Poor customer service in all regards. It seems that now that the real estate market is doing very well, people just don't care. Frankly, it's ridiculous. Poor response to minor issues. They tell you they will take care of it, but never do. One person tells you one thing then the next person says something different. I always thought DiVosta was a quality builder... Boy, was I hoodwinked!!!

I love our floor plan and the quality of the final result. I was very pleased with the communication from our project manager, Jeff. He sent us photos throughout the building process and was very responsive to any question I might have.

We have had nothing but issues and things cannot be fixed propery the first or even the second time around. For instance, They scratched the word "Clean Me" in our kitchen hood. They finally come to replace it and make a mess of my kitchen to find out they did not have the correct hood to be replaced. Our cooktop was also extremely scratched. The tile/grout work throughout the home is terrible The pavers keep sinking workers cause more damage to home before fixing it takes 2-3 trips for 1 thing to be corrected cabinets have now been ordered 3x we were told that we can fix it, but it will be a pain, so we added caulking instead. We have identified more than a dozen material and workmanship issues for which the most critical ones are still unresolved. Its been more than 2 months since these issues have been reported and we have received an extremely slow and low quality response from divosta’s rep and contractors.

Need to know what does not come home that you have to pay extra for

Building the home went very well. Field manager was great. The only thing that was not explain very well. I was made to understood that shower has a bench seat for $700 dollars. What I got was something that is useable ! My foot just about goes on it. Getting things fixed after moving has been slow but only have been in for 1 month and nothing from the walk through has not been corrected. They say they are working on it.

We basically have no qualifications in the building industry. We leaned on the experts at The Veranda. Having just moved in, 2 months, we had a problem with the air conditioner that was promptly taken care of. We have a problem with our pool heater, which has not been taken care of. We, like many other people, wonder what happens after the sale. When we were buying, the service was excellent. Starting with Lisa, our salesperson, to Adam, our project manager, we were very happy and satisfied. The verdict is still out on the subcontractors and how they will handle any issues that may arise.

Builder grade materials (even when you pay a lot of money to upgrade) and shoddy workmanship! Think twice about buying these "cookie cutter" homes!

It has been a good experience and time flies during the build. The homes are built by humans which means they're subject to human error...no surprise. just be attentive and notify your building manager of you see anything not looking right and it's taken care of quickly. After, things are bound to surface but they have been addressed well. Jeff our building manager has been great to work with...patient and understanding.

From the sales team, to the design center, to the hands on construction manager we are very happy.

Easy process

All around great experience and value. Everyone from the sales associate to the build mangers were awesome and a pleasure to work with.

Lots of little things that need to be fixed

Divosta built my house in about 6 months. Very exciting process from beginning to end. A little disappointed with the project manager that oversaw my construction. He was no longer there at the end and there were issues that it was too late to be resolved. Other issues were resolved immediately by the quality manager. My advice is to stay on top and ask as many questions as possible to your PM if you are not sure.

Very happy to have bought a house from divosta we love the area, house, and all the neighbors .. It was a fun enjoyable buying process
