Although my home was a little delayed due to the global pandemic and supply chain issues it was more than worth the wait. The quality of my home far exceeds all my expectations and the home is beautiful.

Jeremy was fabulous at answering all of calls and texts throughout the months are home was being built. Lisa was fabulous with helping us decide that Veranda was the neighborhood we wanted to build in! She took her time to sit down with us and discuss the design options which we did not get from other neighborhood builders! Vanessa at pgp title was very accommodating when it came to my mom being our realtor and providing us with specific closing requests. We are so happy with our home

The onsite person, Jeremy is very attentive and quick to get it all completed asap!!

Great experience from our initial contact with Lisa Bigham to our final walk thru with Jeff, very smooth. The quality of materials used and workmanship was great.

Everything went smoothly, the builder worked very had to ensure that. Only issue is ongoing construction. The roads are a mess and I have already had a flat tire from a sheet rock screw!

Everyone We encountered in this process of building our home were professional, friendly, and responsive; keeping us informed and staying on top of deadlines. Best of all, the communication lines were always open! They made it easy to build the home; especially considering we were not living in the same state while under construction! Overall we had a good experience. Happy for the most part with the finished product. For the experience to be great I would have liked for the construction manager to deliver on what he promised. Final walkthrough items were not addressed prior to closing and instead passed on to customer service process. This left a bit of a bad taste in our mouth. Thankfully the follow from customer service has been ok also not great. Delays in completion have been experienced due to holidays etc.

We have been very pleased with our purchase of a DiVosta Home. The quality of the workmanship is good. We have had a few issues that need to be attended to after moving in and living in the environment, this is to be expected. We have had decent response from DiVosta Customer Service when we have an issue that needs to be fixed. We have had to make a few follow -up calls, but then the repair is scheduled. The service of the repairmen is great and they are always very pleasant to deal with.

Friendly to work with even after closing. My only complaint is the amount of garbage blowing around the community from ongoing construction of homes such as lunch wrappings and building material wrappings. I'm constantly finding garbage in my landscaping.

The process was great. Everyone kept up informed at every step of the process. We are thrilled with our new home.

Well I build with this builder before and I was please. The second time ihave issued with microwave in kitchen I was not told I was getting a hotel microwave so I question it I was told we cannot do nothing.I had to go out and buy my own not good still waiting for cover for old microwave the manager inI charge did not even reach out to me .that not good customer service

The craftmanship in the construction of my home was very good. The negative aspect is in reference to detail and quality with the sub-contractors like the cabinets. I also did not like how they covered the garage floor to protect from damage. It turned the cement floor black!

Homes are beautiful Punch lists should be completed before closing. Do not seem to be a major concern. Sales team excellent

Have move in no response to my problem with transfer of services.

The positive is the sales team they have here but the negative is the homes are built very cheaply... doorways and switch plates are crooked and it’s very low end builder grade. We are having to repaint and replace many things to make the house better quality. Disappointed ☹️

Never close on your house until everything is completed in your house and that you have all your appliances. Zero follow through after you close. Still waiting on my refrigerator after 7 weeks so I called Whirlpool and the told me it will be 4 more months before I can get one that I paid extra for. Call after call to resolve issues and nobody does anything but pass the buck.

I have been very disappointed with our new home. They seem to rush through and not really care about the end product. Big disappointment.

light fixture in master bathroom not working properly .... chips on top edge of stationary glass panel in shower stall ... sliding glass door not fully caulked .... drawers in kitchen cabinet not level !!!! wall for stairway not straight and the list goes on very disappointed !!!! by the way the money I paid for this home was perfect had on defects nor did it need any corrections
