, Bill Novels, was excellent. Good follow through and communication. The problem we're having now is the follow through on items that were not done properly the first time. It seems like it takes weeks to get any follow up. I wish I could say that all the issues were minor, bit for example we have a large bump out on the wall in the master bath. It's on the side wall of the vanity and it sticks out about 3/4 of an inch. We can't have a mirror installed until it's fixed. Additionally the quality of the workmanship was fair at best. We had paint splatter all over the tile floor, the master bath vanity lights were not centered over the sink, the exhaust over the stove doesn't work, there's a cabinet door in the master bath with a hinge missing a part, the front door was missing the top hinge pin and the bypass doors in the third bedroom closet are installed improperly. We are out of town right now and the drywallers wanted to come, after waiting since March 27. I'm hoping when we get back that all these issues can be fixed. And one last thing, when are the refrigerators coming in? The loaner we have is terrible. ... More

Quality has gone down. Problems abound after closing 2mos ago!!!

Excellent awesome job and excellent workmanship.

DiVosta is a quality builder and they listen to their customers. We had a great building experience and the house turned out beautiful. We would recommend using DiVosta if you want a new home.
